My first service experience for my new truck was exceptional. The check in employee was very nice and pleasant. She let me know what I need and provided me an estimated wait time. I love to go when they first open so I can be in and out. She let me know what was covered and I didn t have to wait long. Check out counter was very friendly and nice also. Every time I go to Benton I receive outstanding customer services. I wouldn t go any where else.Service: Oil change

Very professional business. Anytime I called the phones were answered nicely and professionally. Fred Kidd is an awesome service advisor. He does his absolute best to make sure you are satisfied leaving Benton Nissan. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone

This was one of the best dealership experiences that I have had. My daughter was having problems with her Nissan Juke. After repairs at a local auto shop, I figured that I would get a true diagnosis from Nissan. I had time to wait and work while they did their thing.I initially called and spoke to Fred who gave me a few options over the phone but ultimately advised me to bring it in. I met another associate once I arrived but the car was taken back and thoroughly looked at. From the initial call, to the service staff, sales team and even cashier, the customer service was amazing. Took my vehicle in for the 15k maintenance and Jeni was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Service didn't take long and was in and out. Thanks to the great mechanics as well. I won't take my car anywhere else. I was extremely satisfied after leaving. I've experienced Great service in the past untilyesterday. I thought it was protocol when services are to be performed that customers be made aware of all prices before performing the work...I received my ticket before discussing if I would agree to the additional charges. I did inquire about certain charges and I never got a clear answer. New Staff needs correct training on this issue..My service was nice ,but didn't make me aware of those charges..Knowledge is Power!

The moment Fred Kidd (service advisor) checked my car in to have the passenger door locks inspected/changed my service was amazing. He clearly explained to me the process of having my car inspected. Then he advised me what would happen if they had to order the parts. Fortunately, they had the parts and my doors were repaired within hours. Thanks Fred for the awesome service you provided.

It seems every time I get my oil changed there, black smears of grease are always to be found inside my car. This last time, they charged me for tire rotation when they should not have because I bought my tires from them. Twice I have called and twice I was told it would be credited to my card, but so far it isn t and it s been over a week. Other than that, everyone there has been nice and I believe they are doing the work they are charging me for (I hope so, anyway).Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I have always owned a Honda and I was not initially impressed by Nissan. However, the service manager at Bessemer Nissan (Fred) definitely made my switch to Nissan an easier transition. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and his service recommendations are usually accurate.

Definitely recommend this business. Went on a Saturday morning and they were fairly busy but they changed my oil and serviced all necessary components in just over an hr.The gentleman that checked us in was extremely nice , friendly and courteous.Service: Oil change

From the greeting to the exit, I could not be more impressed with Benton Nissan. Without exception, everyone encountered was a team player with a positive, helpful, professional approach. All went beyond the call of duty to make the experience the best possible after a breakdown while traveling. And all of this for sometime from out of state. I really like this company. In my lifetime I ve only own 4 cars because I wait until it has 250 to 300,000 thousand miles. Yet my cars continue to run. Benton Nissan does not place pressure to sell because now I m retired now, that one check/month. I was told that my tires needed to be replaced. I bought the said tires from Benton Nissan 3 years prior to this. In looking at the tires, 3 of them were 7 years old ! So where were they the 4 years in question? So did Benton Nissan give me tires from a stockpile? I paid over $800 for the tires. I drive very little. And after 3 years they need to be replaced??!! I guess so.....they are 7 years old!!Service: Tires

Gave information and told them I purchased my vehicle from another Nissan dealership and had free life time oil changes as long as I owed the vehicle the guy at the service desk assured me that everything could be transferred to their dealership no problem then at the end of service I received a bill for the services that was supposed to be free and covered under the warranty but wasn t and they still complete the service without informing me that it wasn t going to be covered at there dealership what a ripoffServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

Would not recommend Nissan period if you do have a problem .. they will find a way to get out of warranty.. we have done our maintenance.. over the 2020-2021 year during Covid .. we changed our oil ourself .. due to quarantine.. and business being closed . Of course we all were sick with it at one point . No record of OUR oil changes .. Nissan denied warranty on motor .. this was a used car we bought from Benton .. only a year or so old . 2017 google search finds apparently sludge is a problem with that year engine .. so basically we need a engine . Only $14,000. Plus labor Not doing that ! As for this location, service guy was really nice . But I don t feel like they work very hard on our behalf with Nissan to get this covered .. so we have had 2 Nissans both were a nightmare .. so no I would not recommend!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Upon arrival the person that asked what I needed was name Fred, very friendly and after telling him he said that it would be about an hour and a half. That I could go inside and get something to drink and watch TV. Came back and told me that I needed windshield wipers. Came back less time expected and I was ready to go.Because of the service I received will be back.Services: Auto windshield repair, Oil change

The service advisor was excellent Fredric Kidd.He told me what was the problem and what I needed to do.However I paid almost 800.00 for my car and didn't like the fact that I was charged shop supplies almost 40.00.And they didn't list what they were.He did tell me how much the car was but i thought that was just the labor and part.I should not have to pay for shop supplies.That should be covered under Benton.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement
