Customer service: Called to make sure that I was going to go to the correct place and spoke with Michael. He was very pleasant and informative. I didn t feel rushed off the phone. Most places do not give you any information over the phone and they rush you to come in. First impression is everything! See you Saturday

I got a car with them and had it for a week just for them to tell me to bring it back because the paperwork wasn t accepted why let me drive off a car lot if it wasn t verified the boss man was very rude to me because I was getting frustrated because and I purchased a tag and insurance lucky they felt bad and work with me on getting the refund TERRIBLE SERVICE ..and Sir I do have a job job I have 2 as a matter of fact look how you replying under my comment can tell your unprofessional just another sad car place

My son got a car from there that hashadnotbing but problems from day one was told bya mechanic that it parts on it that didn't belong and now is being h gatessed about paying for it or for having it repaired. BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINEES WITH THIS COMPANY AND WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW

I was provided excellent service from my salesman Marvin Benwick! I was in a tight spot for a used vehicle and Marvin made it happen! He was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle options and approach to the buying process was awesome! I have purchased 4 vehicles from auto professionals and I must say that on each occasion I had an excellent experience. The customer service and the vehicles are absolutely top notch. The salespeople and the finance team were very professional and knowledgeable about the car buying process. I will definitely be returning to auto professionals for my next vehicle.

These people sold me a car dat has not been inspected because within a week of purchasing the car i had issues an has been trying to get them resolved every since. Meanwhile the car check engine light been cmn on an the guy they sent me too didn t have a clue of what the issue was . An the warranty i purchased with them wasn t going to pay anything an it is the advanced warranty. Its March an Nobody from Auto Professional 2 has contacted me about anything. Not to mention i took the car to VW an it s basically $1700 worth of work that is needed! Very Unprofessional, Telling me to be patient so i did an 2 weeks later i still have not heard anything.

Worse car lot ever they lie they sell lemons take yo money to a real car lot with real warranty if you go here yo will be at the car shop hoping they warranty they give you will cover it they so shady 1200 mile warranty lol they no they don t put no money into car don t put no money down if you getting a loan you don t need it if they ask for anything over 1500 run you can get approved at a big dealer or even carmax got better cars

DON'T DO IT. THIS IS A LEMON FACTORY. I JUST GOT A VEHICLE FROM HERE IN APRIL AND IT'S BEEN IN THE SHOP MORE THAN I HAVE HAD IT. NEVER AGAIN! EVERYONE THAT I TOLD ABOUT THIS PLACE THAT WAS GOING TO TRY HERE CHANGED THEIR MINDS

When i was looking for a vehicle and skeptical about dealerships they made me feel at ease! They talked me through the entire process and explained everything to to me. I was on a budget and they were able to exceed my expectations! I highly recommend going to see Corey, they even helped me get an extended warranty and gap insurance, i didn t know about gap, but because my last automobile was lost in a fire i learned the importance of it! Thank you Auto Professional for helping me and making me comfortable with the process! I will be back!

I had been looking for a car for three weeks. I kept getting the run around. I went Auto Professionals 2 today and met Marvin Bennett. I explained the situation to him and he said give him 30 minutes and I ll be in a vehicle. And guess what, I M DRIVING OFF IN MY CAR TODAY!! The level of professionalism from my salesman and the Finance/General Manager was AWESOME!! I recommend them to EVERYBODY!!

I paid majority of a downpayment 5 days ago with this company, I brought the car back because the horn didn't work it was shaking, squeaking, and jerking. I told the dealership I was unsatisfied with this vehicle they offered to fix it but they only replaced the tire and fixed the horn. They car is still shaking jerking and making other noises, so I got back to the dealership to explain to then that I would like another car or my money back, the refused to give it back and said that "the deal was sealed" i called the finance company and the finance company said the dealership had the option to cancel the loan. So basically they have the option of giving me my money back but they choose not to. The owner wouldn't even come out of his office to speak me. Very unprofessional and money hungry. They do not care about customer satisfaction. I understand it is a used car sold as is but if you have that option to refund me the money but you choose not to then that's very bad business.

Was greeted by the GM, George, GREAT guy! Welcomed my wife and I in with some good ol' southern hospitality. We were looking for a safe and reliable/gas efficient car for our daughter who was attending a local college. George was very informative and steered us in the right direction and drove off with a nice Honda. The car has had no problems since we bought it 9 months ago!

Did not like the service , no one was willing to listen to what I had to say about the damaged to the car. Like the broken mirror on the driver side and that should have been the first thing they would have been willing to fix.If you need to take a road driving test the car will not pass. I will not recommend anyone to shop there.

Don't buy from this location!!!! Cars are decent however they will tell you one thing and your finance contract will say something totally different. Be careful before you give them Any money!!!! Consider this a warning. Now I'm stuck paying a monthly car payment that I can't afford and all they could say is : We were looking at different cars perhaps "we" misunderstood the end figurations. Decosta, David and Lisa are ALL Crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!

Prices unreal 4the condition the vehicle's were in.15,000-30,000.The salesman was nice,but i just can't pay new car price for an eye sore with high mileage.

I bought my Ford Expedition, Cadillac Escalade, and i got my mom a Chevy Impala. Each time i purchased a car from AP2 they handled everything with class. I highly recommend them to anyone. On my last sale which was the caddy i called them up and told them exactly what i want to the T. Less than a week later Mr. Braxton found it and i signed the paperwork, walked out within 10 minutes with my new ride.

Car had some issues didn't do anything as for as check the car out. Didn't do anything but a oil change. Have detailed the car, didn't put but 8 dollars in gas.

Bought a lemon from this place. Car quit after 40 days because car had an oil leak I wasn't notified about. Warranty company that they had go through was not willing to pay full amount of repair bill.

I had bought my car two weeks ago from here. I had to send it to bring it back because. The man at the York Automotive said it was a timing in the engine. I haven t got no discount or anything on my car now I have no car to drive to the Automotive man fix my car and I am still giving them money on my car.

The vehicles are too expensive. I would estimate a 10-15% overage of what it should cost. There employees where good.
