I brought my Volvo in to get my rear bumper and quarter panel repaired they did an excellent job! It did take longer than expected but that s just the nature of the business when getting an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and saw that it was cleaned so well it looked like a brand new car, wheels and everything. Cathy and the gentleman in the office with her are so kind and a pleasure to do business with!

Our son was in an accident (not his fault) and we sent him here to get a quote. Cathy took care of his truck and absolutely went above and beyond. This will definitely be our auto shop from now on. Wonderful people!

Friendly and quick service! Had an issue with my hood opening and had taken it to multiple shops that had been unable to fix it. They were kind, and literally had the hood open in minutes!

They do phenomenal work! I m not originally from the area so I had a hard time finding trustworthy shops, and Homewood Auto proved to be an extremely great choice. I ve been burned by paint jobs from other places in the past but Homewood Auto matched my paint almost perfectly and you can t tell any harm was ever done to the car! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Homewood Auto Body Specialist is the best auto repair shop I ve ever been to. I ve brought my Mini Cooper to them on several occasions and every single time they ve done great work. The first time was after an accident and the entire driver s side of my car needed to be replaced. They did so in a timely manner and it was impossible to tell that anything had been replaced! The car looked brand new and I was very happy with the price I paid. Another time I brought it in because one of my headlights was not functioning due to corrosion of the electrical component inside. I originally had it looked at by the Mini dealership and they told me it could not be repaired and would have to be replaced at, of course, a ridiculous price. I immediately took it over to Brad and his team at Homewood Auto Body. Brad went out to look at it while I chatted with their lovely and very helpful receptionist, Cathy. He came back five minutes later, said it was fixed, and didn t even charge me! The headlight has been working perfectly ever since. Overall Homewood Auto Body Specialist excels in professionalism, efficiency, honesty and excellent work. I will never use another auto body shop!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I visited them last week for my car's scratch on the left fender. I walked in and they did serve me without appointment. I met Cathy and she was so kind and gave me the right information. I also went to Jim & Jim's body shop and they gave me an estimate of $1400. When I showed the damage to Cathy got few liquids and a drill with sponge and worked on the scratch for like 10 mins and she cleaned it and there was a very minor scratch left. I asked her if it needs to be fixed and she said 'No we're good'. She didn't charge me and it was very kind of her. I talked to her about auto stores around and which ones are good and trusted she passed me a few contacts and shared good knowledge about maintaining a car. You're the best Cathy!! These folks are truly incredible. I got estimates from 3 different places and their quote was less than half of the second closest option (they quoted $2200 and my other 2 quotes were $4500 and $4800).Aside from that, I felt a genuineness and warmth from the folks who work here that I didn't feel at any other auto shop I have ever been to. It was clear that they cared more about providing a good service and for doing it for as little as they could get away with instead of trying to see what they can get away with charging. Very good people who enjoy helping people.The work was finished in the quicker part of the time estimate and upon inspection, they did an excellent overall job. I will be suggesting everyone I know go here for any auto body repair and I will be using these guys exclusively in the future.

They did such a great job fixing a bumper and wheel plate. They cost a lot lower than other places I got estimates from. And their quality of work is incredible; the wheel plate was repaired in such a fantastic way that it is practically renewed. Very polite and well-mannered staff.

I ve never written a bad google review in my life but this experience was terrible. Cathy is nice and overall the work done was fine, but everything else was a disaster. It took double the time I was quoted and wasn t even completely ready when I picked it up. And then they tried to charge me more than the quote which was adjusted after I complained.I soon noticed ants all in my car and called again to get some sort of refund. They have a complimentary detailing service but nothing inside of my car was cleaned. At this point they gave me a full refund (as they should). Then they had to bring the part to my house to finish the repair and texted me that the job was complete and when I went out there the piece wasn t even fastened securely onto the car. I sent a video and was told to come in the next day to have them fix it, which I responded that my car would be at my house the following day for them to complete the job. I was told they had already gone above and beyond for me and I could come by the shop to have the piece fastened. Since they gave me a full refund I wasn t going to write a bad review but apparently my car was sitting in an ant pile while the were waiting on that part, and I was paying for a rental car, bc I m currently watching HUNDREDS of ants come out of my side mirror. Their quote was a lot less than other places and they were friendly but I have never had such a bad experience that just doesn t stop.Service: Body & Trim

I unfortunately had to seek body repairs after another motorist messed my car up pretty badly. That was not a great experience and neither was dealing with the driver's insurance company, but Cathy made it all far less painful. They truly went above and beyond in every way I can think of, and the car looked amazing when they were done. I cant tell they are perfectionists because they even threw in a few complimentary fixes so the car would look even better. I can't recommend them enough.

Cathey west is a freaking goddess. I called her after an accident and she was able to give me a repair estimate over the phone right there at the scene of the accident.I got an estimate from her WELL BEFORE the police managed to arrive.She really put me at ease, very knowledgeable and helpful.

I dropped my car off after being involved in a hit and run after my insurance company recommended the body shop. The guys at the shop were friendly and waiting for me to arrive after talking with my insurance agent the day of the accident. They repaired my car quickly (4 business days) and took care of all the insurance paperwork. The interior was even cleaned up and the repaired damage looked great.

I dropped my car off at 7:30 a.m. on a Monday and was told it would be ready by the following Monday. I received a phone call Thursday afternoon saying my car was ready, and I was beyond excited. They finished my car early and made it look beautiful! They made the whole outside of my car look just like it did when I bought it:) Mr. Hubert Underwood and his staff were super friendly and made my whole experience the best.
