Made an 8a tire appointment a week in advance and arrived at 7:55a. Left at 9:55. Only one person working on vehicles when I arrived with another person managing. Didn't get checked in for the appointment until 8:30 and work started at 8:40.

I wish I could get 0 star, I've scheduled my appointment for 10am and other person had scheduled for the same time and the guy said that I need to go back and schedule again, I tryed to understand what happened and he was a little rude and told me that he was going to try to get me in. But after wait almost an hour I gave up and found another place that did my tires installed in few minutes.

I like this place better than other walmart auto service centers in Auburn and Opelika areas for their service and time taken to finish work.

This amazing guy Tony helped me with my tire problem. Well my sisters tire. U had to take it there for her in an emergency and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Taught me a few things too. Employing amazing employees like Tony will greatly reconstruct Wal marts image.

Amazing ! Kind Staff! They Were Quick, Efficient, & Have The Lowest Prices ! & They Still Were Willing To Help Me Save A Extra Buck Or Two By Going Over Different Options & Showing Me The Cheaper Products That Have Almost The Exact Same Ingredients As The Expensive Ones. One Staff Member Even Noticed My Grandfathers Retired Military Plates & Thanked Him For His Service ! Wonderful Crew! Wonderful Experience!

In my travels, I ran over a nail. Went to Walmart for them to repair my tire. The auto technician was prompt and he repaired my tire quickly. Thanks for good and professional service.

Went to get my oil changed after recently purchasing a used car, but when the mechanic checked my oil he was honest and told me that it had just been changed and it would be pointless to change it again. Not only that but he showed me how to check it myself and told me when to come back. I will go here for my oil change every time because of the integrity of that man. He could ve just changed my oil again and collected my money, but instead he did the right thing and you don t find that at many auto care establishments anymore. I cannot thank that employee enough for genuinely thinking of the customer first (:

If it would let me give zero stars I would. I had two tires put on and both people I spoke with were rude and acted like they didn't care whether they got my business or not, and I'm sure they didn't care. This is the second time in the last few months I have had a bad experience here. I started doing my own oil changes a few years ago after a couple of bad experiences and carelessness at other Walmarts. This was the last time I will use a Walmart Auto Care Center for anything.

I went to walmart auto center yesterday. I had low tire pressure and it was obvious i had a leak. The only helpful thing walmart did was tell me I had a nail in my tire. They said they would call me when they were done with my car (which they said would be done in an hour). I never got a call back. I called them 2 hours later and they said my car was ready. When I got back to walmart, they said they could not fix my car, because they couldn't take the rim off. They offered no other solutions, and was the biggest waste of time. Just happy I didn't have to spend my money there. I recommend going anywhere but here.

After waiting almost thirty minutes when I was the second in line and still no one actually came to take my info and get my car so I could have the oil changed, I left and went to express oil. I'll gladly pay the extra money to go there from now on.

Got text saying tires were ready for pickup but they weren't had to come back and again the tires were there but they only say one of them. 30 mins later it was found just wasted my time going back and forth and they won't put the tires on if it's a different size. Next time I will send them to the house instead.

I went there for my car head light and tag light. They only fixed head light, and tag light he said he don t know how to open (most likely he don t want to do it). Bruh if you can t even fix tag light how you gonna take care of the whole car. Poor service, but for the head light cheap price.

Went to Roseville because thought placervill one was closed waited 90 mins to be told I can't get my oil changed there took to placerville they did it in half hr the next day

I just had oil change in this place, they give me the key and the car still have the maintenance light and washer fluid light, they said you have to find a mechanic to rest the lights by computer while it s just a bottom to press it ! And the didn t put the oil tag in the car

The service was absolutely terrible. I walked up to the counter today (8/13/15) and made eye contact with two of the employees. They continued to talk to a third employee, whom I did not see. One of them answered a personal phone call on his cell after seeing me. I waited for 3 or 4 minutes for service, which is quite a lot when the employees are five feet away from you and blatantly ignoring you.

Worst experience. Very bad behavior toward the customer, not explaining the services clearly, and wasting time, the person said you re wasting my time and yelling, so I left. Never ever go there again and won t suggest it to anyone.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I came in with a punctured tire. They told me they couldn't fix it without even looking for the puncture. I then took it across the street to another tire and automotive place and they were appalled I was turned away for such an easy fix. I will never return to walmart tire and auto

Just called twice to get a final exact price on two tires installed. Less then $200.00 is as exact as I could get. Called Twice Mind You!~!!

Terrible service. Pulled up to get new tires and all the guys working in the tire center acted like they didn't even see us. Don't waste time here just go to the opelika Walmart

The staff that actually does the work is great but the boss of them is very disrespectful and very rude she sat in the office for like five min before she finally got up and waited on me the way she talk to her workers tho has got me trying decide if I will be back
