I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. Our camper was at this shop for literally 1 year. We had damage due to 2 tire blow outs.We were told that they would work with our insurance company and get this fixed. They informed us it may take a month because they had to order the metal. After 3 months I gave them a call and they said that the metal was backordered. This was the same story I was told over and over and over... just enough hope for me to keep it there. I eventually called the manufacture and talked with the head of the parts dept. She was amazingly helpful and informed me that the metal they were waiting on was on hand and she could get it to them within a week. I called Mobile RV and gave them the contact I had spoken with and when she tried to contact them they were rude and hung up. Multiple times when I called they were rude and shocked that I was upset that it was taking so long..... I also found out they never even talked with my insurance company. Not the way to run a business!EDIT after response from Mobile RV......We picked up the camper and took it to a dealer in Birmingham that in fact informed me that the metal is easy to get and that it would be repaired within a month. Also they DID NOT talk with State Farm... My agent confirmed.

Very affordable! He and his partner came right on the day I called. They were a true blessing to my family. Our convertor wasn't working nor the battery charger. Called them they came right on out and had my convertor back working within 30 minutes. Very respectful gentlemen and get the job done! Thank you guys from my family!! Highly recommend. If I could give them more stars I would give them the most I could!

When I first met Carl he is a little ruff around the edges but he is a straight shooter he may tell you what you don't want to hear but he will do everything he can to fix what ever is wrong with your rv Carl and Wendy are the most generous people I met met down to earth this is my southern family in Alabama

We accidentally drug the 7 way cable and severed it on the way from Tennessee to Texas. We called and they researched the part and called us back to arrange for repair. We showed up and they took care of us. Thanks to this business, our trip was saved. Cannot recommend more. Thanks y all

A month and a half waiting on them and apparently Angela kept forgetting to add us to the schedule, Finally after 3 e-mails and multiple phone calls they schedule us for today at 9-9:30, some rain on the radar and the tech does not show up to take pictures of the interior for a warranty claim because the radar shows some more rain. They moved us to noon, after sitting and waiting for an hour in my car on my lunch break the tech shows up 20 minutes after I left and all he has to say is. "Who did your previous repair was it us?" No it wasn't. "Then call the same company again" and hangs up. We used a different company to file the previous warranty claim because they kept putting us off but decided to give them a second chance but boy was that a mistake. This Carl guy and the ladies at the shop are terrible to deal with. No respect for the customers time and money and let alone any shred of customer service at all. save yourselves the headache and hire a real professional. 3 pictures of the interior of the RV, 10-15 minutes tops, and over 45 days to get this done. Y'all be the judge on that one.To your reply:Window and couch were never approved with Carl, he had nothing to do with that, as usual y'all never came and did anything. I guess all of the other reviews are just phony as well.Very unprofessional to be lying about it.Better luck on the next customer that puts up with that nonsense.

The worst people ever! Our camper sat on their lot for 5 weeks for a estimate . (May 7, 2021 day camper arrived on lot. Received estimate on 6/21/21) . Kept calling and they said they were waiting on pricing. They were rude and very very ugly talking. I have never been talk to like that. Wendy the owner was terrible. Our insurance was asking for more pictures and I offered to take where we could get the claim finished. Wendy talked to me like i was a dog. Argued about what the insurance wanted . Then called me back and told me to come pay for the estimate and pick up our camper.In response to Wendy's response:Wendy's family emergency was 3 weeks after the camper was brought there. We have never had a problem with State Farm and we have had them for over 40 years. Just spoke with our claims adjuster and wendy spoke to them the same way she did me. I hate that we are being compared to other peoples problems and so it started out with them not wanting to deal with our insurance. I will know better in the future.It took 41 days to get the estimate and the camper has been there 51 days. And after they sent the estimate , I gave it 3 days to check with the claims adjuster and she had not received the estimate so I had to email it in. And the insurance had already approved payment on the roof in May just off the pictures I sent in. I hope in the future others will have a better experience than we did.

Because I don't own a truck, I was in need of an RV Repairman to come out to my camper. I called and scheduled an appointment for a month out, it was canceled. I rescheduled it again. It was canceled. Then they called me saying someone had their spot canceled so I was able to get him to come out the next day. Then that morning, I was called and told he couldn't come out again and that he spoke directly to me (which he didn't) and that I'd have to bring it in.After speaking to the lady at the desk, she said that he cancels appointments frequently because he is one of the only ones in the area. But I've never experienced more unprofessional service. Do not waste your time with someone who thinks it's okay to always cancel.Oh! And one of his reasons for canceling was rain. It wasn't even raining, it was just a forecast.Odds are this person will absolutely waste your time. You're better off finding another service if you can't pull your RV/Camper up to their shop.

Our truck had issues that left our travel trailer stranded along side the road. Carl stopped to see if he could help. Which he certainly did! He towed the camper back to the campground, got us to our site, and did not unhook us until we were level! He would take no payment for this as he "was coming to the campground for another call". When I thanked him he said " I m not going to leave people stranded on the roadside if I can help . Helpful is an understatement! I am confident his work will be excellent as well, he is coming back to replace our electric post jack, which died on the same day as the truck issues!

Very rude!! Never ordered parts. Poor communication! Was told the week before Parts was being ordered.. The day come to install I had to call Them to find out Nothing has been done.. and the phone representative had the nerve to beat me mad. Lol

Great service and always reliable and prices are reasonable. He's definitely a busy man, may take a while to get into but hes way better than them big box camper places. Give him a call

Great people I would recommend them to anyone. Broke a spring on our trailer and we were trying to find someone to repair. Called them and they worked on us as soon as we pulled in the driveway. I have been dealing with this company for over 3 weeks to get onsite service. They scheduled me and then had an "emergency call" that bumped me from my appointment. Did I get the next appointment, nope! "You have to wait another week."... Then when the next week rolls around, they claim I gave them a wrong number so they skipped me. Meanwhile, they knew we live exclusively in our camper and have a sewer issue... which to them apparently wasn't an emergency for 3 weeks.

Belinda and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They called me when they were ready for us to drop off the RV and had it repaired in about a week. They went above and beyond our expectations. While traveling through the area, Carl got up on our roof and determined we didn't actually have a problem we thought we had. He could have made something up and charged us but he didn't even want money for looking at it. Honest, knowledgeable place. Thank you!

To say that this place is honest, experienced and knowledgeable is an understatement!!! On Dec 26th at 5:30pm As we were pulling onto the on-ramp, we looked back to see smoke pouring from the back axle of our Forest River 5th wheel, barely averting an Rv fire. I googled mobile rv repair and this was the first number that popped up. I called and immediately got an answer and was told someone would there in about 30 min. 25 minutes later Carl pulled up in his truck with a parts trailer pulling behind. Our bearing went out. Basically it caught on fire and welded itself to the axel. There was no way to get it off. He took off the tire and limped it to the next exit where his shop was. Thankfully he had 2 used axles. He let us stay in his lot and hooked us up with electric and water. With 2 little kids in tow, this was a huge blessing. The next morning they got to work and in 6 hours the new axles were installed. What we were charged was nothing what I thought it was. I m confident that a dealer would have charged us 4x what we had to pay. Carl and Wendy, his wife, were AMAZING! If we lived close, he would be my repair guy for our rig. I more than recommend!!!

Very competent and dependable. I had a major problem on my new Jayco 5th wheel. I left it with them and got it back faster than I would have thought. I think that it would have been tied up for months if I had taken it to Camping World. I could not be more satisfied. They will take care of any problems that I encounter.

This service is not reliable. 1st time I talked to them they came by and looked at my trailer, told me they would order some parts and call me back. Never got a call back. Called again and set up another visit, only this time the woman who answered the call happened to schedule the wrong date. Would not recommend, do not use this service.

Super nice couple who helped us figure out one problem on the phone for one problem and then gave us advice on getting our generator to start when we stopped by. Would highly recommend for honest workers.
