Probably the worst body shop I have ever dealt with. All they did was make excuses for their poor paint work and argued with me that that happens sometimes. There is buffer haze all over parts of the vehicle that was asked to be addressed and on the third attempt so that they couldn t fix THEIR mess up on brand new paint. I would HIGHLY recommend you take your vehicle anywhere else but here.

Super easy to deal with Travelers. Called insurance company who reported claim to them. Representative called and gave him info which he sent to body shop. I called to body shop to check on situation and they told me to bring car in Monday of following week. Travelers also arranged rental car for US which met us at body shop and then picked up car there after we got our car back. Made things very easy.

Didn t do repairs, but their staff helped with getting my vehicle inspected and taken care of for the insurance company. Family s done past work here as well. Great people!

Went in for an estimate on very minor damage to a 1994 Chevy Blazer. This truck recently had a new paint job, but not by Joe Hudson's collision. The area of Hoover I live in has parking on the side of the road. Most people park close to be courteous and allow all those who want to park in the street room to. So I was upset but not surprised when I saw that someone had backed into my front bumper. Although the damage was minimal I wanted it fixed. I went to Joe Hudson's for an estimate. When the estimator first came outside he acted like he didn't want to work on my truck. Said that parts would be too hard to get for it. I explained it all the parts on the front were new and I had just recently ordered them online. He continued to make excuses, and never referred me even after I asked him to direct me to another shop. He wrote down the parts needed and told me he called me in a few days. I called him back a few days later after not receiving a call from him, and he told me he was still working on the estimate. Now it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from this guy. If he would have given me the name I would have went to another shop. These are pictures of my truck it's not a junkbox . What gives?

First and foremost, the customer service was exceptional. The receptionist Ashley was a sweetheart. The moment I walked into their clean and organized facility, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine willingness to help.The staff at Joe Hudson s Collision Center did a fantastic job on my car in a very timely manner. The staff is fantastic; the workmanship was terrific, couldn't be happier. My husband's Honda was in for a repair but they listened to me re: advice and help on a cosmetic issue with my Lexus. They didn't have to do that but they were patient, incredibly friendly and helpful. The administrative person (so sorry, I forgot your name!) who greets and guides you through is smart and considerate. Love this place. Hate wrecks. Love JH.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This was a very professional experience! I am amazed at how well Joe Hudson's Collision Center did with my vehicle repair. The car was dropped off on a Monday morning and it was ready on Tuesday afternoon. From the very first interaction until the end, this was an excellent experience. I have had accident repairs done at dealerships and it took nearly a week for a very similar repair.I was impressed with the communication throughout the process. I received text messages and phone calls several times a day updating me as they went through the different stages of repair. I was given estimates for when the repair would be ready and they were early.The rental car was provided for me at the location and my drop off was also at the location.This accident repair occurred during the covid pandemic. Upon entering the office, masks and a sanitation station were provided for customers. The door clearly identified the mask requirement for entering the building. All employees wore masks.The work provided comes with a lifetime warranty. I was provided with over 20 detailed photos of the teardown of the work performed.This will be wear I take all of my body work and accident repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My husband and I had to use Joe Hudson s Collision on two separate occasions following car accidents and we could not be more pleased with the service they provided! They do excellent work and you can tell it s their passion. From the moment we walked into the door we were always greeted with a smile ( they wore masks but I could tell they were smiling underneath the mask ) from the receptionist to the repair team and they immediately went to work on inspecting our vehicles and starting the repair process. I also like how they keep you abreast by sending email updates as the car progresses through repairs and they use factory parts! They also thoroughly clean and detail your car so that it s almost like brand new when you pick it up which is so refreshing. I pray that we never get into another automobile wreck but if we do we know exactly where we will take our car for repairs...Joe Hudson s Collision Center!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very professional and courteous management. Kept me updated during the whole process. Was willing to talk with me to explain the process and walk me through their plan as well as send text updates to new from blowing me up. My last body shop experience was somewhere else and they held my car for 3 months and still messed up. They had my front bumper fixed, AC fixed, painted and detailed and back to me in less than a full week. I would recommend!

I had my Audi Q5 worked on here after a wreck in Dec 2020 - It took longer than expected but that was understandable due to Covid and shortage of car parts. However the car never looked the same on the front and they used a different headlight than what was on the other side of the car (claim this was because of my State Farm insurance) Grill and hood not aligned on the front and looked like it was hanging over. If you have an Audi I would recommend having someone else repair your car if you want it to look right. I should have looked around more. Probably ok for other American made cars just wish I had read a review like this before taking my car . The staff was very friendly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Professional. The text notifications letting me know status of vehicle as it goes through the repair process was awesome. The body work looks great. They helped with rental car from enterprise that dropped off car at shop when i got to Joe's. Then i just returned car at shop and they handled calling Enterprise to return. No offense to the great staff at Joe Hudson's . I dont want to be back anytime soon for body work. But, if i need work done again im coming back to Joe Hudson's .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Joe Hudson received my car on Tuesday 11/13 and I got it back today 11/19. The service and work is great. My only complaint is that one of my tires had to be replace and the sensor inside of my tire wasn t replaced properly because I keep getting a warning message that says service tire sensor and it doesn t show my tire pressure value. I m sure it s a quick fix so no biggie. Other than that my car looks great. It looks like it did when it was purchased.I was kept well informed of what was going on with my car throughout the service.

I went in for a repair to be made under insurance. I chose this place based on excellent google reviews. They took longer than expected but the real problem was the paint on my driver's window, drips in the clear coat, the bumper is not lined up right, and now just a little over a year later the paint job they did is starting to bubble!

Joe Hudson Collision Center was phenomenal! They did an outstanding job from top to bottom, starting with their staff, customer service, and service workers. I m happy and fortunate for the non-stop efforts and job well done that took place at Joe Hudson Collision Center. They took care of my car and the process was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their services.

I am currently working a contract at one of the local hospitals here and had a minor accident the day before I left my home 7hrs away. I was not able to file the insurance claim for repairs until after arriving in a new city. Joe Hudson s Auto Collision Center was the shop referred to and they were AWESOME. I am really impressed with your service and if ever in need of repair again, I will certainly return. You did fix everything to spec. and in addition you washed all the other parts of the car, apparently by hand (since you can t wash what you just fixed), blacked the tires and really made my car look like new. You also appraised me of status through every step so I was ready to come get my car almost immediately after it was ready. I thank you for that.

Phenomenal job!! They did some body work on my new 2020 Honda Accord that was involved in a accident on the front passenger side. I was not at fault and hurt, but I know I was used by God. I Got my car back and it looks as if it was never involved in a accident at all. I highly recommend them to everyone. The staff is friendly but there was no communication beyond automated text messages which provided a completion date and updates. When that information proved to be inaccurate, I was told, that's a new system, you can't go by that. An effort to communicate that prior to missing not one but three timelines would've been appreciated. They also didn't fix a lot of the scratches on my car that were caused in the accident.

Joe Hudson s did an amazing job on getting my 2017 Honda Accord sport fixed!! They took their time and it looks great! Honestly it looks brand new! I would recommend this place to anyone! They also update you every step of the way so you know what is going on :)

I cannot say enough good things about Joe Hudson s Collison Center on Champion Blvd. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly efficient and professional. They kept me informed on each phase of my repair and had my car ready much quicker than I ever expected. I would highly recommend this body shop!

Made my car shine. Wow!! Another great experience with Joe Hudson. Check out Champion Blvd location. It was so fast! I even saved money on my car rental from enterprise! Would definitely recommend!
