Went to look at a vehicle. Rear power lift gate would not work. That is a $2000 Repair that was not listed in add. I was told they knew about it and wouldn't fix it. Also wouldn't honor dealer discounts available. Finance manager relayed through salesman take it or leave it. I left. Sales manager called 2 days later. I told him what happened. He said he would see what they could do on the car. I haven't heard back from him. They also went up on the price of the car $1000 because I wasn't financing enough.

I had a good experience. They accepted my warranty contract even though they were "out of network". You may have to wait, but the results are worth it. Jonathan C. Was very kind and called me all through the process to make sure I understood everything that was going on.

They were really unprofessional, did not want to fix my car, gave me the run around about fixing it because it. Attitude was horrible. Will never go there again

I usually have had a good experience with the services department but this time I was refuse service of a car I purchased from them, I didn't get a service warranty with them but I have one but was able to pay the cost cash for the service but they told me they don't work on Dodge Challenger but they replace a radiator prior, reason not wanting to fix Dodge Challenger have a software that's makes it impossible to fix so how was they able to fix the radiator.
