We just bought a new jeep at Chuck Stevens and Mr. Aaron Rodgers attended to all of our financing needs. He exceeded all of our expectations! If you need a new vehicle, we would definitely recommend going to see Mr. Dennis in sales and Mr. Aaron in financing!! They are the best!

Overall the transaction was good. I am a little disappointed with the after the sale follow up. I understand the purchase of a used vehicle comes with a few caveats. The few things I wish would have been addressed were:Come on guys one key?Three of the four floor mats?(there were at least paper ones but still)Selling a car with an open safety recall?This is the only follow up I received, after the tour guide specifically stated he would get the answer and give me a call. The business office was great. I am not sure about after care and service because in my humble opinion if you only want surveys without customer service then how well are you actually going to care for my very expensive purchase later? Positive feedback is there was not the high pressure sales tactic that everyone is used to so that is very appreciated. The store was clean although dated.Still waiting on answers though.

The whole experience turned out to be a bunch of excuses. Can't work a price deal with you bc "we fired our manager, he priced cars too low & we wont make money." Get home with the car around 4pm, 9am next morning we get a call, "bring the car back". We're an hr away from the dealership mind you. "We ordered parts for the vehicle that never got put in- our guy put it on the lot too early." Once again "we just fired him." Bring the car back & ask if there's anything they can do to fix a scratch we noticed while it's there getting the forgotten parts installed- they agreed. Finally get to pick the car up & nothing was done for the scratch. "I forgot. We fired our paint guy. You can come back." Soo you want us to drive an hour for the 3rd time & hold the vehicle yet again bc "you forgot & everyone's fired"- no thank you.Reading thru reviews I can't help but notice Chuck Stevens blaming everyone for "their" error. Always blaming the customer:: read the reviews, see for yourself.Dear Brian, (I believe that was your name) :: my used car came with 2 keys. So when they say "they don't provide 2 keys for used vehicles"... lies. I'd imagine if it happens to come with 2, they'll pass on the 2. But if the car comes in with only 1, that's all they will provide. If that's the case, it probably should have been explained that way. It's just more truthful & comes off nicer.

PSA!! Chuck Steven's Chevrolet is a bunch of lieing deal braking people!! From the salesman to the Sales Manager to the General Manager even Steven's himself have multiple text messages of the deal and they wouldn't make it right after holding my paperwork for over a month! I understand completely why they fired the salesman and sales manager! They are sum bags! Stay clear of them! General Manager and Chuck Steven's himself said sorry for you! I've told y'all...

Great price and service. Found this vehicle online, and it was a breeze getting approved. Aly was a great salesperson, as well as the finance ladies for getting the best rates. The service department could've cleaned and detailed the vehicle better before I left, but I had already been there for hours looking and doing paperwork. But, overall good service for what I needed.

Paid several hundred dollars to have something fixed and it s still not fixed. No communication over the issue. They are aware it s not fixed. Take your business elsewhere.

The Chevy dealership is 5 star plus just the office not the service department. Needs to offer a little nicer surroundings but was ok. Arizona is by far the best. Help me find my car and it was painless not like all the other times I went car shopping. I told her the Steven's need to give her the promotion she deserves. A++++++++

Don t waste your time with them . I called and talked with salesman and told them what I can get a 2024 equinox for and see if they would match the price . He said he would talk to management and call me back . Never did . So today I walked in and asked for manager. He said that I could get that deal I better take it . I have been in car business and never been treated like that . . Any Chevy dealer can give same discount . Also there are dealers that don t charge doc fees . They have lost many sales because I buy every year for me and my wife !!!

Highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost. Earlier this afternoon my wife and I were headed to grab some dinner when we spotted a black 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. She s been wanting one so we stopped in to check it out. Once we arrived a salesman approached us just like anytime (I can not remember his name) he showed us the Tahoe and a few other vehicles we even drove to another one of their lots. We decided we were only interested in the 2022 Tahoe and I wanted an out the door price, he stated he was confident that he could us to the amount we were willing to pay for it. He then had us fill out some paper work (one of which being a credit app) while he was speaking with the manager about bottom dollar. He stated our credit would not be ran and that we were only filling it out so we wouldn t have to on the back end if we were able to make a deal.( I made it clear I did not want my credit pulled at all until a price was agreed upon.) As he was in the managers office (getting a price) my credit alert dinged for a hard inquiry.I left his office and went to the mangers office where the salesperson was and proceeded to confront the issue. He had no remorse no answer and was unable to say anything for the most part. No apologies from him in any form. I do understand it was probably a sales tactic to make me feel obligated to go ahead and purchase with them. This place is untrustworthy and undeserving of my business or yours. I will be purchasing a Tahoe now since my credit has been pulled but rest assured it will not be from Chuck Stevens Chevrolet.

I bought a 2017 Camaro 2SS convertible about 3 months ago from them. about a month later I noticed a pop sound when I'd put up the top but being as I never owned a convertible and the fact I bought it from a dealership, I ignored it thinking it was normal. 2 months later when i was putting the top up, it ripped off the back inside panel. Turns out the top was bent and several of the smaller arms were bent and snapped off. I called the dealership and they said to bring it in and they'd take a look. At the same time the check engine light came on saying rough idle. At first they said that it was going to cost 3k just to fix the top which I thought was crazy, I mean I just got this car from them 3 months ago. They explained that there was a service notice out on the top and that they'd have to replace a lot of parts because there was 2 points of contact the top made with the back windows and it's supposed to be 3. The service writer Ron was great throughout the whole process. He was very kind and understanding. He was able to go back and forth with management and was able to get them to lower the cost per hour of labor and take off 1800 of the cost. It still cost me just over 2k. Personally, I think that was way too much for an issue I feel should have been found/fixed before selling it. It's also making a studder from the transmission which there's also a service notice for as well because it has too light of transmission fluid in it. For that, they want to charge almost 600 dollars for. Again, this is something I feel should have been found before selling the car and should have been fixed before selling it. For the check engine light issue, they had to replace all of the injectors but thankfully it was covered under the warranty so I just had to pay the deductible. My suggestion is if you plan to buy a used car from them, take it to a different mechanic and have them go over the whole vehicle first.

We had a problem with the car and didn't have a copy of warranty. They took the time to get it for us and put us on road and we are covered for the problem with our car..They were so nice and took really good care of us.Thanks Chuck Stevens for having great people working fornu.

I got my 2018 wrangler from them. All in all the buying process was easy and the girl helping me was very sweet. However over the last month I have called multiple times about getting a title application so I could get my tag and have been given the run around over and over again. First it was well it will come in the mail within 20 days. Next they would say they d write down my email and send it to me. After two weeks of calling over and over again I finally got it. Crystal who finally got it all sent was very professional and was really sweet. Her assistant as she called herself, Tracey, thought it was appropriate to laugh when I said I d been trying to get it for two weeks now and had some sort of an attitude about it. Just a little frustrated as I work and go to college full time and very rarely have time off and the one day I did have off they couldn t get it to me. Every other dealership I ve bought from has made sure I had it the day of the sale. Other wise my Jeep has been perfect so far and everyone else has been really nice.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!I purchased a vehicle from here, signed all of the papers. They kept my car for weeks and did not want to give it to me. Kept saying I could not get it but would not give me an explanation. Finally got my car almost a month later, after coming back multiple times. They gave it to me and it was disgusting. Not detailed. 3/4 tires were flat and kept going flat after I got multiple new tires. Radio works In the front and not the back. Told them about the issues and they did nothing. This happened at the end of last year. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I had a great experience with Chuck Stevens CHEVROLET! I was greeted by Will he was very inviting and eager to help. The entire staff was very friendly and compassionate. Brandi was excellent! She was so awesome and caring Sheryl in finance I think that s her name was very sensitive to my situation and got me a great price! Thank you to everyone I encountered! They really say yes when everyone else says no! I love my car. I will definitely come for another car!

I posted a previous review after we chose our vehicle. But the run around we were given after the fact was beyond ridiculous. We were told on a Saturday that our new vehicle would be delivered to us on Monday. Monday came and no drivers were available, leaving us with no transportation. Tuesday came around and instead of our vehicle, we received a temporary rental. So finally on FRIDAY, our car was being delivered and our paperwork was ready to be signed. We began going over the paperwork and our payment jumped up to $100 more monthly than we agreed to. The story we were told is that someone added on gap insurance without our consent. We refused to sign and were asked to come in Saturday morning. We get there and finally get in to sign our papers. NOTHING had been changed and the price was the same. We were very annoyed at this point. I will not name names, but basically after going back and forth, we were told that they would not be making the sale unless we signed for gap insurance - which is optional. She told me it was pointless to purchase a vehicle without it and very rude about the subject. She even straight up said "well, you need a vehicle to get to work, don't you?" She then threatened to sell the vehicle to someone else, so I told her to do it. She stormed out of the office and a different lady came in and calmed everything down. Magically, our payments were brought down and we got the vehicle for what we agreed on to begin with.Our experience over the course of a week went from amazing to completely horrible. After this vehicle, we will take our business elsewhere after what we were put through. It is beyond ridiculous.

When to get my first ever new car here Sold me a Camaro they had listed online as a 6 cylinder and in person confirmed it was a 6 cylinder and later discovered it to be a 4 cylinder now im stuck in a expensive car payment for a car i never wanted. Thanks chuck Steven for the scam dont trust anything they say here.

I made an appointment a week in advance to bring my truck in for service. I brought it in the morning and they were not able to look at it that day at all. I understand things don't always go as planned. They requested to bring it again the next day which I did - same result. It was there all day both days and didn't look at it at all.I spoke with the service manager who explained they were very busy. When I mentioned the appointment, his response was "the appointment is just to get in line". Needless to say I won't be back. I'm in the market for a new truck as well and can't entertain this dealership for sales when they can't provide reasonable service.

We went to the dealership to purchase a truck. Dalton was super nice. We were told the carfax was clean, and it may have been but when we got it home my husband was looking at it and you could see where there had been body work done on the front of the truck. New grill, headlights didn't match, other things. We were never told about this. They didn't give us our copy of car fax either. Luckily they were nice enough the next day to give us our money back. They honestly may not have known but now they do and still have it up front on the lot.

Horrible post-buying experience. They will tell you whatever you want to hear pre-sale. Once you buy the car they will not follow through with anything they told you and will not return your call especially Dalton. Avoid this dealership at all cost.

I could not have gotten a better salesperson. Brandi Fulton was a pleasure to work with and went OVER AND ABOVE on making sure I was satisfied. The vehicle I had my eye on and was trying to determine if it was the right fit for me was purchased by another customer at the same time. (We were both working on the same Chevrolet Blazer). Brandi found the exact same vehicle and communicated with me for several days as the trade was made with the other dealership and was able to have the vehicle delivered locally in about 3 days. I can't express my gratitude enough for Brandi doing the legwork and being very patient with me. Hats off to you girl! Keep pushing forward!

We had a wonderful experience at Chuck Stevens Chevrolet! Jeremy, Dawn, and Deon in finance were all wonderful to work with. Everyone was straightforward and respectful with us - no games or anything unexpected here. This was a completely different experience from the last car we bought elsewhere (and other places we have shopped recently). We love our Jeep! :)

I was told by a guy named Christian that I was approved if I had a cosigner so I brought them in her credit score was in the 800s and they declined us when we came all the way up there and he kept lying about the price of car I wouldn't ever buy from them ever I will take my business somewhere else by what lying to there customers
