I went to Carl for a tire rotation today (01/02/24). This is something that most places rush through and can end up in damaged wheels and stripped lug nuts. Setting up an appointment was easy and the location was very convenient for me. Carl is very personable and took his time to ensure things were done right the first time with high attention to detail by making sure my lugs were torqued correctly and not overtightened as some other places have done in the past. I will be back again for future services. Allow Autotread to earn your business, you won't be disappointed. Thanks, Carl!

Carl was extremely friendly and professional and quickly patched up two punctures in my tire. They take the time to handle your wheels with care as to not damage anything and properly torque the lug nuts. I definitely recommend this place if you re in the Birmingham area, I ll be back in the future when I need new tires!

Whether you need new tires or just a quick patch job, there s nowhere I would recommend more than Auto Tread. Carl has accommodated me last minute on my lunch break for patch jobs more times than I can count, and charges a negligible fee, if anything. As for new tires, Auto Tread quoted me at less than half of what a popular competitor quoted me to replace 2 tires, and Carl replaced them in 20 minutes. Plus, he s super friendly. I would be shocked if you could find better tire service.

Highly recommend Carl & his team here! They went to my apartment while I was at work to replace my flat tire with a whole new one and called me shortly after to say my car was ready to go, and texted me a picture of the completion. So nice and very efficient!

I noticed I had a flat tire before going to work. I called AutoTread, and they were able to come to my home in Trussville, fixed the tire, all within an hour. I loved the fact I did not have to go anywhere, risking damaging my tire more. The whole transaction was so easy, I highly recommend! Thank you!

Perfect service! We are renting a uhaul and auto transport. One of the tires thread came off, and a few of the tires were old and bald. Carl came to our rescue! He work quickly and went over and beyond. WE THANK YOU!

This has to be the BEST mobile tire service in the city. From start to finish is TOP quality. The customer services was AMAZING, the prices are really good, and the mobile service itself is UNMATCHED!!! I will definitely be using this service from now on.

Our experience: We were planning a camping trip to Georgia and discovered a front tire issue the night before. We called multiple vendors without a replacement available for at least 3 days. The timely , professional service provided by Autotread allowed us to continue with our trip as planned with minimal delay. Carl had the tire in stock, met us, and changed the tire in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company!!! 5+ stars!!!

First time using this company and working with Carl. If I could give 10 stars I would. Tires came to him from Simpletire about a day or two ago. Carl had already touched base with me before they got to the shop. He texted me today asked where the car was located I gave him my address and in less than an hour or two everything was done completed. I work from home and used Mavis previously. Sorry can t recommend them. But Carl showed up asked me which rims I had two sets and he told me he d take care of it and he did. I drove one them today of course and they were fantastic. Carl was really personably friendly and does great work. If you get in a bind with tires or even need new ones this is who you should reach out to first. I m a form believer in acknowledging good work and this was great.

I m in a uhaul coming from TX going to MD in one of my dual tires started to tread pull over at a gas in Alabama Uhaul put in a service call to Carl he come in got us back on the road in no time.. highly recommend customer service felt like family 5 stars in Carl also has me thinking about going in the same profession/Business

I was blown away by the service I received today from AutoTread! I was traveling with my 7 children, and when we came out of the gas station from our potty break, we found that we had a flat tire. We were 3 hours from home and had a feeling we would be stranded for awhile. I called AutoTread, and the (super friendly) lady who answered the phone didn t think they d be able to get anyone out to me. I explained my situation, and Carl was at my location and had my tire replaced within an hour of my call! They were such a huge blessing in what could have been a very frustrating situation. My daughter had a flat tire today and I called their service for help. First off where my daughter came to a stopping point wasn t a very good one. Thank goodness the receptionist knew the area I was speaking about. The technician came right out and helped us with the situation. Second the customer service over the phone was wonderful and I really do appreciate this young lady for listening to me and helping get the location correct. Third he came right to us and was very friendly and helpful. If ever needed again we will definitely use them again. Wonderful service

I was travelling through Birmingham area in a Uhaul and had tire blow out. Carl was dispatched through Uhaul roadside and he was great. Totally professional, arrived VERY fast and prepared for any tire fix. Back on the road in about 30 minutes. Thank you very much for the excellent service and prompt arrival! Give Carl a raise. He deserves every penny.

We had a blowout on the side of I65. These guys are very courteous and professional. They sent a tech out ASAP with a new tire. He was very fast and had us on our way in no time. Would recommend their roadside assistance to anyone in need A+

Very friendly, fast an excellent service. We were on our way out of town and had a flat tire. We had a 10 hour drive ahead of us. This was the 5th tire repair store we visited and all except this one had a minimum wait time of 2 hours. Auto Tread was a God send. The gentleman immediately fixed our tire and made sure we would have no issues on our long drive. We were so happy and thankful!Service: Tires

Called for roadside assistance and they had someone to me in less than 15 minutes. The tech was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. He checked my tired to see if it could be saved and then put the spare on. The dispatcher was very nice and helpful too. I would recommend them to anyone needing roadside assistance.

Carl and the team do a great job! I recently purchased tires from them and had a wonderful experience. Customer service was fantastic. In fact, I had a flat this morning on the way to work. I was only a couple minutes from their shop so I went straight there. They had me patched up and on the way to work in no time. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the best tire shop that I have ever been too. I took my car to get a knocking sound in a wheel checked out. Carl looked at it within an hour of me calling late on Saturday and found a flat spot in a tire. I ordered two new tires and returned to have him install them. The job took about 25 minutes total. Carl didn't try to sell me anything, was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here! Highly recommended.

We had a flat tire on our way from MS to PA with an 8 month old. We went to GoodYear first and they couldn t help. Auto Tread opened up that day just for us! So lucky to have found them. The mechanic was fast and friendly. Thanks so much!
