I went to this store to purchase a battery for my key fob. Angelica H. was AWESOME !!!! She gave me excellent customer service and was very helpful in showing me how to replace my battery in my key fob. Angelica could teach a Master Class on customer service and professionalism.

Mike the store manager really amazing my car battery died and if ya know north bham is NOT where you wanna be with that kinda issue. He was able to help me get another battery and even helped me attempt to recover my account lol I swear I gave him 50 numbers to look up he was patient and kind. Definitely will shop with him again.

Well I,m trying to understand what kinda help I can get on my car, my check light came on. the employee told me they can,t go up under the dash to hook the code scanner, I just ask could he show me where it,s at but I didn't get the help I needed. Who can I talk to about this situation.

Called because online it said they sold hand pump and small needles associate cursed over line saying why would they have basketball needles. Any store sometimes sales things that not related to the store. But it was no need for profanity to a customer shouldn t be at a store if you don t want to work or just do your job. He dated they had the pump but all I ask did they have the needles. Smh bad for businessCalled oct 2 2020 around 2 something

I have been using Autozone for my vehicles over the course of 25 years purchasing parts. I called Autozone today and asked if you all had a part that was rentable or for sale to remove a rotor off of my van. The person who answered the phone said that you all had the part for $3.29 and another for around $11.00. I drove to the store only to find out the part wasn t in stock. I know that auto zones Pos systems are up to date and they will tell you whether or not something is in stock, it would have been polite for your customer service rep to let me know if the part was in stock or not over the phone. Instead this was time waisted for me. I have had other disappointing occasions within the last 30 days that I will not discuss.

The sales rep did not know what the part was called that I was looking for. I was referred to an outsider for assistance . Staff demonstrated very poor customer service.

When you want to spend money and get Quality Parts for your vehicle myself I vote any late AutoZone for all of your Automotive needs my vehicle has been serviced through all of the parts lubricants oil and all other accessories all available in AutoZone.
