Had an oil change done and shortly after noticed the oil light was coming on randomly. Went back to see if they knew what was going on to be told I had a very bad oil leak. The oil had not leaked in the few weeks after the oil change. Technician showed me a photo of the bottom of the oil pan covered in oil. They topped it off at no charge, however it has not leaked since. I believe they must have taken the drain plug out to make sure it was screwed in correctly without telling me and instead said it was a bad leak. Had I taken it to a mechanic as they suggested I would have a hefty bill for a problem that was not there.I recently called to inquire about tire prices and availability. The person on the phone hung up before I had finished getting the information I needed.Going forward I will pay a little extra to take it elsewhere based on these experiences.

I only went to get a headlight bulb and some other small things but there was actually worker there this time so I was able to find want I need quick and easy.

The auto supervisor is very rude. After she gave me severe attitude I politely let her know that she was being very rude and I no longer had any interest in them servicing my vehicle. I know finding employees is difficult now but man...very odd encounter.

I would highly recommend this auto center! My friend and I were about to get on the interstate when one of our tires felt low. We couldn't tell what was wrong so we stopped her about 15 minutes before they closed and they were kind enough to stay and fix the issue for us. They discovered the belt in the tire had broken and the tire would have burst if we kept going. Very thankful for how patient and kind the employees here are!Service: Tires

Went there because my daughter had hit a curb and ruined two tires and Walmart was the only place open to get a tire. I approached two workers (not going to call there names) and told them I needed two tires mounted on the two wheels I have. I was asked if I saw all the cars there lined up for an oil change, i said yes I do and asked if they had the right sized tires I needed. Then one individual looked down and shook his head and then then slammed his hand down on the podium he was standing behind. He said something under his breath that I couldn't understand then asked if this is some kind of emergency. I said well the car is on the side of the road and on jacks but no one is in danger if that's what you are asking, his response was "there always on the side of the road aren't they" I think he was implying that I was making the story up. I told him that's the truth. He said you know we close down at 7:00 I told him that I ain't trying to cut in front of any of those people that have been waiting but only wanted to know if they could or couldn't do the job. It was still an hour and 45 min before closing. The other employee who had been standing by not saying anything looked at me and politely said I think we can do it it's just going to take a while. I said I don't mind to wait. The two men then went back to talking amongst themselves and didn't check me in like I know they should do. I took on myself to go inside the store and speak to an employee behind the counter. I asked her if she could at least check and see if they had two tires in stock that would fit. She said yes. As I walked over to the other counter I overheard a woman say that this place is a joke and it shouldn't take this long to change her oil. I don't know what her circumstances were but she wasn't happy with the service either. The employee checked and they didn't have any tires the size I needed so I could have potentially stood there waiting what knows how long before I found out they couldn't help me at all. The rude guy has been there a while but has no business talking to the public. Overall terrible service & terrible experience.

Had an emergency flat tire at 5:30 on a Monday afternoon. We stopped in just to see if they could fill up the tire to get us down to Birmingham. Ray filled the tire and heard the leak and despite being fully booked with scheduled appointments told us he would put the car up on the lift and get us a new tire. They were quick and nice and we would definitely use them again. They saved us a lot of trouble getting home.

This is the worst place to get anything done. Two hours to get a tire patched. It took two and a half hours to get two tires put on on another occasion. Workers talked and laughed and walked around three times as much as they work. If you have any other choice do not come here.Update: I went back for an oil change. I don't know how long it actually took because I didn't hear my name announced over the intercom. But I checked back after a little over an hour of walking around the store and it was done. It was very cheap though. Only $20 for the most basic.

My car battery died in the store parking lot. One of the nice auto center employees got my car running. I pulled around and they took care of my car.

The guys and gals went above and beyond to help me!! After rolling in on my spare tire and after locking my keys in my trunk while I was there, they did everything they could to comfort me. Y'all are awesome!! Thank you for showing me over 100% customer service!!

I usually come here to get my oil changed and my tires rotated, well as i was picking my car back up, i noticed there was stains all in my driver seat. stains like the employee had oil or something all over his uniform and sat in my car to work on it. i had just got my car detailed and had seat covers put on them so i wouldn t ruin my seats and i recently took them off now i have stains all over my divers seat. we went back up there to bring it to their attention but all the woman did was deny it. i would ve noticed it before if it was there before i dropped my car off. i took pics after and i would share them if it would let me. i recommend laying a towel or something down to avoid this problem.

This place is terrible. I bought a battery from them back in Nov 2013 and they told me the warranty is for 5 years. My battery went bad then I brought it back to them to get it replace. First they told me my battery is out of warranty. After I told them I just bought it only a few years ago, they said mine has 5 years warranty but the first 3 years are replacement and the last 2 years are prorated charge. I asked them how much would it cost total if I get the battery replace. They said it would be $29.04. I asked them several times to confirm. After we agree to get it replaced, the bill came out $99 something. I asked them why so much, they ask the manager and then told me it is $68 something because the deduction for $29.04 credit for my old battery. I was so mad and shock for the complete dishonest from them and told them to put back my old battery. We will never come here again.

I'm not a fan of Walmart. I go because gas is so expensive and it costs too much to go to multiple stores to get everything I need. As far as the auto care center I don't use it at all either.

Terrible... had my oil changed and got home my car leaked oil all over my garage floor. I called the store and they wanted me to drive my car back to the store for them to look over it. They fixed the issue and offered a $20 gift card. They need to slow down and do their jobs correctly before they cost themselves an engine... this is the SECOND time this has happened to me... first time was much worse. All in all... you get what you pay for..

this place doesn't have their hours on any website, so i called before making the ten mile trip to their store and they told me as long as i came before 7 pm i could get my oil changed. got there at 6:30 and they turned me away saying they can't do an oil change in twenty minutes. they were no help when i explained being misinformed and didn't even reprimand whoever gave me false information.

Slowest place ever! Workers are always talking instead of working in the shop. The inside help is the only plus to this place. Took me nearly 2 hours to have my tires balanced and rotated.

The service was good until we started to pay for the oil change we waited 30 minutes for somebody to get there and then he had no idea where our car was I told him it was the one that was right outside the window they couldn't find the paperwork or the keys finally some lady come along and said she had it and brought it up to after about 45 minutes after all the work was done we finally got out of there

Waited 3 hours to get a nail removed and the tire patched, because we bought the roadside hazard warranty when we bought the tires there a few months ago, but we finally left to get it done somewhere else because they kept pulling other cars ahead of us even though they told us we were next in line, and we were leaving to go out of town that afternoon.

The entire team on staff in the auto department were great today and helped with getting tires. Abbie is a great asset to your company she is wonderful with customers

Lola and Tabitha in the auto center are amazing! The assistant manager, Chris is so awesome and so is Trip in the site to store department. This is probably the best walmart in the entire state of Alabama

Google & website said they're open a few more hours, and I drove a *long way out there on a doughnut* to be told sorry we closed 10mins ago. Smh...

Closes in 2 hours and doesn t have time to put tire on rim. Not sure why they post a closing time if 2 hours prior they stop accepting customers.
