A first there was a great feeling of professionalism but as time went on the true colors show. I had some drive terrain work done here, about a year since I m down a car and 5 grand. The management can t remember what they tell you. make sure you write down in big font what you need done. You may need to help them sound out some of the words because they ll put new brakes on when you ask for an oil change. The employees even talk about how incompetent the management is and they will gladly tell you you re not the first or the last getting screwed here. The employees!I ve driven my car less than 1000 miles since the repair. I was told warranty is 2 years or 2500 miles.

As a female you can at times feel like people can take advantage of you because of unfamiliarity of mechanical issues. Christian Brothers off Tattersall Park is the most honest place I have ever taken my car to. I have always been taken care of and never ripped off by unnecessary work or parts. You can feel confident taking your car here. Also AJ is simply the best. He cares about his customers and works to help them even when they drop their car off last minute aka me.

If you get an oil change, Christian Brothers Automotive gives you a printed and electronic copy of your complimentary inspection. You have the guidance to make safer decisions about your vehicle and the freedom to fix (or not fix) everything at your own pace. It s just good to have a heads up.

I am very pleased with the service I received at Christian Brothers at Tattersall. They are organized, efficient and personable with integrity. Emery was my shuttle driver. She was delighful and super courteous.

There was a full explanation the mechanic and service advisor explained things clearly.But researching and experiencing vehicle head-light alignment is an ignored safety problem safety being enforced in the United States is problematic through our this state and causes accidents in incliment weather and normal night time driving. It's a rarely written ticket for faulty safety equipment is sold endangering consumers daily..... The money spent was worth every. Penny.these guys and Clay are professional in everyway. Trust was established and maintained.

The easiest, most friendly and professional service I ve ever had from a mechanic shop. Better than dealership quality and service. Three year warranty is so comforting. Makes you feel like you re getting what you pay for. The text updates on when they start to inspect the issue, and the estimate breakdown are wonderful. It really is the smoothest experience. Highly recommend!

I had my car serviced here yesterday and was overall pleased. I needed the repairs done in a day so I could get to work the next day. They actually texted me early and got my car back to me early. I will continue to use Christian Brothers.Be aware they are not open on Saturdays, and usually will not take late walk ins.

Rachel and AJ are always amazing!! We revelry had some complicated issues with our Yukon and we had to bring it in several times to get it figured out! They were always patient and accommodating! Called in last minute after getting screwed out of an appointment I had scheduled else where. They were clear and honest AND were able to get me in on short notice. Recommended services I needed more than others, and were knowledgeable with my vehicle and it s type. Service came out great, I had spark plugs installed, rotated tires, and brakes checked. They were very transparent on the condition of my brakes and included when I should expect to repair/replace them, which said other dealer was not doing. Lastly above all else, friendly and kind from start to finish. I am taking my car there for my next service.Service: Brakes

They are wonderful! Their quote was the same as everyone else's, the work was done much quicker than I anticipated, and the courtesy shuttle service is a blessing so you don't have to keep wasting money on Ubers when you live just down the road. CB replaced my washer fluid nozzle and wiper blades. Prior to that, I had them look at my transmission. The repair was done in both a timely and professional manner. I took my wife's car to Christian Brothers for a front end alignment. I had spoken to AJ, the service manager, prior to arrival and had been given a price to complete the procedure. The service was completed in the allotted time and at the agreed price. AJ took the time to explain in detail exactly what had been done. The garage area was clean and well ordered and the waiting area was comfortable. My impression from my initial visit is very favorable. While in the waiting area, I overheard AJ interact with several customers and he was just as detailed in his explanations to them as he was with me. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. When our cars need service or repair again, I'll be going back to Christian Brothers Automotive.Service: Wheel alignment

My elderly father had car trouble coming back from Auburn. It was a quarter until 6pm. Firestone next door said on their website they were open until 7. So we limped there. On the dot it said they closed at 6. The door was locked and no one answered the phone.In desperation we called Christian Brothers 5 minutes til 6 which was their closing time.I spoke to a very nice man on the phone and he said we could walk over. My dad came back with another very nice man with a flashlight who crawled under the car to inspect the damage. That something neither my dad or I could do physically. He told us that it was drivable to get home as long as we didn t go too fast. He answered all my dads questions and concerns with patience.We left feeling more secure and knew what we needed to do to get it fixed.They were life-savers who stayed past closing and didn t charge us a dime.

EDIT: John the owner followed up on the review. He offered to refund a portion of the charge, which I appreciated, but declined. As I told him, I try to review to save others headache, and it wasn't about the money in the first place, it was about the fact that I sent my wife here for a service and she was left with the original issue and could have broken down alongside the road. However, I absolutely respect him for caring enough to follow-up and it seems like he genuinely cares about the quality of the service. I have updated the review to 3/5 and we will try this location in the future for other services to see if they can redeem themselves.------I wouldn't take your car here for anything complicated. My wife was having battery issues and I wasn't available to help her so I had her take the vehicle here since it was local and had good reviews. She dropped off her car with them for the day, and they called her midway through the day and said everything was fine with the battery and the charging system and that she could come pickup the car. Out of good faith, and wanting to support a local business, we went ahead and asked them to do an oil change as well to kick them some business. The total for the oil change and the testing was $210.30.Unfortunately, upon reaching our house (less than 2 miles away) the voltage meter was bouncing between 9 volts and 14 volts depending on RPM. She parked the car for about an hour before returning and starting it to leave, at which point it barely started. All of the symptoms clearly showed an issue with the battery and/or charging system yet they let her drive away with a clearly bad battery.I took the vehicle back to them where they proceeded to tell me everything tested fine, it's a good battery, etc ... I spoke with the service manager for a good 5 minutes before I finally just started the car and had him look at the voltage meter, at which point he finally conceded there was an issue.Long story short, they never addressed the underlying charging system issue. They charged us another $268.62 to replace the battery (which they should have done in the first place) after pulling teeth to actually get them to do it. The frustrating thing here is that we told them all about the charging issues, the bad battery going into it, and we just wanted them to solve that issue. All the symptoms pointed to an issue as well, yet they let my wife drive away with a clearly bad battery.Services: Electrical, Battery

I took my BMW Z4 in for replacement of drive shaft which was over $2000. When I called to see if my car was ready, I was told the good news. It was only a loose bolt! I am a single woman and they could have told me they replaced the drive shaft and I never would have known the difference. I am so thankful for their HONESTY!! Rachel at the front desk is so professional, friendly and nice! Waiting room clean and organized. I will use them for all my car repairs from now on. Whenever I've had car has issues, it's always been a big wave of anxiety and stress. Christian Brothers however, excell in what they do and have made my past few automotive needs so much better. Their honesty, attention to detail, kindness, and knowledge are top-class. It's extremely easy to schedule an appointment and get a very in-depth overview of everything going on with your car - they send detailed pictures and descriptions of everything wrong and what can be done to fix it. As someone who's always been cautious of being ripped off and overcharged, I couldn't imagine taking my car anywhere else now. I trust them 100%.
