Went here for estimate...ran into a little snag with my insurance company. The secretary went out of her way to help me get the necessary paperwork to get it done...

Over a month and a half period, I took my car in twice. The second time because they completely forgot to fix a dent and a scratch (although other dents were fixed competently). After the second time, they STILL had forgotten to take care of the scratch. I just took the car and left as I had no faith in their organization. How could a body shop miss that with two opportunities to fix it over such a long period in their possession?

I went through insurance. They were professional and took a lot of pictures. They made sure that any thing that appeared to be a result of the issue was documented. It took a while to order parts ( on backorder) but they tried to find other solutions, like preused parts ( also helps price). They did the work in less time then they predicted. And held my car for a week until I was able to get there.There was an issue with the glue that held the vinal in my car. I took it back and it was immediately fixed. They didn't complain or make excuses. He said the glue failed due to sitting in the heat and he would reapply and reset it. I haven't had issues since.Would definitely use them again and will definitely recommend.I had Josh M as the person managing my car. He is definitely good at his job and made me feel like I was in the best hands from the first moment.Please keep in mind sometimes you do have to wait. They are incredibly busy and the phone rang the entire time I was there, but they work as fast as they can while keeping up their standards

I tried coming in to get an estimate on work done on my car, the front desk lady refused to be of any assistance and didn t seem like she wanted to help anyone. She said we only work by appointment only we said that is fine she said oh we don t work on BMWs we said OK do you know anyone that does, she said I don t work for anywhere else. Even though she probably knew somewhere we could ve went she didn t want to help anyone and was a rainy cloud to be around and I wouldn t want any of my customers if I was Jim Burke experiencing this lady at any point whatsoever and I wouldn t wish this upon anybody

These guys are AMAZING! I ve never taken my vehicle anywhere else. They are honest, dependable & reliable- as a female dealing with my automobile that s a must for me. Excellent customer service and incredible body work. I've been on the receiving end of poor work at other body shops in the past where the paint didn't quite match or they rushed through the work, leading me to return over and over to have things repaired. But Josh and his team at Jim Burke made my car look exactly like it did pre-accident and kept me updated along the way. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Unfortunately my car has been hit twice in the last 2 years and this has been my go to body shop. My car has always been finished in a timely manner with updates along the way. I have not had any complaints about their quality of work. My only issue is that they are so busy sometimes you have to wait before you bring your vehicle in. If I could drop off the same day they would be 5 star.

I used Jim Burke to repair my car after a collision and they didn t honor the lifetime warranty at all. When I had issues with parts I know they had to repair or replace they said the problem was normal wear and tear and not related to the repair. Why offer a warranty if you re not going to honor it. As usual when dealing with men, they re dismissive because I m a female and even more so because I m a black female. Down right unprofessional causing me to spend unnecessary money to repair their f@!& up!Service: Body & Trim

Had to take my car in to get a repair quote, someone backed into my parked car was really impressed with the receptionist there over heard her helping a customer over the phone Lady really knew her stuff and helped customer with getting a rental car

EXTREMELY pleased. The fixed multiple parts quicker than expected, did more than I needed with the car, and were very flexible with my busy work schedule! Marc did an incredible job, and all of the staff were friendly.

Absolutely the best shop in town. Very fast, very well priced - but they do not skimp. They use only the best parts, & refuse to install anything but the highest rated used and OEM parts. The shop manager Don is the most helpful man I've ever met when it comes to helping you understand the repair process.

AVOID THIS SHOP. I took my wife's car to Jim Burke back in March. We got an estimate that was about 30% less than the competition because they said some work would not need to be done to get the car back in shape. Because the insurance company priced the work on needing everything, if we could cut corners, we could cut down on our deductible.Jim Burke did the additional work anyway, without running it by us. When we got the final bill, which was 50% higher than we were originally quoted, we complained because we had no knowledge that the additional work would be performed. We reached a compromise. I even remember saying, "I want to make sure this is it. I don't want to get a phone call in a few weeks saying that there's something we missed."It didn't take them a few weeks, it took more than 3 months for them to realize that the insurance company had not paid them enough, so they call me and tell me I owe them $900. When I tell them that I can't pay the full amount, they told me that they were sending the account to collections for processing.Avoid this shop. They don't hold to their estimates, they do unauthorized work, and they then come after you months later because of an error on their end and bully you for something you tried to resolve in the first place.

Was stranded in Bama all the way from Michigan. After 2 other shops Jim Burkes got me in immediately even when they looked pretty busy and resolved the problem in less than 24 hours. Not only that but while we waited to hear on anything they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable when the waiting room was full. Wonderful people, wonderful service.

The guy Mark said the alignment was properly done and if it's out of alignment, it had to happen after it left the shop. Here the thing, the tires are wearing unevenly now. It wasn't before they put their hands on it. Take your vehicle to them at your own risk. You've been warned!

This was the best experience I had with Jim Burke! My Jim Burke sales experience was awful!However, Mark, from the body shop, was great and very helpful! He completely understood my situation and worked extra hard to make things right for me. Jim Burke has a valuable asset with Mark working for them. I couldn't ask for anything better! I would say thanks Jim Burke, but instead, I'd rather say thank you Mark!!

I never plan to visit this place again as long as I live.. They will tear up your car. They do all they can to get money out of you. Owning a Subaru Forester was a night mare. I will never purchased a Subaru again. Also if Eddie Hicks is there watch out.

They repaired the rear bumper and trunk on my 2015 Malibu I am impressed with the work ,and staff is friendly and professional I would recommend them to anyone. Steve was very professional.

This place was slow and no one had an idea what was going on. Two of the techs smelled like pot. This place ripped me off and did crappy work on my car. Avoid this place at all cost. They are known to steal.

The lady at the front desk was as nice as she could be. The large bald manager was rude and unprofessional. Too many roids I assume.
