The staff was very friendly and had great customer service. The manager Blake even gave me recommendations on upcoming service needs that my vehicle needs. They finished the job in a timely manner and even had comfy seats to sit in and watch TV while I waited.

We were on a road trip with our family (two daughters 3 and 1.5) and we noticed our car battery was low/radio stopped working. We called and the manager said he d look at it right away so we headed off course and he immediately looked at the car/ran tests - everything was fine thank God - but he didn t even charge us and he prioritized us since we had our little kids with us who were antsy and bored! Amazing customer service and care!!!!!!

Very disappointed in my last experience here. Women be careful because if you don t know these people will overcharge you! Helpful hint just get diagnostics for $10-$20 then price the part at part stores like Oreilly or autozone and get a mechanic or try Express oil change. Express oil change can possibly beat the cost because they will do the labor for $150 a hr just bring the part. I was nearly charged $900 for something that should have cost $500-$600 from a company. I was quoted an overpriced part. The representative at Firestone quoted me $614 for the part to repair my car and I was very hesitant because the price was too high. I was then offered a in house credit card without a hard inquiry to my credit, the guy at the desk offered it to pay for the repairs so I decided to go for it because he stated it wasn t a hard inquiry and my car could get fixed, only to find out after applying that I wouldn t get a approval or decline for 7-10 days! First off the representative was impatient and had a lack of knowledge of what he was doing, he just wanted to make a sale. What is the point of offering something you don t get same day for a service you need??? I just found out he lied and it was a hard inquiry on my credit! I ended up leaving to find maybe another option, due to me being so tired I decided to come back at 9:20am only for him to say they could no longer do it that day because parts couldn t be ordered after 9am? That was a lie he was just being a jerk because I questioned him on the price and reason for applying for card that wasn t going to help today. Luckily he was a jerk because I ended up finding the part at AutoZone for $160 and I got it done with labor cost of $200! So I saved $100 s of dollars by not going to Firestone!

I'm so done with these ppl.. They come up with any excuse not to do what was paid for.. All I want is a front end alignment that I paid a lifetime warranty on and every time I go to get the job done, they make up a reason not to do it..I need a refund ASAP and I'll take my money and business elsewhere.. Also, I was lied to about being open today (Easter Sunday) when I told the service attendant that they would be closed..I highly recommend not coming to this location

I made an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment and Mr. Cedrick had me in and out! He is very Professional and when I questioned the repairs He assured me with documentation that all is well and it was! Thanks for a job well done Mr. Cedrick!!!

Deceptive business practice. they do not ask if you want car care package, you find that out after you've Pais and when asked about it she tells me I told her my car was shaking. Ok? I told you what I wanted done, you don't just add something without asking me if I want it. Then want to have an attitude and be slow about checking me out.

Made an appointment and was given a price for front brakes for 431.00. Had to cancel but about 2 weeks later made another appointment and when I went to keep appointment, I was told brakes would be 537.00. I asked them what happened to amount that was given to me the first time, guy behind desk couldn't tell me. I canceled and called Christian Brothers and was told to come without an appointment and I only paid 395.00. Needless to say I will not be going back to you...thank you very much!!!

Took my car here for a simple oil change last week before I had to travel out of town. My car was running perfectly fine before going. Shortly after the oil change I experienced a number of problems with my car. Had to take my car back 2 times in the same day. I was behind 7 hours on my trip because of this and had to drive my husband's car for my trip because the engine light would not go off, so I had concerns with traveling with my kids and mom in my car due to Firestone errors.

Horrible customer service. I purchased 2 new tires to replace Goodyear tires with Firestone tires, but they put the old tires in the back & didn't reset the tire signal in the dash. After 3 times of explaining what I wanted, they still didn't do what I asked them to & tried to charge me almost $500 for it. I was there for 5 hours & 2 other customers came back with issues abt their cars as well. Awful experience altogether. To add insult to injury, they were rude & disrespectful as well.

NO COMMUNICATION. If you leave your car here, don t expect a call from them with any updates. My car was here three days and in that time I was the only one initiating any contact. The first day I was told that they would call me with an update about my car yet they didn t and didn t answer when I called them. The next day, I called and they told me they couldn t do the repair I needed so I went up there to get my car and suddenly they have someone coming in tomorrow that could do it so I have them the benefit of the doubt and left my car there another day - mistake. Called the third day and now they re going back on what they said and going back to we can t fix it . So they kept my car for 3 days just to tell me they couldn t fix it which could have been done in minutes and saved me a ton of time. Cheap prices, but bad service and no communication.

Had a confirmed appointment for 8am, I got there on time just for no one to be there. I waited 20 minutes and then called no answer and no show. If you confirmed an appointment then you should be there before the customer ready and waiting. I could have stayed in bed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Absolutely the worse service in the area if not the entire state, Charles is plain and simple in the wrong business, his customer service skills are below standards to say the least. No owner responsibility, as several messages have been left for Mr Walker with no response. Taken the vehicle multiple times for same repair always hoping that they'll do a good job, all they do is replace parts, "spray" the problem away charge you for it and $1000 dollars later problem still there. I thought mechanic shops were there to diagnosed and fix, not guess and replace! Richard is about the only person there worth a damn but all he does is answer phones.

Excellent customer service at this location. You don t have many places still around with great customer service so I was immediately won over. James took care of me and he is the sweetest young man ever. I went in on a Sunday for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 10 around and left at 11:45 but that was only because 2 other customers were in front of me. So yea, the wait time can be a little lengthy but whatever service you go in for is guaranteed to be superb! I highly recommend!

The team at this store always works hard to be respectful of your budget and your time! I appreciate that they keep me updated on the progress of the work on my vehicle and consult with me before adding anything that will drive up the cost. When they make suggestions for other work that needs to be done, I feel that I can trust them.... they aren't just telling me something to make more money but being honest about what needs work. And when I need to prioritize what work to do now and what to do later, they always offer good advice!

We had a flat tire on the way through town. Jason found a tire and put eyes on it before we drove 30 minutes on our donut to get it fixed. He set our expectations for how long it would take and the cost, and he and Ty worked to get it fixed and us back on the road much faster. All of this on a Sunday afternoon. Great experience!

The worst service ever!! Unacceptable POOR customer service by the store Manager Ashley! Extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending! She was making rude comments and name calling to her customers. She has been reported to the area manager Randy! I m going to make sure that everyone I know never patronize this business!

My battery started to die on a Sunday afternoon! So very glad the good people at Firestone were able to help. They were busy but the manager stepped in to test the battery and replace it with a new one. We were in and out in about an hour, much more fast than expected. We had a great experience and will return when we need the car serviced. Thank you Firestone!

Staff very helpful and friendly and they are good at what they do. Dealership told me I needed front and rear axles for my vehicle which would have been $298 per axle for a total of $1192. Firestone did a brake inspection for $9.99 and I only needed rear and it only cost $198. Keep up the good work Firestone in centerpoint, thank you for your service.

Went there for a oil change and to get my breaks to stop squeaking. A minute after I leave I could still hear the squeaking, and now my breaks feel like their about to fall off. Never going there again.

This is filled with friendly people. The prices are competitive. The place is clean and well lit. The seating area is clean and appropriately equipped with furniture that makes your wait pleasant. They offer coffee but no soda or juice machine. I don't drink coffee so this is not a plus for me. The closes store is across the street and about a quarter mile down a slight incline.

I have been coming to FIRESTONE in the Centerpoint area for years. I have seen a positive difference since the changing over to NEW management. I have NEVER had an issue. I appreciate how they go the extra mile. Very friendly.
