Leaving one star only because the cashier on the way out was kind. My family has used this location twice. Once when I was in the hospital and our car battery died. My wife went in with our toddler to ask for assistance and was scoffed at by the female manager for a request she was not willing to accommodate. The issue was not the refusal to assist, but the attitude.I went in for tag lights yesterday and got the same treatment by the same female manager. It was really disappointing considering every other local professional we ve met since moving here has been so kind. Definitely won t be back.

I do a good bit of business with these guys and this is the second time I've had a warranty issue in the last few months. The first was over their overpriced batteries with half the life and less than half the warranty period as walmart.Now I got burned on red-kote. Its a fuel tank liner. I got in In November and first tried to get my money back a couple weeks later when it did not work. I eventually caught the "right" manager in the store after 2 weeks of trying and being promised call backs, (apparently the only one that could do anything about it.) When I said it was ridiculous to have to keep an empty paint can for a warranty claim, (because we all just keep those lying around when we're done with them), he decided to look up the purchase. He said there was nothing he could do about it anyway since it had been more than 30 days... I feel like I just got conned, duh it had been 30 days it took 2 weeks to get "the man" (Preston) on the phone!

We were on our way home from Gulf Shores ower car started skippingwe stop at O'Reilly's and they put their tester on the car and told us the number too coil pack went out they had the part we need and loand us the tools to change it very friendly and helpful
