Everyone understand about honesty. Place a order to be fixed. Get there cars everywhere. Called also, days go by..Called inn. It will be another week after, another week.. I made up.. Now I have to pull my car to another mechanic... When do people just be honest... It save time an money....

I'm giving 5 stars because of the friendly, informative and fast service I have had with them. These guys will treat you fair and that's hard to find these days. Daniel was the blessing in was looking for and thanks to him my transmission is working perfect now.Thanks again Jerrys Transmission.

Jerry is one of the most genuinely honest repair tech there is. Always trust him to fix my transmission. Also will recommend mechanics if have any other issues. Humble and honest. They stay booked up because they are one of the best

This is where mechanics get their transmissions rebuilt... I had one rebuilt here ~5 years ago, many thousands of miles, runs great. Reasonable pricing.Edited 11/2023- the vehicle they worked on 6 years ago is still running great, with many hundreds of thousands of miles on their rebuild. Job well done.

I cannot say enough good things about Jerry s transmission service. I had to have a transmission replaced and although I had to wait a good bit to get my car back because they were waiting on parts, they have been amazing and stand by their work. They have really gone above and beyond to help me. They are all super nice guys and very accommodating, I m just so blessed that they were the ones repairing my car. I was accidentally overcharged $50.00 and I didn t get out of sight good before Jerry called me back to give me my money back. Honest, hard working and professional. I d recommend them any day of the week.Service: Transmission

I brought my car to Jerry s because I was having problems with some sensors in my transmission. He had my car for about a month due to just being so busy, (I believe due to an increase in demand due to COVID-19) but he was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with and fixed my car with no problems! He came highly recommended and did not disappoint me! Reasonably priced and excellent service!

Jerry was so Honest with me. He's a nice, kind, and honest man. He fixed one thing on my car, but I do have to take it back to have something else done to it. Go there, you will not be taken advantage of or try to be taken advantage. He's very, very busy and I can understand why. It's because when you meet a good honest man that knows what he's doing in his business. You appreciate that and you'll go back to him when you have transmission problems. These days that is a rare thing to find. Try him I feel like you'll be satisfied. I was.

Based on what another transmission shop told me, I was prepared to buy a new transmission. Jerry told me about an inexpensive additive that I should try first. He helped me add it and my transmission works fine now. He is honest and knowledgeable. I am now a loyal customer.

I was referred to Jerry to rebuild the 4l80 on my work truck. I spoke with him on the phone and had no hesitation driving 45 minutes one way to get the job done. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous. Will definitely have jerry do any future transmission work for me and family!

Jerry s is so honest and helpful. When my suv gears would not work I went by to see what problem might be. My suv had 2 loose screws which they fix at no charge. A lot of mechanic would of charged me for al kinds of things or a new transmission. I am so grateful to Daniel for his honesty and kindness. Thanks

Jerry's Transmission has put new/rebuilt transmissions in 3 of our vehicles. We don't buy new, we repair the vehicles that are paid off! We have always had a positive experience with this business. Jerry is a good, Christian man and runs an honest business. Praise God!!!

I had a 2013 Infinity SUV, one of the links had broken in the gear box and I called them up and had it towed and when I gotten it back it ran good. this is the place you want to take your car or truck for transmission fix's...

Jerry is the best transmission technician in the business!! And I've known a few. You get your money's worth when Jerry works on your vehicle. He truly wants your vehicle to run the best it's ever ran since you've owned it. And he stands behind his garrantee.!!!

Very honest and affordable! I took our Honda there that had over 200k miles for a transmission rebuild and it's still rolling and driving even better! we are sending our other car there for another rebuild soon.

My dad Jeff Griffith worked here for probably over 15 years and I grew up with the guys that are running Jerry's now and everyone there is always so friendly they are upfront and honest with you about what you need and the cost they are one place that I will go for all of my mechanical needs because they don't try to get over on you as I have had a lot of other businesses do that just because I am a female I really respect Jerry and Daniel and I will continue to go here as long as they are open

The 4L80e in my chevy 3500 snapped the input shaft at 127k miles. Jerry did a complete rebuild of the transmission for way less than any other quote I got and did a quality job. Will definitely use him again.

I am an ASE certified Auto Tech and I have taken my cars, my customers cars, and my Familys cars to Jerry since 1999 and he has always been fair and the quality of his work speaks for itself. I will never use anyone else for transmission issues.
