By far the best Dealership I have dealt with. Large enough to matter but small enough to still care. I purchased my used vehicle there and I am extremely satisfied not only with the vehicle but the staff members from the courtesy driver, salesperson, finance department, service advisor, mechanics and management that work as a team to make sure the customer is satisfied.It's very difficult this day and time to find such great team effort in an auto dealership but they make it happen!

My car has been there a month, hasn't even been evaluated. Told it would be a week, then three weeks, now it's 6-8 weeks to be seen. They don't have a full-time mechanic for transmission issues and when that person is out they just don't service those cars. Awful and insufficient for people who don't have extra cars and need to get to work. My experience has been poor.

BUYER BEWAREI purchased a brand new 2023 F150 LIMITED a few months ago. The service manager is completely ignoring me. After multiple calls and at least 3 voicemails, this Ford Dealership is absolutely horrible. No one will even pick up the phone to even listen to my issue. I will never buy another vehicle from Bessemer Ford ever again as it is obvious to me that they don't care about anything but the sale.When I bought the truck,I noticed there was a rip on the shifter. I ensured the defect was properly noted and written on the DUE BILL to replace or repair it. The guy who sold me truck strung me along for FOUR MONTHS and now even the SERVICE MANAGER, CHARLIE JONES is not picking up the phone. All I wanted was for them to acknowledge and do right by the DUE BILL. What is the point of even having this process in place if they never even acknowledge or attempt to do the right thing? Shame on you Ford. I was a loyal customer by purchasing three different pickup trucks. I think this will be my last.

Very satisfied Johnny the manager of quick lane called me first thing this morning to notify me that he recieved my complaint and treated me like I was his only customer. I know moving forward that any and all issues I have with the service at quick lane will be handeled with the utmost care and quality. I highly recommend anyone that is having there car serviced to take it to him. Because no matter how bad of an experience you have ask for the manager and I assure you that you will be taken care of in a caring professional manner. I appreciate the call and look forward for my next oil change/ service visit. Thanks Johnny

They Kept my car for almost 2 weeks and I called multiple times to follow up. Every time I was told we will see it next. after 2 weeks, I realized that they did not even inspect it yet. So I towed it to another service center.However, before I drop the car off at their service center, I called and was told that they can inspect it tomorrow and that there is no cars ahead of me in the queue.

I initially had an appraisal for body work. I waited for parts to arrive. When the initial parts arrived, I check in my F150 XLT in mid November of 2021. Then they did a second appraisal and ordered parts. Finally, I was told the final bracket would be available on 23 Dec 21. The manager and receptionist told me they would reimburse over my insurance rental. Well, on 25 January, I picked up my truck. But both employees denied/could not recall those conversations. They are liars. They pushed me off on Ford Motors to file a claim. I could accept it if they told me they misspoke or made a mistake. My advice to you is to avoid the collision center.Service: Body & Trim

First of all, I'm from out of town, second of all it doesn't take 45mins to get an oil change. 3rd of all, that was the lamest excuse I've ever heard... if you don't want my business just tell me, I'll gladly spend my money else where..."Cause if the oil drain plug gets stripped we won't have the time to get a new one"I have 385k on my truck, those don't strip as easily as he likes to think, plus ur at a Ford dealership, why wouldn't you have some on hand if your guys strip those so often!!!

Took care of me when I had an AWD malfunction warning come up on my Edge. It turned out to just need a software update/reprogram. Great service here!
