R & M automotive did an incredible job with my car! I highly recommend. I tore up my back bumper and they made it look better than before while also fixing my back left light that has been broken for a while. They also cleaned the interior for me and provided great service and communication throughout the whole process!

Best customer service in Birmingham! Logan is invaluable in explaining repairs needed & how to save money when possible. I trust them to do the right work to my vehicles without overcharging me for unnecessary labor or parts. I also find it reassuring that they have large contracts with area police depts, municipalities, & trucking companies.

Ask for Logan! I don't usually write reviews but R and M Automotive takes the cake. I'm writing this review so that you might know that if you are looking for a shop that will treat you fair, and will be honest with you and on top of that, will do the work like it's meant to be done, well your search is over. Excellent service at a great price. I needed a brake job and they got me in and out within 24 hours. They noticed I was a hundred miles from an oil change and did that at the same time. They saved me a few bucks and a lot of hassle. I will be back for all my maintenance needs.

Have visited them two times for some minor repair work and both times they did a outstanding job. They perform all kinds of repair services and I highly recommend them for your automotive Care.They also do paint and body work along with computer diagnostics.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I had a wreck in my 2016 Nissan Murano on June 21, 2019. I was so worried about getting the Pearl White paint to match. No worries they did a very, very good match, I was shocked and very pleased! They did not take forever to get my car back to me, it was fixed and ready within a week! That's very good service to me! I recommend R & M Collision to all my friends!

they replaced the transmission mounts on 2014 Ford Focus this past wknd, & 'gotta say, it didn't even run This Quiet driving it off the showroom floor that precarious morning at Jim Skinner back in 2015.kudos gentlemen.

Wouldn't give an estimate, not sure why but feel like I spared myself a huge, overly inflated bill for work that's mediocre at best. Thanks for not being "interested" in my business, your competition was...work on those customer service skills R&M

The ONLY repair and mechanic shop to use! Our dealership uses R&M Automotive for everything from service inspections to body damage. Truly a one stop shop. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for honest and efficient repairs.

My only interaction with this shop was over the phone thankfully and the owner was actually very rude, told me to take my business somewhere else and hung up on me because I asked him if they sanded and repainted wheels. I guess he's too busy for smaller jobs but hanging up on a customer is uncalled for when all I did was ask a question.This was the owner. I would hate to actually have to do business with a shop with this kind of attitude.
