Went there 2 days ago. Guy talked to another guy about a chain saw repair in a transmission shop and never acknowledged I was there so I left immediately. Shop is nasty and ran down from the looks of it old cars parked all over the place. I can t distinguish between of its a business or junk yard.

Never was able to speak to someone on the phone! Maybe an update on page or business would help!So I cannot speak on their repair services.City Tire & Auto in Tarrant [close by to this place] has great management [always someone pleasurable to speak with on the phone and always an answer] they [esp owner/manager; Jason Harris] will always shoot you right when it comes to every aspect of cars and repairs; small or big; expensive or not!

Mike is the best transmission guy in Birmingham hands down, period. He tightened up my linkage from a rebuilt transmission three years ago for free. He stands behind his work. Can't say enough good things about him.

I used to work there for one reason the guy who owns the place is named Mike how ironic is that haha my name is Michael also really nice guy good to work for and does a good job on your automobile he can rebuild any kind of transmission don't matter what it is it is very good

If your looking for a transmission mechanic that's going to give you more than a high price tag this is the place to call! Before giving me an estimate on my car he asked what was going on and explained it could be something a lot less expensive and directions on what to do instead of telling me to bring it in for something simple and charging a million different fees. Will know later today if it solves the problem or not. But if not this will definitely be one of the two places my car will go. And the only reason its between 2 is because of the distance.And when I was telling him the other prices he said I could just about buy a new transmission for the other prices..I don't know about his work personally even though ive heard good things but to be as honest as he was he's in the business for more than a quick pay check.

They will set you up! I got my transmission rebuilt supposedly. $1,300 a year warranty and within a year my transmission went out again.. Bad business. They really not doing what their charging you

I can say at ALL PRO TRANS when they fix whatever is wrong, it's fixed. I can call them and tell them what's going on and they tell me over the what's WRONG. So u have a GOOD idea of the price b4 u EVEN take ur vehicle 2 THEM!!! I recommend VERY highly of this place and the people r friendly also!!!

My transmission went out about a month ago and a coworker recommended All Pro Transmission. They did a great job and at a decent price! I wish they handled all my other car needs :-)

After looking around Birmingham All Pro was the cheapest..Mike fixed my 72 cutlass transmission in a couple of days..so far so good thanks for helping me.

Back in late January the clutch in my car burnt out traveling north on I-65 a near Cullman Alabama. Based on reviews, I decided to have it hauled to the nearest mechanic to have the repair done. This shop All Pro transmission did a clutch installment on my 2010 Kia Forte 2dr 6spd MT in which I provided the assembly. The result: a new clutch that was a bit stiff minus the 5th gear. In my haste, I hadn t realized these were all the symptoms for a dunderhead move in which the FLUID was not replaced! It took 4 months, before the transmission seized up (essentially stuck in gear from oil depletion) in the middle of a highway exit! Luckily both I and my vehicle--less importantly--were unharmed, thanks only to Grace. However, what was supposed to be a simple fix developed into over $2000 in expenses and repairs and no apology or even so much as a returned phone call. 10/10 would NOT recommend this establishment.
