I came in the store one morning because I got pulled over the night before for not having any back lights at all. Alexis was nice, very helpful, and didn't mind going the extra mile to help. She started and tagged teamed with Chris, the Store Manager. His Employee needed his help and I'm so grateful that he was the person she asked to help because if it was someone else, I don't think everything that was done would have been done. Chris went over and beyond the call of duty. He was a Manager that worked. He didn't mind getting his hands dirty and was very knowledgeable about a trick he tried because my signal light would not connect even though the bulb was replaced with a new one. Needless to say, his trick worked, I have lights on the back and a working right signal light thanks to Alexis and Chris!!!! I will always come back to this location for all my Auto needs!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with one of employees that refused returning items ordered online. She said I need to return back to where they came from. The reasons are missing parts and poor quality. I explained her that these came like that and never installed parts. She told me these parts are not from this store so she can't handle that. She was keep saying call Autozone return department and they will care about that. I know parts from online or other stores could return any other stores in US.I hope she learns more about return policy.

Stewart has no customer service skills whatsoever. He was rude and unhelpful. The lady in there didn't know what she was doing but did her best to help and we actually got it done. She was the hero of the day due to not giving up. Wouldn't send anyone there unless it's the last result

If they can't look it up on the computer it doesn't exist. Better know the part number and what aisle its on before you call. I miss the days of NAPA parts guys actually knowing exactly what you need when you call without referring to the computer and telling you it doesn't exist.

Really rude, I asked for a key fob battery! Cashier with short hair said we don t help with those anymore. Walked off to help a different customer didn t even show me where the batteries were until I tried to go to another associate, I just left. Because that was really rude.

My daughter had to get a new battery after the break and the people here were awesome! The guy checked her battery and installed it and was super nice about the whole ordeal!

Awesome customer service! Alexis even offered to help us in the rain with our new windshield wiper blades!! We will for sure be coming back for all our vehicle needs!!!

Very poor customer service. Employee name tag was Stuart, D .he checked my vehicle battery and informed me it was bad. He checked the inventory and they had one in stock . I said fine I ll take it, then I asked have you ever installed a battery in a jag before , he said no. I informed him that the last time I had a battery installed the mechanic plugged in a portable power source to ensure my codes were protected. I asked are you going to do that . He started he didn t know anything thing about plugging in a portable power source or codes. I asked are you comfortable selling me a expensive battery and you don t know how to correctly install it ? He said well since you put it that way I don t feel comfortable selling it to you. I said thank you and have a nice day. My point is if you don t know what you re doing say so upfront or ask someone on your team to assist you. Don t just sell me your product and hope nothing goes wrong. I went next door to O Reillys and those guys knew exactly what to do. I do not and will not recommend 1054 Opelika Road Autozone store. Go somewhere that have competent employees who are concerned about your vehicle and not just your wallet.

Their battery testing is free because it s literally inaccurate. My battery had been dying daily and I took it to get it checked out. Autozone tested & said it was perfectly fine. Took it to Gray s Auto and they said it was kaput as I suspected. Had to get a new one. I won t trust it anymore. The employees are sadly not very nice either. I ve never felt comfortable coming to this location and won t be back.

The customer service was spectacular. Chris the store manager helped us with diagnostics and then install of a new battery. He was very helpful and kind. The type of customer service that s rare today. Definitely coming back.

Went in looking for a lug nut. They spent 20 minutes looking for the size I needed they couldn t find it. They didn t offer to order it. They didn t cross reference the Opelika store for me. I called back later to have them order it for me once I talked to another autozone about what I could do to get it. They take my information and say the part is ordered to call ahead the next morning before I come to make sure it s there. I called this morning and they apparently have no record of me calling nor is there any record of me making an order. I don t recommend this autozone. I recommend the autozone In Opelika, AL well over the Auburn store. This is shameful and a waste of customer time. Do better autozone of Auburn.

Recently came here for some battery problems. Stuart helped me out and was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Turned out my car had more issues than the battery and he was very quick to helping me out and making sure I could get my car to the closest mechanic.

The Manager Chris got my car running in no time. He was very kind, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable driving my car. I really appreciated his customer service and his ability to assist multiple customers. It was a very busy day when I was there and I was still in and out in a timely manner.

My man Chris is a speed machine. It was quite a rainy day, and there were a few people before me getting some work done by Chris when I arrived. He helped confirm my car issue even when a professional, unnamed mechanic shop was trying to tell me something different. Was just in simple need of a battery, but he was helping replace bulbs and batteries for the other few ahead of me in minutes. He needs to join a pit crew for sure. Thank you Chris!!

Went there to get a last minute battery replacement because AAA could not help me. Shannon and Christopher took care of it in less than 25 minutes while taking care of other customers. It was a quick and positive experience. I would go back again.

Chris Sims displayed the top in customer service on May 13! We had a young couple in town for their engagement party. Across the street from Autozone, their car broke down. After many trips and a tip from the tow truck driver, Chris was able to help us and went above and beyond to make sure they were safe heading back home. Truly impressed and hope he is recognized for this!

When you call, an employee might pick up the phone and just hang up on you to get the phone to stop ringing!! That s what happened to me

The workers there are predatory regarding selling products to women - I went to buy parts needed for my car and the sales associate already started his spiel on what else I needed to buy for my car, but I stopped him after he offered me ONE air filter for my car. Long story short, he charged for THREW new filters and I only realized upon getting a refund from a neighboring store. Why would I buy three new filters if I didn t even go into the store with the intentions of buying one? Upon getting my refund for the other two filters (that I never needed), instead of putting the money back on my card, he gave me cash which I did not ask for. He said that the computer processed the refund as cash, but I truly believe he did that so the refund would not be tracked somehow all in all, I do not recommend this location at all.

Came in for a battery a few days ago, and they got me back on the road quick. Fast, friendly service and wonderful personel. 10/10 recommend this AutoZone for your car needs, they'll get you right.

The app said they were out of STP oil filter and Air Filter for my vehicle. But I went back to the shelves and saw one of each. So don't fully believe the app without verifying.

Went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct bulbs for my Land Rover. One of the managers even came out and installed them. Fantastic customer service!!

Customer service was great: a representative was able to assist with obtaining suggested oil and filter for my vehicle as well as recommended the combo sale for the week. I was able to save who doesn t love that!
