Brought bike in after sitting for almost a yearr needing new tire. Chain was rusted and tight. They fixed me up in less than a week. Charged me fairly. They even cleaned my bike up for me and charged my battery. Solid shop - felt very comfortable all the way. The owner is responsive and has a lifetime of experience.

Just called and John answered, knew my exact bike and it's rarity, gave me his exact hours and how he can help. The man sounds very honest and knowledgeable, dropping my bike off to let him do his thing, surely won't be disappointed.

I bought my first motorcycle from Jim "Pop" Skinner and Jim Jr in 1964,a 250 BSA. loved to hang around their shop but had to move away when I finally graduated from AU. Great service back then and I hear John is carying on the tradition. Wish I could still ride. Just sold my 1968 Triumph T 100 C.

It's always a pleasure doing business with Mr. Skinner. He treats my bike and I bet everyone else with care. Never had an issue with this place and my motorcycle always feel good afterwars. I ride a yahama MT-07.

Mr. John will take good care of you and your ride. He is a down to earth man who runs an honest business at fair prices. I am going to be taking my motorcycle here any time I have an issue with my motorcycle that I am unable to fix myself. I highly recommend Skinner's Motorcycle Shop for anyone with a motorcycle in the Auburn area.

Got the front tire and oil changed on my motorcycle. Their prices are very fair and they made sure to let me know of any possible issues they noticed. Overall they seem like nice, genuine folks.

Gentleman is always extremely helpful. I called looking for a charger for an electric scooter. He didn t sell it but asked me if I would hold on and he would ask someone he knew. He went above and beyond to help me. I was already impressed after a visit last month for a part for my quad. Called me to make sure he ordered the right part and called as soon as it came in. The customer service is 5 star, something that is hard to come by nowadays. Thank You !

During a recent cross-country solo ride my 2012 Triumph Bonneville needed new tires. On the advice of a fellow Triumph rider familiar with the area I contacted John Skinner and made arrangements for them to replace the tires and if time permitted, do an oil change. I arrived at the shop and all was ready for me, the work was done in a professional manner and completed by lunch time. Before returning my bike back to my care John took it for a test ride to ensure all was well. Then to make things even better he invited me to share lunch with him and his staff. That's really good service in my book and I can't say enough about them, they're a great outfit to do business with.

Set up an appointment for a tire repair on my Yamaha dirt bike,I had bought the wrong tube with me(thanks E bay) They had one in stock better than the one I had. I will use this business again for my other bikes.Service: TiresService: Tires

I've been in here a couple times for minor maintenance work. (Brakes, new tire mount and balance, oil change.) Prices on their in-stock tires and their service are much better than anticipated. After learning the hard way who not to go to in Columbus and Auburn/Opelika, it's been awesome to find a place that I feel confident taking my Buell XB12 to. I'll be back regularly

Always a pleasure to visit skinners... Service is great and the conversation is even better. Kinda wish they'd open a coffee bar to hang out and talk about bikes. An asset to the Auburn experience.

I've been riding Triumph motorcycles built and maintained by two generations of this family owned business. From my first motorcycle(a BMW R60) back in 1972 through to my current stable of vintage Triumph motorcycles and a BMW R1220C, John is my first choice for consultation, service, and parts.
