My experience was this, We came to this shop because the air conditioning in my truck had stopped working. When we arrived We told the mechanic that the air compressor was not working. at 11:30 am he calls me to tell me that he was replace a Valve, and when I checked the air was still not working. I went to buy the compressor and when he changed it the air began to work. The shop manager tells me that they had to follow certain steps and I agree with him. But what I do not agree with is that they started working on something without previously informing me what they are working on. and after 4 HOURS waiting when I go to check the air, it still doesn't work. I DO NOT recommend these people because they charged $1000 for replace a valve ( at the first time didn t work the AC) and then for replaced the compressor and then the AC started to work. Don t waste your time and money.

Had a reductant tank (DEF) fault in the middle of a 800 mile trip and called J&S. They got me in immediately and back on the road in less than 15 minutes! Great service!

Amazing group of people. Excellent work and good prices. My elderly mother and I broke down while traveling from out of state and was stranded and afraid. We called them for help and even though they were completely backed up with work they took our one ton diesel truck in and did all the necessary repairs to get us back on the road. They did an excellent job and I don't know what I would have done without them because they care about their customers and that is a hard thing to find nowadays. I highly recommend them for their quality of work and their professionalism.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Steve is all about making the dollar instead of making sure the customer is happy with a good quality quality job and he does some things illegally and treats his workers like like trash the person u meet is front not a good man

I can t say enough about this company. I had to be towed late the prior day to calling them. I called at 7am in a panic. The receptionist calmed me down and spoke with the mechanic. They got me right in and fixed the same day. She even called the towing company to arrange delivery of my truck for me. I will go to them for all of my truck needs. Thanks so much!

We stopped here during our road trip when a light popped up on our dash. We were relieved to have found j and s close by. They were able to help us out immediately and we're talking to us in real time about what they believed was going on with our vehicle (Chevy G3500 school bus 6.6L Duramax diesel) and how they were fixing the problem. They were not only excellent mechanics but also extremely kind and honest. After about an hour of troubleshooting they determined the light was nothing more than some wires rubbing together and we had nothing to worry about. As there were no parts or labor to be paid for, we asked Steve how much we owed him for his time. He told us we owed him nothing and sent us on our way with two free tshirts! Thank you so much, Steve. You and your crew are an amazing bunch. We highly recommend this shop if you want to be well taken care of.

Brakes overheated on our motorhome. Called Nathan and he was able to get working on it immediately. Very impressed by the professional staff and customer care. I will also post on all the RV Facebook groups. Excellent company to deal with.
