I go get a new tire every week which I started last week until I get myself a whole set plus a spare one. I have size 16 tires and each one costs $63 with the rotation/ balance and stuff which makes it $90 per tire so the price is just right for my budget plus I have the Walmart Plus membership which I also recommend getting by the way...it's very good.

Christmas Eve showed up at 6:45, first in line. With a screw in my tire and it deflating while setting there, I have road hazard protection. At 7:15 an employee came out and said he is the only one showed up and couldn t help me. He went on to tell everyone else in line to leave. I took out my portable air compressor and re inflated my tire.If I was the manager I would call those employees not to return and try to hire people who want to work.

Jermain and Kim were definitely life savers for me. I was stranded on the interstate, and they both went out of their way to help get someone to change My tire when tire shops and tow trucks wouldn't answer the phone. They put 2 new tires on, and we were on the way... Thank you both again!! :)

Got the job done.$45 oil change and honored my road hazard for my tires.Only issue was a bit slow, they don't take appointments and you need to be online by 0700 if you want a hope of getting seen.

On Thursday I arrived for an oil change and to have my tires looked at because my car started shaking on the highway. They did an oil change and told me to come back the next day for the tire work because their compressor was down. No problem. Saturday (today) I go back and was told they were only doing emergency tire work and refused to sell me tires or even look. I ended up having to drive to Daphne Walmart and found out my tires were in horrible shape and needed to be replaced immediately. The guy was shocked I drove that far with one tire as bad as it was. So what qualifies as emergency tires to this location? What s so bad is they have the size tires I need in stock and still wouldn t sell me just the tires.Service: Oil change

Went in to get tire patched the guy told me he couldnt patch it needed new tire. So I said ok. Said it would be 2 hours which they did have a few cars already there. Waited 2 and half hours seen them pull in another car that came behind me. So I told him I had already been waiting 2 1/2 hours. He told me that the car was ahead of me. It will be another 45 minutes. So I told him i was not waiting any longer I would take it somewhere else tomorrow. This was a Sunday. Called my son he told me to bring it to him and he would loid at it. So needless to say it COULD be patched. And yes I know there are short of workers but you can see laziness all over themService: Tires

Had a tire replaced and wanted to keep the old one as a spare. After emphasizing this 3 times, they threw it away. Took 4 hours to replace the ONE tire that I brought in with an empty wheel. You are probably better off walking to where you're going than stopping here.Service: TiresService: Tires

I couldn t be more thankful for the guys in the TIRE center today!!! I was having such a rough day and just felt defeated and they really showed me there is still TRUE KINDNESS and GOOD in the world! From the moment I got there I felt understood and they took care of all my cars needs! I had two kids underfoot and a flat tire in the rain but they came through man! Walmart is lucky to have employees that still have good hearts and know what they are doing!!! #GodIsGood I will be back, as alwaysServices: Tires, Oil change

The guys in the tire center are the absolute best! The saved us this late Saturday evening. Had a blow out with a tire on a horse trailer. Loaded with hot horses! And they wasn t staffed enough. But they definitely helped us out tonight! Really appreciate them!!!!!

The first time I came in, the man said there was no one working that change my oil. I came a couple weeks later & was quoted less than an hour. I had my 93 year old grandmother with me & it took almost 2 hours. I don't think I'll come back & just pay the $45 to stay in my car while my oil is changed under 15 minutes.

1 st . time back after 20 years, only because nobody else in town had correct size tire in stock. (Daughters car is on side of road) Was told tire would be ready in an hour and a half and they would call when ready. Been 3 hours, still waiting, getting dark.20 years ago got an oil and filter change and they lost the keys to my car!Stay with smaller owner owned shops.

Giving one star because thats as low as it will go....called at 4:15pm to see what time the tire center closed ,I was told 7:00pm.. The lady asked what they could do for me today in a very professional manner.? And I told her, I needed 4 new tires..she checked to see if they had them in stock, and she said yes we have them, I will get someone to pull them for you and they will be ready and waiting.."thank you "..I told her, I would see her in about 25 mins..well I get there at 4:45 pm on the nose , pull up a young man greets me and saiys ..and I "quote" our department manager says no more work today he is tired ...WTF??? .. if the department manager can not handle the labor in the back, they need to put his old ass out front greeting customers, or chasing buggies,..or how about this...." WALMART " stop hiring Jerry atricks in the labor departments...his old ass lost that 4 tire sell, and all my future tire purchases...I will pay more at another tire shop . I'm done with the tire and lube center in bay minette al....store hours 7 to 7, unless the tire and lube manager is tired,.. Its closing at 4:45..what a joke!!!

I came in at 5pm it is Sunday web site says this wasn t a busy time ...guy told he didn t have anyone who could change my oil the last time I came I went through the same hassle is their anyone who do a simple oil change here or what. I drive from Atmore because I can get it done on Sunday the only time I have to get it done. You should change the web site to we do it when WE want to!

I waited a over 2 hrs just to get a tire change. The staff here is very lazy and slow!!! I came here 3 times and each time they claim they were busy but there were no customers. I had my kids and explained to them i was not from here and just wanted my tire change. This service is very unacceptable.

Very helpful and they did a great job. Jermaine a tech that worked on my vehicle was very helpful and didn't awesome job I would definitely recommend getting an oil change there and I'm actually thinking about going and getting a brand new set of tires there today thanks guys

Came for a new tire. Tire price was good, but it took over an hour for them to replace the single tire. Service was friendly

They literally unplug their phones and take forever for a simple job. They don't put the info in the app so u can check progress.

They need to close the tire cente!! It's 5:29 and there taken no more cars and they don't close til 7. This is sad !! I'm try to find the head office # to complain! Then he's comes out and tell me about my front to two tires like he can fix them!

Unless u are buying from them they WILL NOT HELP U!!!!! They won't even put air in your tires for u. Totally frustrated Will NEVER even attempt to go there for tire help again.

Horrible customer service. Can NOT get through on the phone to find out whether my vehicle was ready. Go somewhere else, not worth it.
