Brandon Bullard was the salesman that greeted me at Hyundai of Auburn. I was looking for a Genesis G70. He went up and above to assist me get this car. He was informative, patient, eager to show me the most effective method to get where I needed to be. I was grateful for his assistance.

Hi y all!I financed 2024 GV80 from Scott Wilder 2 weeks ago at Genesis of Auburn. Every process went smooth and I d like to thank my dealer, Scott, especially for his assistance during the whole process. I have experienced a lot of frustration during my previous experience of purchase of vehicles; change his/her words when the time comes for final signature, takes almost more than half day for paperwork, etc.However, Scott had given me all the updates in timely manner and prepared so professionally which only took less than 2 hours till I drive my new car home on the day of my purchase.I am highly recommending 1) Genesis of Auburn for having well-systemized purchase process setup and 2) My dealer, Scott, for saving a lot of my time and handled all the processes professionally.

03.23.24DAMAGED MY RIMS, AUBURN GENESIS.After two phone calls 2 emails to the service repair rep Kevin no return calls or emails. Also note that the email address is good because they previously wrote me from this email address. This is a situation of total non-response accountability on the dealership part. The following is my 2 emails to the dealership:The forthcoming incident was clearly that of staff personnel who changed my tires. On way home from the dealership (after picking up my car) I stopped at Lowes and while putting items into my GV80 I noticed a stretch on my rim. ** The scratches are not on the rim itself but the face of each spoke, see photo. Upon feather inspection of vehicle I found every rim, every fin/spoke was damaged, some more then others. I have provided a few photos here, but have taken photos of every rim documenting the damage. Once you see this, I m sure any person will come to the conclusion this is due to a careless person. What really astonishes me, is, when you see this, the scratches are so embedded in the rim this had to make noise. There are even deep gouges that someone had to pound the tire breaker bar. Totally uncalled for. My thought is how could you not see this while you re right there working on the rim. Whats crazy is this person continued to damage the other 3 rims without seeking help or guidance. HOW anybody can not notice this problem and yet proceeded with the other tires is mind blowing. Truly a lack of interest on the job. I take great pride in my car, I specifically ordered the prestige package because of the 22 rim package. As you examine the rims yourself, if you could, drag your fingernail over each scratch and discover that this is not just a clearcoat issue (buff/wax) repair job. I believe the damage was due to the breaker arm bar & mechanic fault, carelessness, or not trained on the tire changing machine. I am seeking that the dealership replace every rim. I understand at first thought replacing every rim, but these rims were in perfect OEM condition, no one has touched them .These rims were originally from the factory with no curb rash. no scratches whatsoever. The tires themselves were original so no one else has taken tires on and off these rims, let alone ever removed from vehicle from day one. Im sure you will be reaching reach out to me soon. I trust that you will do what is right once you see the damage firsthand. NOW WILL Genesis of Auburn contact me, let s see.*UPDATE 3.2.24 I just reached out to service manager at Genessis of Auburn david. He informed me that he did leave a response on Google reviews. And he explained on Google reviews that they tried to call me and they got voice message. I need to let everyone know that he apparently did try to call even though I have no missing calls by Genessis of Auburn and my record in my phone and duh, why didn t he leave a message. Again no calls from Auburn in my history and why didn t he leave a message if he tried to reach out to me. David did reply that he did not want to leave personal information on my voicemail, what in the world are you talking about, just asked me to call you. I will keep you updated after I physically bring the vehicle into the dealership for inspection.

Husband came up and looked at a few useds cars for our daughter. Gypsy helped him find the ones we were looking at online and went over them with him. Test drive went good he said she was very friendly. Will be back when we look to upgrade our car.

I've been looking at buying a used vehicle online. I finally came to lot and peeked around and this woman named Gypsy i think was her name ( hope I spelled that right) anyways she went over different options for financing and showed me a few cars that were nice. Didn't buy yet but I'll make sure she gets my sell when I do purchase something.
