Chelsea and Haven are my life savers! They got my car in with no delay, helped me handle my insurance questions and got my car fixed fast!! They are the best! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing work done in a quick and timely manner. My wife s RDX was hit in a parking lot in Auburn in mid-Oct and our normal body shop we ve used previously was unable to accommodate the repair until the new year. We ended up at Frank s Collision Center and after >$6,500 in repairs, we couldn t be happier with the results. Their process of keeping us updated through several delays due to ability the procure parts from Acura was awesome. I ve never had such a positive experience with a body shop and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done in Auburn, AL. Great work guys! These guys are rockstars. I have a Mercedes Sprinter van, which means it's hard to find someone to work on it, and it's usually very expensive. Kevin and the crew at Frank's did a great job for literally for half the price of what the dealership was quoting . Even washed and detailed my vehicle inside, something that it's never seen. Can't recommend them enough.
