Brenda is fantastic! Helped me upgrade my tiny car to a nice mom car a couple years ago and just traded that said car for a newer, upgraded version! She has met my needs and totally understood what all was going on and helped me find this amazing car at a good price

I was recommended to speak with Todd Sellers about purchasing the specific SUV I wanted and he did NOT disappoint. My purchasing process was seamless! I stopped in to look at a few used trucks and ended up going home with a 2023 Lightning! Bailey Mott was my salesman and he was very helpful. He asked a lot of questions to understand my needs and desires. Bailey was always respectful and never pushy. The other staff at Chuck Stevens were great as well. If you're looking for a new vehicle give Bailey a call!

If you are met by Todd Sellers ask for another "certified" sales person. This was the first time I've seen where a sales rep decides which deals they will bounce off the sales manager.You always see two names come up in the bad reviews with one of them being Todd. I've contacted the dealership twice for the same truck (which had been on the lot since Jan) and both times been handed off to Todd.All the staff has been thetr a while and when you see a bad review you always see the same response for Chuck the owner, which tells me he is complacent about the whole situation.I guess they don't keep the sales people informed....I txts where we started the dealing Wednesday after it supposedly sold. Just proves my point about Mr. Sellers....not proficient enough to check availability before working toward a deal.

The salesman was great. The finance guy at the end was awesome. The main issue I had here is the unwillingness to help me with a $700 issue with TWO dead batteries about a month after purchase. The errors caused major safety issues and sadly the dealership declined to help me leaving me to pay $700 to make the car fully operational about a month after purchase.

Working with Brenda was a real pleasure, I am not the topical buyer, I don't need or want a salesperson to sell me anything.When I contacted Brenda, I informed her of the same, from that point forward it was a smooth transaction, I informed her what vehicle I wanted, the options, once you have it, I only want to receive one price proposal, I don't have time to negotiate.Brenda found the vehicle, gave me the price, deal was done, the car was ready for me to pick it up in a couple of days.I live in Navarre, FL I have 2 large Ford Dealerships around me, one I have delt with for several years and purchased 7 cars, this time they lost my business because, they simply forgot about taking care of loyal customers should be a real priority, it wasn't.Therefore, I drove more than 1-1/2 hrs each way to deal with Brenda and the Chuck Stevens Automotive Group in Bay Minette, AL.A true "No Nonsense" buying experience, I am done with the big dealerships.I promise, it will be the best decision one can make.

Brenda Our Sales rep was awesome answered any question we had I told her what I was looking for first truck She took me to I fell in love being a previous Dodge owner all my life. Great dealership to shop at if you re looking for trucks! They had a great selection and nice people all around! Strongly suggest going there to purchase a vehicle and definitely ask for Aaron once you get there! He went above and beyond with anything we needed or asked of him!

one of the most incompetent service departments i have ever delt with, they have absolutely ZERO basic trouble shooting skills. my wife and i have been taking her 2021 ranger there for and issue where people cannot hear her when she is talking to them through the trucks blue tooth system. they have replaced every part under the sun except for the most common sense part, THE MICROPHONE...they have reloaded the sync system from USB, from a computer, replaced some blue tooth receiver and when we called to reschedule the appointment, we called from the truck and they couldn't here us, so we switched to the phone and they could here us just fine. now after dealing with the incompetence of the techs and service advisors and chuck stevens ford, i am forced to just purchase and fix the part myself even though it should be warranty repair.
