Cockrell has satisfactorily serviced my vehicle for the 3rd time. Josh and the entire crew were wonderful. The estimate provided was very accurate and the price and time to perform the task was on point. They worked me in and got me out is a quick manner while providing quality work. Highly recommend this body shop!!

This is the 3rd time I have used cockerels and I am extremely pleased each time I got my vehicle back. Great communication and always so friendly and quick to answer all my questions. This place is amazing! I took my truck there after a wreck and when I picked it up I was amazed it looked new again they even cleaned it for me. I will be using them in the future. I highly recommend them!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Went in there to get an estimate and have to say everyone was really nice,Updated finally got my truck in to be repaired and it took approx two weeks am very pkease with the service and the way my truck looks,Please anyone needing body repairs this is the place to go in Baldwin county you won't be disappointed

Larry, is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've had two cars repaired at Cockrell's and they look better than before the accidents.Thank you for being exemplary. Hats off to you!

I wouldn't ever go back. I had to go back to pick my truck up 3 times before it was right. They were fixing and painting a dent in the cab. The first time I went to pick it up you could see a spot of primer showing where they sanded too deep. There was also a spot of touch up pain on the area they had just painted where the nicked it putting the bed back on. It didn't even match the factory paint. There were also spots they were supposed to touch up that they forgot about. When going to get it the second time I noticed the headliner was stained where they had to pull it down to take out the back glass. One guy lied straight to my face saying they didn't even touch the headliner (not knowing I stopped by and saw it pulled down the previous week) after going to get it for the 3rd time, a week late, it looked good but had I not noticed or been willing to fight with them I would have walked away with garbage

Works well with insurance, and does quality work. Have had to use them several times for minor repairs and would recommend them for most any repair work.
