I pulled into O'Reilly's three weeks ago, hoping to get the BOGO deal they have posted on their sign. No one had a clue about the sign or sale. They didn't honor the BOGO deal, and three weeks later the stupid sign is still up. Who's managing the place?

I love them. Their aftermarket parts are closer to the dealership version than other parts stores. Their parts fit better and last longer. Thank you OReilly.

I'm giving these fine gentlemen and lady a five star because they went above and beyond the night (4/29/22) me and my husband's wheel bearing went out!We were on our way to take dogs down to Mississippi when our wheel bearing went out and we stopped in to see if they could help us.They were all very compassionate to us and our situation. You all helped make our stressful time a little better.Thank you all so very much!! We will never forget your kindness!

Friendly staff and really good prices. And the selection is pretty wide, if I can't find something at another auto parts store I go here, O'Reilly's never disappoints.

For what I got, a capless funnel cost me $10.00 really. That cost me $2.00 at Auto Zone. I had to get another because I was out and need another to put a gas treatment in my tank. Auto Zone and Advance was out of them. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO O'REILLY for anything else. My gas treatment from them was $15.00. I end up spending $26.00 on two, two ideas. It's not because inflation I heard people talk about them all the time how old O'Reilly's is too high

Listen the female sales associate tried to make this a awful experience for me. I wanted to return the item and yes I had my receipt; I don't know anything about cars or their products. I do know I was told before buying this item I could return it with the receipt. Finally a male i think manager said, what is the problem and told her to give me my money back. If they hire you to be a cashier then sty in your job description.

So being a certified mechanic over the years I have learned to call a store before I go, to make sure that they have what I need so tonight in desperate need of a Honda crankshaft removal tool I went through my routine was told a price I got in my car and went to the store, SO TO MY SURPRISE SOMEHOW NOW THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RENTAL TOOL THIS ISN'T THE FIRST ISSUE WITH A RENTAL TOOL SO THAT EVERYBODY KNOWS YOU ONLY HAVE 48 HOURS AND GOING TO BE HONEST SOMETIMES THEY DO NOT LET YOU KNOW THAT I WAS A VICTIM OF THAT SO I'M LETTING PEOPLE KNOW SO THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE HELL I WENT THROUGH TO GET $150 BACK, GOD BLESS

I called ahead and was assured the product was on the shelve " he put his eyes in it and had plenty" not the fact when I got there, a 40 minute round trip for nothing. Staff is not very knowledgeable. Enter at your own risk
