I LOVE this Tire Shop! I've been buying tires for 23 years, from almost every single tire place in Etowah County and this has been my best experience by far. The service was speedy and very well done. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. And it's the sweetest little family who runs it. This is now my go to place for over two years now!!! 10/10 recommend!!

I am so grateful to them for their kindness! Went around town round 6pm looking for a replacement tire for the wife's car. She needed it b4 she went out of town the following morning. After getting lied to by Walmart tire center in Gadsden about having the tire, I frantically called them to see of they could help me. The woman I spoke to said that they were working on 1 last car and that if I came by in time they would be able to swap my tires.From the bottom of my heart, thank yall for staying open and helping me in my time of need! Yall have acquired a forever customer from me and my family!!Thanks again!!

This the ONLY place I take my car to and they have reasonable prices. They don t try to get over on you like most places do. Their services are quick and make sure your car his fixed correctly. I wouldn t go anywhere else!

Stellar service that was right on time. On our way out of state we heard a pop courtesy of a nail in our tire. While my husband put on our spare, I combed through Google searching for an open repair shop close by. I called Express and a friendly voice answered the phone. I asked if they had time to plug our tire as it was after 430pm and they were closing in an hour. Thankfully I was told yes. We drove an additional 14 miles, and found the shop easily. Pedro patched our tire and had us back on the highway in no time. This family oriented small business goes above and beyond for their customers. If you are searching for a place with integrity and a willingness to serve this is it!!

Had a blowout on the interstate, called ahead to make sure they had the right tire and they were friendly on the phone and in person. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Great customer service and seems to be a family run establishment. Everyone was working hard, even (especially) the young woman running the office!! Highly recommend!

We had purchased some stock wheels and tires for a recent automobile purchase. It had aftermarket rims, and that just isn t us. Our regular shop we go to close to home was closing at noon and we wouldn t make it. I stopped in and asked and they said absolutely. They switched out the sensors from the old wheels and placed in the new, balanced and mounted and we were on our way in an hour. Thank y all so much. I highly recommend this fine establishment for your automobiles.

We had tire blow out on interstate near exit 181. We were in a rush to get to Chattanooga. I called Express Tire while waiting on roadside assistance, explained the size replacement tire we needed and our need to have replaced quickly. They had everything ready when we arrived and replaced so quickly. We made it to our destination on time. And it s family owned - they could not have been nicer. Outstanding service and reasonable prices. I highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service. Had a blow out on the interstate and was able to limp my car over to express tire. They did not try to over sell had my tire changes in 10min. Great price and service, very hospitable. Highly recommend express

We started gushing coolant on our way to Pigeon Forge, TN from Florida. Not only did they get us back on the road in 3.5 hours with two new parts that had to be ordered and delivered, they also welcomed us and our kids into the shop, made it feel like an open welcome place to be, and our kids played with each other almost the whole time! Kind and efficient. Highly recommend!

One of the nicest families and some of the best people! There was only one guy working, helping three cars in total and he still got my service done in less than 15 minutes!!! Definitely will be back!

Great service!!! We had several tires blowout on our camper while returning home from a camping trip. This business was open on a Sunday morning and had the tires we needed in stock! They were super friendly and very helpful!! Highly recommend!

Helped us with trailer tires at the last minute. One of the only places in town that had what we needed and the cheapest. Service was excellent as well.

I bought 2 NEW tires at Walmart in Attalla. Were supposed to be trailer tires but were not. One of these NEW tires had a patch and the other one was dry rotted. One collapsed almost sending me my truck and my boat into the woods on I59 and being on a boat trailer they REFUSED TO REPLACE OR REFUND MY MONEY after they were the ones to install them illegally in the first place. This tire shop went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and they are super nice people. Customer for life

Very friendly and great service. Traveling from Huntsville to Atlanta I picked up a screw. They had me back on my way in minutes. If I were local this would definitely be my go to tire shop.Thank you so much!

Great customer service along with great pricing .i was traveling and had to get a worn tire rotated for the spare on my daughter s jeep.Pulled right up on a holiday weekend and was greeted by the owner in the parking lot to help me . Great family run business who took care of my need quickly for low cost . I highly recommend this business .

My boyfriend had a screw in his tire and they patched it and checked to see if it will leak and it didn t I highly recommend them

I went in for tires and a break job. Price there was considerably cheaper than a previous price I was quoted elsewhere. The job was done quickly, and the staff were extremely friendly and customer service oriented.

My tire picked a big nail. When I got here, they attended to me immediately. The staff are very good especially the Lady at the reception. I will go there again if I have the need.

First and Foremost the absolute best prices for brake service that I could find. The cost of my brake pads and 3 rotors here was cheaper than anyone else just for brake pads. (I also want it to be known that Williams Auto Service in Boaz put new pads on just six months ago for a ridiculous amount of money and they never drove right afterwards, now I know it s because they damaged one of my calipers)Now the awesome part, I dropped my Camry off today for service I knew it needed at least pads but was pretty sure the rotors would need replacing also, let the gentleman know I was fine with going ahead and doing both but he still said he would call me. He called me to let me know the rotors needed replacing and one of my calipers was damaged beyond repair. I let him know to fix it all, the caliper was not in stock at any local stores. I really needed my car back today as I work Monday through Friday. He let me know he would fast ship the part and would get it on tonight it would just be late this evening. I was completely blown away he was willing to stay late and fix my car. The part came in at 7:30 tonight and he had me done at 8:15 or so, 3 hours after they originally closed.And to really seal the deal of how awesome they were to me I got phone calls throughout the day letting me know the status and he rotated my tires for free. Natasha his wife was sweet as could be and let me know ahead of time that they had to do a process fee if I paid by card which I didn t mind. They continued to apologize for how late it was and I just kept telling them how thankful I was they would just stay late to have me done today. You don t find customer service like that much anymore. I highly, highly recommend them for anything, and I m a customer for life now.

I'm terrible with names but the young guy from Connecticut was selling some used tires on Facebook so cheap for wat they were, I drove 2 hrs almost to get them. I got there 10 minutes after closing time and he stayed over to change my tires WITH A BROKEN HAND. Hard, good quality, and friendly yet professional work. I had my middle son who is 6. He did everything he could to entertain him as well. Considering it is a shop and 6 year olds can be hard to please he was awesome! I'll definitely be getting my next set of tires from here!

INCREDIBLE customer service!!! Had a blowout on interstate with no spare tire, guy came and got my rim, took it to shop and replaced tire then drove it back to put it on my car. Saved me so much money on a tow! Super friendly and professional! Highly recommended!!
