Put the oil I was getting on the counter, Joel never asked for phone number or company name just scanned it. I told him I wanted it ran under my companies cash account. He got huffy about it and had a bad attitude from then on. I said if it s a problem I can go across the street to a different store. As I was leaving he said to my back if I have anything else come up I can just go on across the street.

This place is wonderful, I needed a part for my wife's car and couldn't find it anywhere. Called up trusty ok Napa and sure enough they had me taken care of.

Prices are never what the price sign says, be lucky 2 get an order the day they claim it'll be there and they charge freight on some orders. If it takes too long too get too the store, and you just say forget it give me my money back, they will keep the money they charged you for freight.

Napa is probably one of the few places I can find almost any bolt I'm looking for,.. they can even look up car bolts or bike bolt...yessiree !!! Been there done that

In this money hungry corporate America, NAPA goes out of their way to please the customer. Today we bought brakes. The clerk offered information regarding a weekly (or monthly) special. We were happy to take his offer - and saved some money!

So my company has been really cheap and hasn't maintenance our equipment. I came to this napa to buy oil, oil filter, air filter and spark plugs for a Miller bobcat 225. That's a welder if you don't know what I'm talkin bout. Anyways. I had napa part numbers to substitute for the Miller parts i needed. Because napa parts are a lot cheaper than Miller parts. I got everything i needed but i asked for the wrong air filter. I Came right back in to exchange the filter. Jimmy helped me right away and it didn't cost me extra for a different filter. Plus they had everything i needed in stock. CADILLAC!!!! CANT BEAT THAT!! if i bought everything through miller it would have cost me another 40 bucks!!! Its a real win win for me!!!

I like NAPA good quality part's fair prices, it's refreshing to do business with a store that's been around all my life before most others there was always NAPA

Customer service is not their number one priority. After waiting 30 mins no one could tell me if they could make the hydrolic hose I needed. I left and went to Hydrodyne instead.
