Jeff Hines and the whole crew over there got me in on a Saturday at 11:30AM (which is a busy time for them) and were able to accommodate an emergency set of tires and an oil change. The guys got me in there quickly and got me out even quicker, and back on the road home. They were funny and good people, checked in on me while I was waiting and really took care of my vehicle. 5 stars. Thanks again fellas.

Possibly one of the best Express Oil Change experiences I have ever had. I was lucky to have Jeff service my oil change today, and he is also this branch manager. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. First time visit but I still felt like family. Highly recommend. Thank you Jeff for the great service!

Jeff and his team are always accommodating. The service you get at express oil on 280 is unmatched. I constantly drive from out of state to take my vehicles to this location because the service is that good. His team always goes the extra mile even driving to get parts on their own rather than having me wait. Best in class!

I have never met nicer mechanics in my life! Jeff and his team did an amazing job! I m not much of a car aficionado myself, but they talked me through everything they were doing. A mistake on my part caused them to have to spend extra time on my car. They stayed 30 minutes after closing to finish. They were very kind about it, surprised that I would expect anything less.If you are looking for quick service and nice people, come to this place!

The store manager helped me out with my oil change and was super kind and playful throughout the whole process. He informed me of multiple coupons and was super easy to communicate with. I will definitely be back again!

KC and Eddie were exceptionally professional and quick about getting your car back on the road. They also give you suggestions on what needs to be replaced or updated and that's always helpful information, love getting my vehicle serviced here.

After spending almost $200 at this location when i only came in for a oil change i leave the shop with a low tire pressure signal on my car that was not on when i brought the car in. I informed the workers of the light being on and they tell me i have to drive around a bit before it turns off so i do just that and leave the shop and drive the car around. The next day the light is still on in my car so go back to let the manager on duty know of the incident and they find a nail in my tire that was not there before i came in and i ask if they can patch it since this wasnt an issue before i came in and they tell me id have to pay for a patch for something that happened while they had my car. In my opinion this is terrible customer service not by the employees them selves because they were all great but on manager end i feel as if you guys need to do a better job. If the light was on while you guys were working on my car you would have notified me of it like you called me about everything else so to me i feel like the nail was purposely put there so i would have to come back and spend more money. As a customer service manager myself the customer is the first priority to me and i didn t feel as if they cared about what happened at all they just wanted more money from me. It would have been a simple task to patch the tire but instead the refused to do so. I will personally never come back to this location because of the horrible experience this was and its sad because i live 2 min away from this location.

I came in a couple days before Christmas right at closing time with my tire blown out. The entire team was so kind and helpful. I had to leave my car overnight for my tire to be ordered and the assistant manager Eddie went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Ive NEVER had the outstanding customer service I received at this location. I won't ever use anyone else.

This express oil is by far the best express I ve ever been to. The technicians are all so friendly and went above and beyond when servicing my car. I pulled in 4 minutes before they were closing one night, and they still took care of me and gave me an oil change , changed my wipers and changed my air vent. They did such a thorough inspection of my car even when they were closed.
