Always wonderful service. The car wash does an excellent job. The employees attending the wash are courteous. Nice and clean and all vacuums work great. The $3.00 Monday special makes it even worth more visits. Especially during tough times. Thanks Rich's car wash for doing such a great promotion. As always, I will continue to come back!

Love the discount Monday.Cleaned my car nicely.I am claustrophobic and the car wash shut down for a minute or two. Had my heart beating fast! Workers were quick to get it started!

Rich's car wash in Bay Minette AL was great and provides a free prewash station, fresh clean towels, and excellent dual vacuums for their customers. The only drawback was that soap suds were left on the back window of my SUV. I tried it again and the same thing happened. Maybe the rinse option needs to be adjusted.

I will not be using them anymore! A lot of times they don't even spray your car like they're supposed to before you go in the car wash they just motion you on through. But my main thing was I canceled my membership, and they took my money right after I canceled my membership. And sent me an email saying thanks for using their car wash I see that you have terminated your membership but you will be able to use it for the month that you've paid for it. So I had to contact my bank and I've been going back and forth and email with the lady trying to get a refund and she's telling me that they're not refunding me even though I haven't used it and I'm not going to use it. And that is not very good business. So if that's how they operate, I definitely will be using a different car wash from now on.

Beware of Riches car wash in Bay Minette. I took my suburban through there yesterday and the rear windshield wiper arm was broken off. It worked perfectly before I went to the car wash. When the young lady who looked at the video as she called it says oh well there s a wire hanging loose from the thing. Well I guess Dick Tracy doesn t know the difference between a wire hanging loose and a rubber hose that s part of the wash function on the rear wiper assembly. If she doesn t know the difference between a wire and a rubber hose that carries windshield washer fluid to the back window, how would she know what broke and what didn t break? Maybe she should get a job that s not a technical as a car wash, rubber hoses, or loose wires. Maybe, if she can learn to flip burgers at McDonald s? No on second thought, she d probably burn them. I did explain to her that no that wasn t wire that was a rubber hose did attach the water so the windshield wiper could wash the window just as it does on the front. She did deny that her car wash cause any damage to my vehicle. In good faith I went to the wash and paid $20 to have a washer and broken off the back of my truck which is gonna cost me about $50 to replace. I am going to cancel my membership which is $40 a month plus the other time so I go up there to use riches car wash. I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to minimum-wage right? Anyways, unless you want damage to your vehicle stay away from Ritchie s car wash because they do not take any responsibility for their actions.

Great car wash. I pay $20 a month for unlimited car washes with rain- x, tire shine.m, wax and more. Comes in handy during love bug season. Friendly staff. They make you feel like they're glad you came.

I would have rated it 5 except for I realize from the last visit where the scratches where coming from on both sides of my front car doors - the car wash - And you can't vacuum without washing .It would be great if you could use the vacuum area without going through the car wash part. Scratching up my car won't be visiting again I tried the basic wash and upgrade- scratches. I also like that you can wash your cat mats free through the machine and also there is area before entering the car a big drum to wash your tires or etc.. by hand with a big brush

This is a good car wash but it seems that the one in Daphne takes care of their customers a little better. They spray the front and the back of the car before it goes through the wash. The money you pay for their service is still worth the money though and you should give them a try!

Great customer service. Actual carwash doesn't clean tires well at all though. If you have a lil dirt stain, it will still be there unless you stop before you go through and scrub them yourself.

Very nice! Super strong vacuums. Air hose for cleaning crevices. Attendant was a young lady that greeted us with a smile.

One of the best thought out and layed out car washes I've been to. My mother live in Bay minette Alabama. I use Rick's everytime I come to see my mother. Price is reasonable for any of the washes you choose. Jeff Fairley

Great area, place so clean, car wash was pectacular with free vacuum and what topped it off for me was a friendly lady that work there walked over and gave me a air freshener which smells soooo good, which I have been trying to find

Always a fast and good wash. Sometimes I feel like there is too much soap still in door frames but it's and easy wipe and go.

Quick and easy service. Automated wash did a fantastic job on my pick up. Attendant even removed my antenna for me.

Good wash only thing I was disappointed in is the back of my suv didn't get washed very good, powerful free vacuums with the price of a wash 3$ on Mondays

Love it. Just pull up and pay (Cash or Credit). Then go through the wash and vacuum. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Unless you stop and vacuum.
