Handy tire was, and I mean was a very good shop to take you car to get worked on. Now they are charging you for them breaking stuff during their test drive after you have told them something was wrong with your car. Short guy with a beard and long hair. Was give one price and then tried to charge a extra $30 then a extra $330 but he wanted it all in cash. That's after $840. I will put the word out about this company's tactics, not satisfied at all.

If i could give these lames no stars i would. Ain never made a review in my life. I go to get a diagnostic on my car bcuz it was wobbling, boy with the glasses tell me i need lower control arms, outer tire rods, and a front end alignment..i order the items, take it to get fix he put control arms on and car was worse. i take it back to get outer tire rods put on then he tell me i need inner tire rods (which should of been in diagnostic) i leave there go straight to auto zone to get them only for boy with the glasses to tell me i apologize man you don t need the outer rods, u can jus put 1 inner tire rod on it ll stop 90% on wobbling. i Leave and the car still wobbling..i return less than 5 mins to tell them to put other tire rod on bcuz the shaking still there he said i don t need it, i need tires. I buy tires and car was STILL wobbling, now the car is wrecked bcuz of sloppy job done which was made worse and I DARE any management to get under here and debate ANYTHING i said, i got voice recordings too. DONT FW THESE FOLKS

BAD BUSINESS! This Guy Held My Car For Over 2 Months & Never Did Any Work He Said That He Have Done On My Car. I started Going Up There After A month because he was lying about the work being done & it wasn t. He will lie to you about your car parts & say something s wrong with it & Nothings Wrong he Just Want More Money To Get Over On people, He s All About $$$$. When I Finally Get My Car Back It Was Still Leaking Oil Because He Told On Of His Mechanic To Put My Broken Oil Pan That Came With A Motor I Bought On There I stead Of Using My Good Oil Pan. He Told Me Tha My Motor Was Good But He Knew It Was Gone Leak & I ll Have To Come Back. He Told Me That It ll Be Another Fee To Fix It .. ( I took My Car & Got It Fix) He Told Me Tht He Had To Put Something In It & Told Me To Bring It Back On Monday I Get There He Tell Me Come Back The Next Day. He Always Tell Me To come Back Or We ll Fix It And Get It Done A Lie To you. When The Mechanic (David) Was Putting Fluid In My Car For My Air To Work I Walk Down On Him Smoking A Cigarette In My Car & Searching Through It. I Informed The Owner He Denied That The Man Didn t Do That I Said How Can U Tell Me That & You Haven t Tried To check Cameras or go ask Him I Told Him I Caught The Guy Doing It. The Owner AAMAR HANVY Said That He ll Talk To The Guy. Never Apologize for it or anything I would NEVER RECOMMEND Getting Anything Fix Here Again. I Wouldn t Recommend anyone here.

Both brothers were great! They fix my Chevy Malibu with no problem. Very respectful, reliable & reasonable pricing. I most definitely recommend anyone to come here! You

My experience was terrible. Long wait (4 days). Didn t find the real problem until they handed me my keys then said I had a bad fuel pump lol. Yeah (Can t get right) everywhere. Will never go back. Wouldn t advise you to either. The new management is friendly but over their heads on running the business. 1 star because I had to post. 0 stars at the most. Maybe -3

I've used this company for several years. He's always been fair and square, vehicle ready when promised, no scheming or trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. That's rare these days..

First of all, parking lot is extremely small, getting a F-350 and a 32'ft trailer in there and out was not fun at all. Besides that they did an amazing job working on the truck even fixed issues we didn't expect them to fix. Yes the work did take a little over 2 hours, but it was well worth it. Owners wife even brought in waters to the customers in the waiting room. Thank you guys for your services. -A&J logistics

I went to Hanvey Tires for years. However, the ownership recently changed. On a visit a few months ago, I had to consistently call for an update. When I got my vehicle back, the item that was fixed broke down again. I took my truck back and it was repaired. IT TOOK A WEEK THOUGH. I still wanted to remain loyal. Two days ago, I took my car in for a diagnosis and repair. It was dropped off around 8:30 in the morning and I had to call again around 3 for an update. The shop manager said they were behind and was just about to look at it. I had to ask when will he call back. He said 30 minutes but over an hour went by. Guess what?? They diagnosed the issue, couldn't fix it, charged me $90, and told me to get it. When I came to pick up, they asked if I could wait 20 minutes because a car was in front of mine getting fixed. I guess I wasn't important! My $90 was though. I won't be back and they lost a loyal paying customer. I miss Ben G!

The original workers at Hanvey are no longer there the new workers are full of games they dance around the real problem when they know you have a car warranty so they can (in their voice run it up ) basically get paid via filing warranty claims on ppl car I ve taken my car back to the them every month ( no exaggerating) since February 2022 and I m still having the same issues they are a rip off and i wouldn t taking a big wheel there to be fixed.

Harvey Tire don't even deserve 1star with me. Very unprofessional. Took my car the get a diagnostic test which was $90 took them over a month to complete the job just to be told they couldn't get my car to crank. Had nothing to do with what they had to fix. Had to constantly call them to check on my car. Which is very unprofessional. Owner Omar is RIDICULOUS Need to go get teaching on how to be professional with customers. The price was $ 965 to fix the car supposuby but by them keeping it so long he told me they weren't gone charge me then told my husband it was gone be $350 that he was given us a discount. Didn't give us a recipe or anything. When I asked he said he couldn't give us a receipt because he gave us a discount. I thought if you pay for something you are entitled to what you payed for weather it's a discount or not. Mind you when I got my car back my horn , ac,heat,or defrost all no longer worked. Took it back to them and Omar tells us that his macanic did touch any of my wires but me and my husband looking at the wire showing. Just wanted to share my experience with the public of what I went through with them. Like I said they do t deserve 1star. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. UNPROFESSIONAL

A very good place to take your car and have worked on they have very good mechanics I know because I used to work there everything I do they do good work on you need front end work they do it and I do a hell of a good job same goes for the mechanic the new tires they do alignments anything to do with the car they do it and like I say they do a hell of a job so if you need something done your car take it to heavy tire I promise you won't be sorry

NEW OWNERSHIP BEWARE!!!!He gave me a fake diagnosis. Kept my truck over night? Untrustworthy now.Said oil was leaking from my front seal and actually no oil leaks whatsoever. I'd post a pick if I felt it mattered. But thats life...90% of Mechanic shops are here to rob. If I didn't have 2 trades,I'd learn auto mechanics and organize it so I would NOT need to rob the patrons...the end.

I am a very loyal and long term customer of Hanvey. I, recommend them to anyone and eveyone. They are my go-to auto repair shop. Recently. I took my truck into Hanvey cause express auto engineers quoted me 1900 (YIKES!!) to replace my front end. I went there because I needed an oil change and Hanvey was closed for the weekend. Brought in my truck on Monday and had Hanvey check it out. I told them up front what express had told me. The new owner informed me that there's no way that the whole front end needs to be replaced. He had his front end guy check it out and they informed me my truck only needed the idler and pitman arms. Hanvey's total, including alignment was less than a quarter of that price. Hanvey gave me a 36K miles, 3 years nationwide warranty on top. I am extremely satisfied with them. The new ownership could have taken advantage and charged me for any/everything, but, they were honest and treated me like a human and not like a dollar sign. The new management has earned my trust, as far as I am concerned.Thank you!

They are the Best Quick Diagnosis, and got the parts for my F150, and installed and realigned my truck and I was back rolling before Lunch.Yes I would highly recommend Harvey anytime.

Been serving my vehicles for years. This time spilled out on motor and didn't clean it off cause engine to burn it off in smoke. Still give them a 4 because work is done right.

The charge at the end of your service is totally different and more than the quotes given to you verbally. They charge you an additional $21 inspection and service charge that they don't mention to you verbally. Once they finish servicing your car, then they give the clerk your keys behind the desk instead of placing them in your hand to ensure that you won't get them back until you have paid the entire bill including the non-verbal quoted $21 inspection fee that they add on to you without verbal consent. When you ask about the charge, they will say that it's plastered all over the building. However, I didn't see no such sign.

Great service! I have been a customer for over 10 years and I have had no problems. Mr Ben is a honest man and he stands behind all of his work. I recommend Hanvey to all my family and friends.

I took my truck in a couple of weeks ago to get my tires balanced. It seemed to drive fine on the way home. Last weekend my wife and I got in it to go out of town and it drove like it was about to fall apart. I got off the highway to see if I had a low tire or a flat. Ii was shaking so bad I had to return home with it. This was a simple balance job and they screwed it up. Imagine if it had been something major. I will never go there again because I value my life and my family life.

Ben and all of the technicians at Hanvey Tire are nice, professional and genuine in taking care of you and your vehicle service needs. This is definitely a tire service shop that is worth giving a try. I have no doubt that you will be pleased and return for future services!

Needed a front end alignment on 1966 Chevy c10 truck...Not everybody has the knowledge to do that.. Great Job, very knowledgeable and Im happy with the results.
