Hastings cannot receive enough praise with how they handled my situation. My tire locked up on me after coming off the interstate. I pulled in at 4:15 and they stayed after hours to take care of me, my wife, and my dog. The front desk was excellent, kind, and customer service was top notch. The mechanics themselves provided a no BS/ cost efficient solution and provided timely repairs. Hastings is where I would continue to go.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We would've been stuck if it wasn't for the owner taking the time to get us back on the road. Thank you for ordering the spark plug coil & gasket, for getting us back on the road. It's rare to find an auto place that can get you back on the road the same day! We made it back to Abbeville, AL after the RAV4 was fixed here... definitely recommend this auto repair shop! Hastings Auto Repair has done several services for me on my car. I've always been very pleased with their service and they are friendly and don't rush you through. Stephanie is really sweet!!! I love how well she treats all the customers I gave it 1 star because I had to pay almost $500 to have a starter changed!!!

My wife and I were traveling to our vacation. And we had car troubleWe were towed to this shop and the owner was very professional and courteous. Had us on our way in no time. Very honest people. Very thankful for them in our time of need.

So my truck been having some issues and I decided to call around and find me an auto repair shop and am not surprised we have a lot of shady mechanic shop out there,Came across Hastings Auto repair and from the moment the young chick answered the phone I knew this is where I was going,Very professional and polite,Took my truck on my appointment date and couple days later it was completed.I have to say it is nice to have a business in your home town who actually care about their customers and the price was very fair,To the mechanic (Eric) and the chick up front thank you for being good business folks.Definately will be coming back for all my vehicle repairs.

I went to Chuck Stevens Chevrolet to buy a used truck and needed an auto shop to do a Pre-purchase Inspection. Prior to leaving Atlanta I had googled to see what shops had the best ratings. Hand down it was Hasting Auto Repair. Well I made an appointment for the day before but I had gotten there in bay Minnette a day earlier. I did not expect Hasting to take me in early but they did. Stephanie was awesome she understood and got my trk in for the Pre purchase inspection. The mechanics did all the necessary checks and had me out of there in enough time to do the paper work at Chuck Stevens. Thank You Hasting Auto Repair and all the mechanics, thank you Eric.....

Eric has always been a good mechanic, even from his humble beginnings, but when you employ other people whom doesn't have the drive for buisness like you do, you are subjected to there flaws....
