Jake Powell Manager, at Sweat Tire in Bay Minette, his service is off the chain when it come to caring for my vehicle he is on it.... He put his heart and soul into his job.....when it come to serving his community. I will not have it any other way.....so when you want the BEST see Jake Powell and his crew they get the job done. Thank you Brother Jake

Top notch staff. Everyone went out of their way today to help my mom and I. I would recommend the Bay Minette location to anyone looking to service their vehicle!!! I will definitely return for my next service. Knowledgable, Honest, and Kind is how I would describe the staff at this location!!!

Jake and Rocky are awesome and incredibly honest gentlemen.brought my 2017 kids serento in after it had just started acting up.advanced auto ran codes and said sweat tires could see if it was my spark plugs.drove over there and Jake took a quick look and informed me of engine problems with this year of car.He told me he didn't want to change the plugs as that would be something the dealership would need to see for the warranty extension.after calling Kia of Daphne dealership was told my vin number was p�rt of this but rods bearings would have to be verified by a Kia dealership.Had car towed to Kia of Daphne even though Jake had warned me he had heard some bad things but other dealerships were out of appts til Dec.....btw ....this all started Nov 1,2023.so as I am a single woman with custody of 4 grandchildren and one is special needs with many Drs appts,I opted for earlier appt with service at dealership saying end of next week they could look at it......called sat to see that car had made it there by two truck....no call back....called Monday,they could find it....call to say they found it and we're going to check it.they changed around spark plugs and coils....still knocking and misfire.....changed new spark plug assembly.....still not right.....never informed of changing spark plugs,later on down the road(4 weeks later) when in meeting with service manager,he was very shocked to find out no one had ever asked my approval for this.....he left the office and low and behold there was an approval letter that said i had approved by phone......too bad it was hand written and the date was a day after work was done.....Jake actually called me to see if they were treating me ok.....he also spent about half an hour when i called asking questions......so.......I have not had a car or worked,my granddaughter has been unenrolled in pre-k......has to hold my grandson having a seizure and not being able to hop into my car ti go to hospital...countless drs aplt cancelled.....because they say my car had a broken spark in engine....whod been working on it? Yes...Kia of Daphne..... they refuse to fix their mistakes which was admitted to four people and 2 voice recordings....Jake at sweat tires on they other hand has offered so much help......not only do u recommend and trust these gentlemen,but consider them friends from all the caring they have shown...If your car needs work,drive as fast as you can past Kia of Daphne,and head straight to Sweat tire in bay minette....best guys ever!!!!!

Amazing customer service and staff... Rocky stayed in touch with me until I arrived, being towed, from a major flat tire... Definitely recommend... Great service, amazing staff... I can't thank them enough for the good care.

Replaced 33x12.5R18LT Nitto tires with Sailun Terramax that were same size. Did my research ahead of time since I never heard of the brand Sailun. For a Chinese made tire, they have great reviews.My truck immediately had issues (pulling hard left or right and excessive bounce). Jake checked everything over on my truck and found nothing of concern. Pulling my 33 foot travel trailer was a nightmare (the extra weight made the excessive pulling much worse). The Sailun Terramax is an F rated tire so even inflating to max (80 PSI) did not help.Jake drove my truck and figured out that the profile of the Sailun tire was different than the Nitto brand. The performance issues I had by going with 12.5 width on stock 18 inch Ford rim seems to be a common occurrence with all brands and not recommended for all purpose use. Basically, as he explained, too much its like pushing on a balloon.Replacement tires at smaller width closer to factory were installed no charge. The truck now drives as it should.Jake and his crew at Sweat Tire Bay Minette did me right. I ve had bad experiences with other shops which tried to pull a fast one on me (replacing defective parts and outrageous labor charges).I highly recommend this location in Bay Minette for tires or service.

very kind. i had got a bolt stuck in my tire heading down to our house in orange beach and they were quick to check my tire out and get it patched up. thank you sweat tire!

Best experience ever! I called this place to see if they would plug a tire for my wife that was traveling with my mother and asked them to take care of them since I am hours away. They did just that. They fixed her tires writhing 10-15 minutes had her back in the road and refused to charge her for anything! They were very helpful to get her back on the road!!

Between my mother, my son and me we have been here several times. The guys are really nice and very professional. They work as quick as possible and while it seems like a lot of money, they do good work and try to give you the best price they can. I will definitely keep taking my vehicles to them

Great customer service, really was amazed about how the employees conducted themselves. It's really changed for the better. The price I was quoted was higher than the actual cost so that's very good, great way to get people to use the company for work. Quote high, but actually cheaper!!

I had to have my breaks and rotors replaced. When I called I didn't know they only had 3 hours before closing it. Fortunately for me it wasn't an issue, they told me to bring it in right away and they would be able to get me taken care of. Also even the maintenance was done and I was there to pay for it, it was even cheaper than I thought it was going to be and even more cheaper than the other companies quoted me.They did an amazing job ! Highly Recommend!

I just left the store in Bay Minette . The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of my truck. I thought I had a major issue but the guys fixed it in no time at all. Saved me a huge bill. I will definitely be using this location more often. Clay was a lifesaver.

Fast, friendly service. Went in for tire rotate and balance at 9:30 and was leaving by 10:20. They even removed the key-locked nuts off of each tire that I had no idea even existed! Needless to say I didn't have the key for it. They removed and replaced the lugs for me. Thanks Sweat Tire.(Update jul 13, 2022)Got in at about 9:15am and got out by about 9:40am for a simple tire rotation and balance. I've always been happy with their service. Thanks again!

Had them to check my AC in my car. They fixed it charged it with Freon and did it all in less than an hour. The price of only $80 was awesome. Loved my visit and will deffinitely go back for any other car issues.

I took my car to have some work done on it. I dropped it off at 7am and it still hadn't been worked on at 12. When Dave was manager it would've got done quick. Now that he's not there not sure I'll ever take it to that location again.

Awesome place with awesome employees. Anthony and Rocky got me in and out if there quickly which was great because I was in a huge hurry. Taylor recently worked on my mothers car did an excellent job in a timely manner. He fixed the problem and car has been perfect every since. Every time I go there Taylor has a big happy smile on his face and I love seeing that when i walk in a place if business. I think Sweat Tires as a great team and i'll always use them for any vehicle problems I run across and i would highly recommend them. Being a single woman I have been to other places that has taken advantage of my ignorance when it comes to fixing cars and the cost. I definitely recommend single ladies to go to Sweat Tires rather than anywhere else. You will definitely be treated right.

Ordered my tires here even though I live closer to another one they sent my tires to the store close to my house! The guys in the Bay Minette store ate always friendly & able to help you with your automotive needsThe mechanics are well trained & knowledgeable of your car needs.

This place is a joke. We called on Wednesday to see about getting tires. They said they needed to order them but would call when they came in Thursday. No call. We called them and were told the tires were in. Husband dropped off vehicle at 10 and guy said they would call when they were done but it would be done by end of the day. At 4:30 the tires still weren t on. Guy said they would get right on it. We went back in 30 minutes, tires not on and guy was gone for day.Would never recommend this place!!!

Not impressed. Had to get the front end aligned on a truck, and they took two days to complete a 2-hour job. It may be the biggest tire shop in Bay Minette, but it's also the most crooked. So incredibly not impressed.

Use the Robertsdale location all the time, with great customer service. Tried to drop my truck off at Bay Minette for a simple balance and rotate and couldn t even get someone to take my keys. I even walked in to the garage to make sure they saw me. One guy was working and the other 3 were just walking around like they had nothing to do.

While traveling to Gulf Shores, our RV had 2 tires to blow out due to the age of the tires. We stopped at 3 places in Montgomery. All 3 places turned us away. We spent the night in a parking lot in Bay Minette and went to a large retailer off the exit. They did not have tires in stock and said even if they did have them, they would not work on the RV. We called Sweat Tire, they was very professional and sympathetic to our issues and got us back on the road extremely quickly. World Class Service, excellent prices, and genuine good people. Wished I was a local because they would get 100% of my automotive needs.

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. My husband sent me there and even with my complete lack of mechanical engineering, they were able to get the right part the first time and share a few helpful hints about putting it back in. Kudos to the entire team!!

Friendly and great customer service. My oil change was a few dollars cheaper than Walmart. I'm a customer because they give free tire rotation. I appreciated that.

Since Travis has taken over this has quickly become the place to go for nearly everything you need done to your vehicle. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done indeed.

If you drop your car off and it is any type of performance car, just know the employees will drive the hell out of it. No need in driving the hell out of a mustang to weld exhaust to it. Witnessed this, confronted them, was called a liar... the owner did not return phone calls.
