I trust these guys. They have always been good to me. I ve been coming here for the past 5 years. With my busy schedule, this couldn t be easier. Just drive up and don t even have to get out. I get to relax for a few minutes. Thank you Rick for taking good care of me and making the process easy as always! Great job!

Shane was actually so nice! I get him every single time and I always leave feeling safe and not made out to be stupid just because I m a girl haha! I always take my car here and don t plan on stopping anytime soon!

Absolutely phenomenal service. Even when busy they had me in and out in ~15 minutes for an oil change and inspection. They didn t try to upcharge me or sell me any extras. They were honest in telling me how much time I had left on my tires, air filter, etc without trying to sell me new stuff too early. Ask for Shane and he ll take care of you!

I have used this location several times over the past few years. I have had oil changes, new tires, a tuneup and new brakes installed. The staff at this particular location is top notch! I have never felt pressured into buying anything but everyone is knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks especially to Marvin and Roni!

Even though I pulled in right before they were closing they still provided me with friendly and excellent service. Shane went out of his way to make sure my headlights were working properly and that I was happy with their inspection. The location is convenient but the amazing service is why I will continue to bring my car there.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with some knowledgeable technicians. Especially with Shane. I received a warm welcome even the I called at the last minute.. Shane gave me the rundown about my vehicle and what I may need in the near future. Y all I call this specific location 14min b4 they closed @6. It s the closest to my job but I got off late. Last minute out of town expenses. Whew!! Shane saved the day!!!! Very informative, fast and friendly customer service. Thanks to Mary and TJ for taking down my vehicle info for Shane. Ur assistance did not go unnoticed.. I was a firm believer of taking my car to the dealership where I bought it from. I probably would still be waiting for my vehicle and having to pay $97.89 or higher for my oil change. From start to finish it was under 10min and a lot cheaper thanks again Shane.. Happy New Year guys. You have definitely earned a new client.

First time at the Auburn location today. Took my mother in law s car in for an oil change and Rick P did an outstanding job. He showed me some things that I need to bring to her attention. No pressure just very informative. Appreciate you Rick P. I will definitely be back.

Shane and the guys are fast and amazing! They do exactly what you need and help with the small things like checking transmission fluid levels, tire threads, and topping off washer fluid. I had a tire issue while traveling from Georgia and stopped at Auburn Express Oil and Tire. Rick and his team provided amazing customer service and took very good care of me. They fixed the tire issue in just a few minutes. Ron, the service technician, went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was safe to continue driving. Overall, I am very impressed with the excellent staff and customer service at this location.

Chris and Martin hooked me up! Very friendly service, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Martin is a BMW expert, so if you have one I recommend him.

Absolutely horrible treatment from this location. They caused more issues to my vehicle than it had when it was brought in. Broke parts on my vehicle and said it was not their problem. Told my car was fixed and had to take it back a few minutes after leaving. I do not recommend anyone taking their vehicle to this location for their own safety.

I can't thank or recommend this crew enough. I came in right before closing with my car making weird noises. They deemed my car unsafe to drive due to the break pads being warn down. They offered to stay after hours to fix my care for me and were super nice about it!

Shane and Mark did an incredibly professional, efficient, and cost-effective job changing the oil in my car while I sat inside. It couldn't have been 15 minutes total; checking the lights and filters as well. THIS is the definition of great service. Give this team a rasie!

Quick service and friendly staff. Everyone seems to know what they re doing and that is reassuring. A man by the name of Lucas helped me out and was very detailed about my oil change since it was the first time I took my car in by myself. I really appreciated that. I will be returning and I ve already recommend this place to multiple people.

i felt awful for going tonight. so close to christmas and nearly before close. but they were so sweet and would have it no other way then for them to help me out. a super fun crew. seriously took less than 10 minutes and i was omw. extra appreciative of the workers around this time of year. thank you

Super helpful, 10 minute oil change. Also very helpful in identifying I had to get a new tire alignment and tire and taught me how to know when I need to do both of those things. TJ was super helpful!
