SCAM!! I wish to see the reviews before I went there. I got charged $350 for $80 forced regen. And SAM will you use same tactic of ( you will pay more if I charge you you the correct amount) which is mentioned by many here. I was only there for 2 hours and hooked to the computer for and hour.

Bad customer service and the man came out to fight my husband after he fixed something we didn t tell him to he just fixed it charged us 1800 we wanted to pay with card he came out to fight my husband with my kids there and wanted to take my husband down pushed him against the truck now why he wanted only cash y all can only guess so he isn t taxed I never knew nasty individuals like them I will be looking for a lawyer for harassment it was as If he was on drugs and maybe he was all because he wanted cash and for something we didn t tell him to fix in whos mind is that ok never again will we go or recommend anyone to go

I called Sammy in a panic after dealing with multiple road services and being charged 1000's of dollars, Sammy stopped what he was doing and went to my truck immediately. He didn't give me the news I wanted to hear, but he was honest and very knowledgeable. My motor locked up in my truck, he gave me options to have it fixed but I chose to have it towed to my shop, He recommended me with a wrecker service and didn't charge me a dime! I will definitely be using this guy when my trucks are in the area. Its hard to find honest fair people in this line of work and id say this guy exceeds that!Service: Engine repair

So on a Monday my 579 Pete broke down about 11 miles the shop. Called the shop spoke with Sammy. Told him what happened he said it sounds like clutch actuator and he could fix it. He recommended a tow Co. Made it there a few hours later near closing time. He did a diagnostic and said I need a actuator and he has used one's and it'll be ready next day. He arranged a ride for me to hotel very nice. Went back next day with used actuator installed. Price 2630.49. Drove 10 miles to truck stop to get fuel truck wouldn't get in gear. Called Sammy he and his wife came out. Couldn't repair on the spot because Pilot kicked us out. Had to get a 2nd tow. Turned out I needed a New Actuator, New clutch and flywheel resurface. Total price including both tows 7900.00. Job completed Thursday 4 days.Sammy and his team are good people. I was fed, given rides, and treated good. But I recommended requesting new parts and take whatever time is needed for them to fix it completely. He will try to to get you in and out as fast as he can but it's best to bite the bullet and tell him to take his time and do it right. I'm not disappointed, it's month later and my truck shifts like new still.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Scam alert !! avoid this place by all means.Called about an oil change for a small medium duty truck and was told by an older guy it will approximately cost $170, brought it in and after it was done I got a bill of $588 yes $588 for an oil change, over $200 in parts that s 3 filters !!!!! And over $350 labor, I will report them to the BBB,With a smirk on the guys face he says they have never seen this job done for less than $550, scammers

Very unprofessional went there to get 3 ft of trailer floor repaired. After 2hrs went outside to trk to get food out my trk and in process looked in back of trailer and all was done was a cut out. The guy Sammy kept being rude and telling me to get out my truck. I hadn't been inside to warm up food even 2 minutes. I ended up leaving with a hole in my floor and paying them nothing. I repaired myself for about $100 max thanks.

This guy was great! I called him about 40 minutes before they opened at 7:00am & he was to me within a half hr. I had an air leak in a whose on my trailer he fixed it pretty quick & I was out of there by idk 7:50. He just came to care of it & that was that. Sammy did a amazing job helping me today. I can t thank him enough for his services. I definitely recommend him and this company to be at your service needs! The hospitality was great and if I ever need him again I will definitely reach out. Excellent customer service and very friendly.

The guy Sam(probably the owner) has no knowledge of trucks and is always eager to threaten the truckers with overcharging if not paid right away and he won't tell you what he did and tried with your truck, won't show you pictures or anything. He'll charge you for even raising his finger in the air. Not cooperative and considerate at all. Do use him if you wanna end up wasting your money for nothing.

Had a driver with fuel filter problems Sammy stop to help on the side of the road. Sammy would not let us pay. Saved our company a road call and time.

Never get any major work done here. Sammie told me they would replace my rearend for $750. I could've gotten done in Memphis for $600. Keep in mind I was providing my own rear end & casing. Once I towed truck to his shop he tried to sell me a rearend for $2400 & wanted $3200 for parts & installation. I told him I would bring my own rearend & let him install it for the $750 he quoted me. I guess he was mad & left my truck in the front parking lot & refused to start taking off the old rearend until I brought the new one to him. Truck was towed to him on Wednesday & he didn't start working on it till Tuesday. Took them 2 days to take off rear end. So I had to pay a core charge on my new rear end & had to extend my truck rental 2 days just to bring the old one back to Memphis. Guys barely even worked on any body's truck nevertheless mine. I had to pay for hotels for me & my driver for over a week on a 5-7 hour job. Keep in mind my rear end & casing were already put together. Here comes Thursday & I'm back in Memphis & they refuse to take a payment over the phone. My driver had my credit card & they refused to let him pay me. I had to wire the money through my bank, then they refused to give me a reciept. He took off my aluminum wheels & gave me some blue steel wheels claiming my luhusband nuts wereally too short. He claimed he was going to charge me 5 more hours to change out the studs, plus he claimed the whole Birmingham area was sold out of the studs I needed. He claimed he he gave me new u bolts, cause u can't reuse em. He lied. Kept My Old Ones On there. They put my spacers back on upside down & failed to tighten up my lug nuts back on to the point where I could've unscrewed some of them with my bare hands. Once they had my truck they started disrespectin me & tried to get my driver to abandon my truck. They wasted my time & took my money. NEVER BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE.

These guys know their stuff! Our 1 ton Ram had some engine trouble when we were passing through and they seemed like the only ones around i would trust to work on it. They did a great job getting us fixed up and back on the road. They are well equipped to tackle any problem with big trucks. You can read more about our experience on our website. Thanks guys!

Scam alert these people will try to overcharge you and nickel and dime you for everything they can. Lil no nothing sammy up front is the main one. Tried to charge me $240 to place a tire and patch when I already had my tire. Then told me I couldn't bend my rim back. Well I went down the street and my rim is bent back tire is on and patched $110

They did a reman on our Cummings motor, now theirs a tapping noise, fuses were missing. 2 bran new batteries missing, bare wires everywhere,brackets hanging not connected to anything, and he told us no warranty, why wouldn't they have a warranty on their work ? I think we know now, nearly 8000.00, and back to the shop it goes, but not HERE !

Would have been nice to have gotten the 500.00 core charge back for the clutch actuator . I know people at kenworth from my home area ... over charged close to 1000.00 .. have fun with it..

Our '92 Chevy School bus lost its transmission at 3pm on Tuesday. They had us on the road with a replacement and new starter by 6pm the next day. Really nice and knowledgeable.

After being called for a failed serpintine belt on the road side.mechanic said oil leaking from behind harmonic balancer at the seal.warned us not to drive.not to replace belt.offered tow service to his shop to perform work.this is on an RV.when picked up after repair price was double estimate.repair order said "removed radiator to repair oil leak."no specific repair listed.no " replaced seal".after inspecting work at our shop.obviously harmonic balancer not even touched.no seal changed and area covered in old oil.good ol bait and switch.do not call.do not trust.shady bussiness.

Excellent work trailer was loaded no one else would even commit to fix it they lifted the box up off the frame and welded the slider on my trailer. Without using a wrecker off site at a truck stop

I wish i could give this place minus 5 stars... worst shop I've been in my life.... a whole day there and instead of fixing the truck they make it worst... and on top of that charge me 200 bucks... big mistake if you go there....

Read the reviews. They re not busy which is a telling story about this shop. Wait and find another shop before going here. Was mislead on a price and I should ve read more reviews before going here.

This company charges double for parts ,check your bill if you use them.I was desperate for a good honest truck repair company.I kept getting screwed by this one.1860.00 for rear brake job and 1440.00 for front.The owner refunded 149.00 back after showing him his 100 percent mark up on parts.
