Mason provided excellent service on my windshield wiper replacement. He was very fun to talk too as well. He provided 3 options for me and talked me through which options were the best fit for what I was looking for. I can see clearly now, the rain is gone. But when it comes back, my new wipers will allow me to see much better while driving.

I live down the road and every time I stop by I am never disappointed. No matter the wait, I know that the team here has always taken care of my needs and concerns. I really appreciate them getting my vehicle right every single time before my long trips. Gotta ask for Mason as well, that man will take care of you. Great service to you!

Awesome team! Very knowledgeable mechanics. Always given top quality service! Went to a different place to get my headlight changed. Was told they couldn't do it cause they would have to basically take a lot of parts out to pop out the headlight and they couldn't do it. I went around the corner to Express and they not only knew to remove the one bolt. They had me back on the road under ten minutes. Did I mention that I also thought my blinker light was out as well? Nope they fix that too. When I say they are an AMAZING TEAM, they are!

Percy and Darion did an awesome job. They were efficient, very friendly and informative and as a bonus, kind to my dog! I am always happy with my service here, today was even better! Highly recommend this shop and these two guys!

Today my service worker was Mason! Very thorough made sure my car with up to par! Very quick in and out but thorough at the same time. Will definitely recommend my family and friends to come here for amazing service!

These people have always been good to me and my ride, but today! WOW! Nathan showed up and showed out BIG time! I took my vehicle in this morning for a scheduled all wheels and tires replacement, alignment, 3 inch lift kit; and I honestly expected a phone call for something to come up brakes not working, or some other part needed, or something not ordered correctly. NOPE! I also expected it to NOT be ready in time for me to pick up my kids from school and had other arrangements to get them home. MY CAR WAS READY AND DONE CORRECTLY at 1:30!!! No surprises, and the technician (Nathan) went even above and beyond the basics and fixed a plastic piece on my car seat that I didn t even mention to them. I m blown away by the talent and service that I received today from Nathan and his team!

The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The oil change takes 20-30 minutes, but you get to stay in your car while they do it. No appointment is necessary; you can come anytime during their operation hours. The Assistant Manager is exceptionally great. I highly recommend this place!

Henry and Cole were amazing!!! I actually started coming to this particular location because of the excellent customer service they provided me the first time. I had experienced something totally different at another location and it was refreshing to have such an excellent crew service my vehicle. Thank you guys and continue be great on purpose.

My wipers and spray weren t working correctly so I went in to see if they could fix the issue. Owner Jeff and Mason were so helpful! Got everything working properly and in just a short time! Highly recommend these guys for their professional and timely service!

The staff at Express Oil Change in Brook Highland is some of the best I have experienced at a service shop. They were efficient and very helpful and did everything they could to make sure I could be helped the most effectively and their prices are the best I ve seen. They didn t try to charge me extra or anything, they were true and honest. I recommend anyone who needs service or any kind to come to these guys! Mike was cool! Really nice! However, I came in as a female alone & felt very upset leaving there.DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A FEMALE BY YOURSELF.I came in for an oil change, I ve used the one in Huntsville where I m from originally with no problem. Today, I came in, received an oil change and I even let them sell me an air filter. I also commented on checking my battery voltage because I ve been getting a few pop ups on my car about it when the automatic shut off is on. They said my battery was low and needed a new battery and quoted me $407 for parts and other things. My jaw dropped. I ve never seen a battery over $200, let alone $400. I turned it down and said I d wait for it to die. After the oil change was completed I attempted to turn my car on. Miraculously my car would not start. It started flashing warning lights and beeping. They checked under my hood again and said it was dead. Convienent. I had work later today and did not have $407 for a new battery and was on the verge of tears when they finally jumped my battery enough for it to turn on. I drove behind them to Walmart to get my battery inspected again and their reader said it was barely below the recommended voltage and I didn t need a replacement. My car is back to normal now but if I had been a little less stubborn and broke I d have been out $407 on a battery and parts . This is why I don t go to mechanical places as a woman. If you re a female I would NOT recommend coming here by yourself. Bring a man. They may try to trick you into buying parts for WAY too much. I was also told to write my earlier review for $10 off my charge and it was before I had been able to turn my car on.

I do NOT recommend anyone to come here!! I came to get my car fixed and paid about $2400 just for them to never really fix it. I ve had to go 3 separate times, and each time they found something new wrong with my car, and I ended up going to the other branch to finally get it fixed for good. It was an overall bad and unprofessional experience, and they really wasted my time!

I only go to this EOC for a reason. I ve found it hard to find trustworthy and reliable mechanics that have your best interest in mind. Until I got some work done here. Chase in service department and Mason in the oil change department are knowledgeable young men who went above and beyond to help me with my much needed car repairs. I also want to mention the managers of both departments at this Express are extremely understanding and professional, and that s a very valuable attribute for a business to have these days.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change
