My first time to use Bimmer Car Care was outstanding! Needed new fuel pump for my BMW Z3. Martin gave me a detailed quote and time frame. Very professional and caring. I highly recommend them!

My BMW is riding like a brand new one!!! YEESSS!!Listen! I will drive hundreds of miles plus pay extra $$ for the exceptional customer service that Martin (Jennifer and staff) CONSISTENTLY embody in their business and work ethics at Bimmer Car Care Center in Bessemer. I wish I could give 10 STARS , Bimmer Car Care Center is Grade A+. Mr. Martin is very professional, knowledgeable & reliable. He s never too busy to stop & educate me on services & offers trustworthy advice. Prices are reasonable & fair. Mrs. Jen is always a joy with great customer service. Won t let any touch my BMW except Mr. Martin. No one better in the Bessemer/Mccalla/Helena area!

The folks at Bimmer are simply the best! They have serviced our cars for years and have always been honest, efficient, and timely with any repairs we might need. I have two BMW s that I have brought to Mr. Martin and him and his wife Mrs. Jennifer have been nothing short of professional and beyond polite. They gave me a sense of ease with honest feedback on my vehicles and I also received a military discount. I would recommend this place to anyone with a vehicle that needs service from honest people. These guys are the best BMW shop in town, but I also had my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee worked on here as well. Martin is the new owner and has completely changed this shop. My price for a timing belt was $300 less than other independent shops in town. If you need a car fixed, ANY car, this is the place you should go! Martin and Jennifer are the best!

In the past, I have always dreaded taking my car to the shop. Not so with Bimmer. They have gone above and beyond to keep our animal rescue vehicles in good repair. The easy, friendly demeanor they present does not hurt either. I went into the office today.. totally stressed out. I locked my dogs in the car while it was running with AC on.. but I had to get them out. So.. I had busted the window to get to our dogs. By the time I had the dogs to where they needed to be I was soaked in sweat, bleeding arms and hands.. I walked into Bimmer babbling at high speed about the problem. By the time I left, I was totally calm and left knowing the window would be repaired at a very reasonable price. We have used Bimmer on several occasions now and I have yet to be disappointed in price or quality of their work.Services: Electrical repair, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

After calling/driving around to countless shops to fix a broken belt on such notice. I called they squeezed me in and got me back on the road in a heartbeat at a very reasonable cost. Professionalism is A1 def will be a repeat customer if needed in the future.

Said car was fixed did exavt same thing,overheated,as soon ss i left ..obviously knowing he didnt fix it after speaking on the phone my debit card was refunded..why without even checking my car would yiu refund anything unless you knew you were in the wrong..by the way refute this and ill publicly post the proof of you lying about the work you performed..supposed to be new thermostat new water pump and a hose ....zero stars for a veey unprofessional company..but i had to give 1 to post
