I was absolutely blown away with my experience at the AutoZone in ensley. Had an issue with warning signs saying my power steering fluid was faulty . Couldn't hardly turn the wheel so the closest place I went was AutoZone. As a female I had no idea what to buy and where to put it. So I went in and asked the guy behind the counter for help. He literally told me he wasn't able to assist me because he was about to clock out and go home. I still am shocked. The manager came out and I asked her for help and she did absolutely everything she could to assist. I understand people wanna go home when off work but I was there 30 or more minutes before I left and he was still there along with talking to other customers about their issue. AutoZone we gotta do better. All I needed was for a worker to help me out because I had no clue what to do at that moment. So Thank you to Janet vines and her truly trying to help she was googling she was trying when all we needed was a second pair of eyes and Charles wasn't and didn't help a customer in need and that's NOT OK.

Greeted soon as I walked in.. knowledgeable about the questions I asked and got my items rung up pretty quickly

One particular older heavyset lady here is very loud obnoxious rude and very unprofessional..I've experienced this during several visit towards myself and other potential customers..will avoid this store the best I can

No one answers the phone or they leave you on hold; I ordered a part for my car, and had to drive across town to see if the part was there because they kept hanging up on me. I finally get there, (and no one was in the store so still confused why no one was available via phone), the part wasn't there, the old man who was working was rude, and I still will have to drive back to the store tomorrow to figure out if the part is there because the phone STILL wasn't being answered while I was in the store. I will NEVER go to this store again once I finally get the part I ordered

Called for info on a battery snd she refused to look up price. Told me batteries are 169 or 209. I called to her auto ones and they gave me different prices. 02/06 320pm

Staff was courteous and willing to help but the stock was low on items that you'd expect to be well stocked. I'd return to that store just because of the friendly and helpful staff.

This is a very nice location it's always clean the staff knows a lot of people since its sits right in the neighborhood the manager there mr. Willie is Al going nice elderly man he knows how to deal with the customers and still do the job I think it's only because he's there is a reason I visit to buy my parts

terrible service, one of the employees always arguing with customers, then you never can get anybody to answer the phone and when you do they leave you on hold .dont recommend

Horrible customer service.. employee would rather argue with you than do there job.. rude and impatient.. very unknowledgeable of there products and of automotives period.. will not be spending another dime of my money at any Auto Zone.. this last visit has definitely made me a permanent Advance Auto customer..

I needed to get Antifreeze and have my battery charged. They helped me with everything and took my battery out And put it back for me. Great service.
