I was recommended to this collision shop through my insurance company. They were fast and efficient during the estimate process. I was able to drop my car off before work and they allowed me to fill out the paper work online which was convenient. My car was ready within a week and so far I am satisfied with the work they have done. I will definitely recommend this shop to others that are in need of car repairs. I could not be happier with our experience working with the Joe Hudson Collision Center team. They are fantastic! Very helpful, and very efficient. It makes what could be a very inconvenient and unpredictable experience into a very manageable situation.

Edit:Randy is just as great as Michelle. Thank you again for going above and beyond to make an annoying experience as pleasant as possible! I appreciate you!They did a great job repairing a scratch on my bumper quickly. But the real reason I wanted to leave a review was to celebrate Michelle. Her customer service is superior. She is friendly, fast, able to do 10 things at once, and generally fun to interact with. I had a great experience at this body shop! It was my first time ever getting parts replaced on my car (I needed a new bumper + more) and their staff was super professional and treated me with respect! Blatantly tried to rip me off. Got a scratch on my door and they tried to charge me $2200 to repair it. I went somewhere else to get a second estimate and it cost me $45 to repair the scratch. These people work with no morals and I strongly suggest you go somewhere else

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called 4 days before dropping my vehicle off asking if I needed to make an appointment for an initial estimate. The gentlemen on the phone said no just bring it in at 8am on Monday morning. My wife got there a little before I did and spoke with the extremely rude front desk worker. All of a sudden we needed to be on the schedule to get an estimate. I get there a few minutes later and the front desk lady doesn t even say anything to me just points to an office to go to. Mind you, we both took off work to get this taken care of. I wasn t expecting them to fix it this week, I just wanted a quote so we can get this moving. My wife is a teacher and I am on the road a lot and it s very hard to coordinate these types of things. We had everything already taken care of with GEICO and got a check from them that was made out to us and Joe Hudson s. Well, we get asked to leave because we pointed out that they had poor communication with customers. I have done business with Joe Hudsons before and now I will make sure to take my vehicles to a non-corporate shop that treats their customers SIGNIFICANTLY better. Joe Hudson s: You should make sure your employees convey the correct message on how your business operates instead of punishing the customer for your own error. Isn t that how a CORPORATION is supposed to operate?

I don't often do reviews on businesses but I felt my experience with Joe Hudson's Collision Center warranted one. I worked with Andy who is a specialist and completes quotes for repairs. He is a super nice and very personable dude. I went in to look as possibly doing some body paint and dent repairs on my Toyota Tacoma which I'm seriously considering selling with the used car market the way it is. Not only did Andy give me excellent service, he actually gave me suggestions that would end up losing him business. I couldnt believe that he was giving me advice that would save me thousands of dollars and possibly cost him lost business but he did. I left my appt with him with tons of info and ideas on moving forward with selling my truck. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have body work or paint done. Very professional staff, very friendly, helpful, and respectful. My car was ready on time, and for the first time in my life my car seat was CLEAN when it came out of the shop (Auburn location) after 3 days. A gentleman walked me around my vehicle and explained every single thing they did during the repair. I would highly recommend this place to everybody without any hesitation. Thank you very much for your great work.

I was involved in an accident where the other driver was at fault. I took my car to Joe Hudson's Collision Center on the recommendation of the local Honda dealership and it was an excellent decision. Moment to after dropping off my car I received an email letting me know the process of repair had begun. The staff was very communicative with the repair process, the body was was phenomenal, and the time from drop off to repair was minimal. Excellent service all around!!

The experience we had from the first phone call to get an appt for an estimate to the call they made to say the car was finished was great. The process was so easy and hassle free. We were getting a rental car while my car was being fixed. When I dropped my car off for repair, they called for the rental agency to come pick me up. We were informed be phone calls, text messages and emails with updates regarding the process of our car. They kept us up dated every step of the way. When we got the car back, it looked awesome. You could not tell it had ever been in an accident. Definitely would recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center.

Joe Hudson s did an excellent job fixing my car! Before the work started, I was taken to my car and explained exactly what would be done. I was amazed how fast they completed the job. They kept me informed via text and email through every step of the process. And to top it all off, they detailed my car. I got it back spic n span inside and out. You can t beat that! I highly recommend them.

Expensive! While I received good customer service during my appointment to get an estimate, I know why they have a nice big beautiful lobby and individual offices. Somebody is paying for that stuff. Certainly wont be me however. I ended up getting several estimates and Joe Hudson's Collision Center was certainly more than the others. Furthermore, I was told that it would be about a month before they could fit me in. So obviously there are people, and insurance companies, using their business despite the cost.

Joe Hudson made it easy. Always in contact with us with a progress report. Wow!! When we picked up our car -it was in pristine condition,better than any showroom. If you have not done so already you should open a detail shop.Thanks to all of your crew for doing such such a wonderful job. It was a no stress experience. Five service from the walk in until the walk out.

Very friendly staff, transparent, honest, and experts! Wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.Wonderful place, would give 6 stars if I could. Went there a few weeks ago for them for fairly big repairs, and they not only completed them ahead of schedule, but did a perfect job and the car is as good as new. They also kept me informed on the process every day. A sensor went bad during repairs, which these things happen. They heard me out, thoroughly checked it and replaced it, free of charge and again had it ready quickly. Most places would not do this, or be so pleasant and understanding. Great experience!

I was extremely pleased! Everyone I had contact with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept up-to-date with each step via phone calls and texts. The work was completed ahead of the original estimate but right on time with the stepped updates. My car looked and smelled great when I got it back! It was so dirty from all the rains when it went in. They returned it sparkling clean! Thanks!! I would highly recommend JHCC.

The work they did on my car was really great. Everyone in the office was very nice to me. They kept me updated on what was going on during the repair process and let me know any issues that came up immediately. I really appreciate their help. If I need work done again, they will be the first place I go to.

My vehicle was ready the next day as promised and earlier in the day than I expected. The repairs made my vehicle look as good as new. All staff that I encountered were courteous and accommodating. This was my second repair for different accidents. I would definitely entrust Joe Hudson with any future repair needs.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I needed minor damage repaired on my vehicle and was recommended here. They started the repairs the same day, kept me updated through text and phone calls, and had the vehicle finished in 2 business days. The staff was friendly, prompt, and professional and my vehicle looks brand new.

Great experience from start to finish, from the customer service to the body work miracle they did on my car after a wreck. Rick was my point of contact and he was great but everyone I came and contact with were awesome and helpful. I have been telling everyone about my positive experience with JH Collision Center. I dropped my car off 2 days early because of my work schedule. They started my car early and were able to complete the work a week ahead of schedule! Amazing work! My door was messed up by another car door hitting mine, taking off paint and leaving a pretty significant dent in the passenger door s detail pattern. I was told the car door would be finished in 3-5 days, ended up getting done in 1 day. People were great! I see a few bad reviews about parts still being messed up on their vehicles after being fixed, while not stating that Joe Hudson gives you a LIFETIME warranty on the repairs they do in case anything is still messed up. I definitely would recommend Joe Hudson to anyone trying to have work done on their vehicle.

Excellent help. Molly was extremely helpful getting everything situated. The repair job makes me feel like I have a brand new car. I do recommend calling them if after 6-10 business days you haven't received a phone call from them just to make sure there's clear communication concerning when to return your rental and pick up your finished car (only if you end up needing to get a rental).

Excellent work! Courteous, knowledgeable staff from beginning to end. Contacted me several times each day to let me know the status of my repairs. I didn t recognize my car when I drove up because it looked like new! I will definitely recommend Joe Hudson s Collision Center to anyone in need. I must let USAA know they were right on with this recommendation.

I am BEYOND pleased with the work Joe Hudson did on my Jeep. The entire process was painless. They handled everything with the insurance company, which really made it easy. When I picked up my car I couldn't even tell it had been in an accident. They also took the time to explain how to care for the new paint once I left their shop. Phenomenal QUALITY work.
