This is a great place to do business. If you need bulbs or windshield wiper blades, they put them on for you right in the parking lot. Seeing them IN THE RAIN replacing these things really shows me their dedication. It s rare to see excellent customer service but these guys go above and beyond to help.

My fiance and I stopped in to get a bulb for my headlight. My fiance just had surgery on his arm and was so surprised and thankful for the worker Jeremy replacing the bulb for us.

This store does not shine compared to others. The inventory seems ok; so far, they have what I need, which is not difficult to find. Customer service is marginal; helpful as long as you don't interrupt their interactions with each other.

The store in Attalla has always been great with me, alot better than the one in Oneonta.

I gave 5 starts ONLY because of the exceptional customer service from ONLY ONE of the employees at this location. I'm not sure what his name is (mind went blank) but the African American gentleman that works at this location deserves a pay raise and any/all the positive benefits/opportunities possible given to him! If not for this kind and genuine man this store would lose business dramatically!

They usually have the exact parts I need, as long as the guy behind the counter asks all the necessary questions and then gives you the wrong parts. But when we went back another guy asked for ALL the necessary information and we got the right parts, even got some money back. Everyone goofs up every now & then but I will still only use O'Reilly auto parts. Thanks yall.

Awesome experience! I was driving when my brakes just stopped working on the highway. They looked at my car and said I needed to go to a shop but didn't want me to have to pay for a truck. They were nice enough to drive me and my car to the shop because I didn't feel comfortable driving it. The manager was super nice and was definitely looking out for me. Wish I could have paid him but he left before I could! So kind.

We had excellent help at this location. We was broke down with a diesel truck towing a camper and the assistance manager helped us make it home. I usually don t post reviews but I greatly appreciate the help of the assistance manager!

Went in to get the lights reset on my car . They was extremely rude and short , and told me before I left I need to do it myself next time. Don't go here unless you want to be talked to like dirt .

This O'Reilly always has what I need when I need it. The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. Pmus they don't make you feel stupid when you ask questions about whatever troubles you're having. Jim always helps me when I go there. Consimate professional.

Went in to get battery checked.Had been having problems with it.The person I spoke with was very respectful friendly and very helpful.He checked battery and found it to be bad.Ryan sold me a battery and installed it.Didn't take long for him to sale and install battery.I was pleased with the whole process.If you need any parts r battery go see Ryan.He'll take care of your problem with your car r truck.I I had any problems I would go back to that location.How people r treated and knowledge of of job makes it worth visiting this location.Thanks Ryan for your work and being so respectful.Give that man a raise/promotion.

I just left this establishment and the young man asked a friend of mine (female) and myself how could he help us. We needed a headlight and we just stood at the counter. I heard him say a number and then say something to his coworker MANAGER-own up to your position. Coworker then replied I m not the manger. I asked my friend, Who s getting the light? Are we supposed to get it? She then replied I guess so? I said well at least we know that this isn t Lincoln nor Anniston they would ve gotten it for us. Then the man said it s down on the right 9006. I started walking down there and I thought about it and I said nope let me take my money to Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts, but I ended up going to Walmart. There was a worker in the Tire Lube Express name David offered to even put the headlight in for us, but just so happen the car vehicle was somewhere else. I would advise anyone to shop here that s a woman nor aware of the item needed.

They seem to hire a more qualified type for mechanical assistance.. they always know what I need and often give me ideas of how to complete my project better than I had in mind..

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They almost always have what I need when I need it, and if not, they will order it. As for the ordered parts, often have them within 24 hours.

There super great,my cigarette lighter wouldn't work they told me all I needed was a fuse. They took the burnt fuse out and put in a good one n for me now it works great. Thanks guys.

Needed fuel line from fuel pump to metal line had to wait over night , then ordered wrong line , gave me 3/8 need 5/16 ,gas is to high to make all these trips , need people that know what they doing

The guys in there usually don't know what your looking for but they are cool . Like gunner is cool but not the guy with the low g hair he is an ass..
