So I was looking to get the car stereo that was installed in my SUV removed and replaced. So when I googled to find a affordable and reasonable car installation service, DTR Service & Installation was the 1st to appear. But to make a long story short, if I was able to give 10 stars I would. His service from the greeting to the conclusion was absolutely GREAT. I love everything about my experience from the great customer service, the price, and the work. Highly recommend. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service. Demetrius was very professional. Didn't take long and did very well installing my subs. Called that day and got it done the same day. Definitely recommend any installation.

Best place in the state to have professional high quality work done for a great price. I won t take my car anywhere else. You will be in great hands with Demetrius! He installed my JL Audio subs and anytime I have any issues Is always who I call because I know I can count on him. I would highly recommend him 10/10!

Beware! He will try to get over you if you thinks you don t know what you re talking about. Overcharges as well and seems like a good guy but really bad intentions!! He offered me a discontinued stereo in exchange for my new one which works fine! All in all a bad experience.

I've been to DTR twice in the past year. the first trip was for a remote start for my wife's car. DTR gave me a time window for completing the task in which he was within that time and earlier than expected. We've had no issue with her remote start a year later.Around the same time the following year, I had remote start installed in my car and with the same out come. I was given a time window in which he was complete before then. DTR has become my go to for any car installation/services that fall within his services. I'm planning on going back soon to have a head unit upgrade. Highly recommended. I recommend to all of my family/friends.

What can I say.... Demetrius ironically we have the same name lol. He did wonderful work on my 2017 Toyota Rav 4. The price was very reasonable and affordable. No strong arming, friendly, and great customer service.

LISTEN TO ME! Don t go anywhere else to get your accessories installed on your vehicle, This man is honest, and his prices CAN NOT BE BEAT here in Birmingham. He deserves 10 stars, no lie.

Went and got exactly what I came for and was in and out in 10 minutes. I had stereo install I done myself but was stomped on why I couldn't get it to power up. DTR got me fixed up and showed me what I'd done wrong and barely charged anything for service.
