Scott Wolfe..... I'm pretty sure you are sadly mistaken. Duane Ball is the owner ,not him but his family are all stand up people and he is also on the city council in Attalla. I would recommend anyone to purchase a car from them!!! They work very well with anyone and very reasonable. Keep on being GREAT ETOWAH USED CARS!!!!!!

This is my 3rd car from Etowah Used Cars. Great place to get a used vehicle. They take care of there customers and there vehicles. They are nice,clean and fair. Everyone in my house has a vehicle from them and we will not go anywhere but here to get one.I would tell ANYONE if your going to go shopping for a vehicle go to Etowah Used Cars you will be glad you did!!

I just bought my 21st consecutive vehicle from Etowah Used Cars. Duane, Jeremy and the entire staff are always a pleasure to do business with. Always friendly and courteous. I'm pleased with the vehicles I have purchased and the price I've paid. Financing is quick, easy and budget friendly. I would highly recommend Etowah Used Cars.

We bought a car here 2 years ago. Has been a wonderful car. Has had a few issues here and there but we put 64k miles on it in 2 years. If you are up to date on payments and need work done to the car. They will put in the shop for you and add on to payments. Now to some of y'all that might not sound that great but most buy here pay here car lots will not do that. With that being said they did put our car in the shop once for us. And it was because it was something I couldn't fix myself and I couldn't afford to have it fixed at a shop out of pocket. Either way they are very respectable car lot as far as I can see. Tomorrow morning I'm going to pay the car off and purchase another one from them as well

Payed on a car got it to 500$ they called and suggested I trade in and get another one . They totally got me basically traded my car in for another car with reset payments. Misunderstood that another payment was due in six days thought it was 2 weeks so all the time I did good business went out the window told my husband who was trying to explain the situation that what he was saying was irrelevant very rude and deceitful I wouldn t recommend them at all . Wish I wasn t stuck with them until my cars paid off !! Also on all the reviews it seems like they have an excuse for anybody who says something negative very weird people

Sold me a car wirh a blown motor drove it not even a month. I still made payments although I didn't have the car but for 2 weeks out of the 3 months..got it back wirh another blown motor and nothing works in the vehicle no ...I feel I've been robbed ....2000 for not even 50 miles driven...I heard good things about this place ..they lied....now I'm out money and a car so buyer beware!

Etowah Used Cars is a great car lot. I ve known the owner and co-workers for many years, a great group of guys to do business with. I have bought many cars from there, and they have treated me right. Would recommend anyone to go there.

This place is great I've had my car for a few months now and it started running hot. I had no idea where to take it since there's such a shortage of mechanics right now seems like no one wants to look at your car. But these people went above and behind to get me back behind the wheel of my car . God Bless yall honestly I was only out of a car for a few days and the price being added to my car payment makes it so much more manageable for a single mom ! Thank.you so much!

If you leave bad reviews about this dealership then I shame you. I have purchased 5 cars here and all of them were great. My father has purchased all 24 of his cars here over time since 2009 and they are still running great I recommend coming here they work with you and get you the best deal possible. Family oriented and great service!

I went to these people trying to get financing thru my bank and the bank said they wanting $4000 more then the vehicle is worth. So I went back only to be told I m sorry but that s how it works here. So you re saying ripping customers off is how you do business???? Well of course you do. And Thanks for being honest. Thank to my bank for saving me. I then left and went to Team One and got a car that s not OVERPRICED!!!! I m enjoying my new Hyundai Genesis

They only care about money. They are all very overpriced. You can miss one payment and call explaining you only have half of it and can pay the other half in a couple days and they try to get the vehicle from you when you have paid months in advance countless times before. They re very rude and definitely not the friendly. My aunt, two cousins, my friends, and I all have bad experiences here. I will never come here again. Etowah Used Cars owner, ever think that Rose isn t my last name?

I have to say this is the nicest, and most helpful car lot I have dealt with! They have always taken care of us & treated us like family. They have went avove and beyond for us when we needed it the most. They've helped us in ways I seen no other car dealer do! I would recommend them 1000 times over!

I have consistently been buying my cars from Etowah used cars since 2012. Always top notch customer service! I m now on my 4th car( i like to trade every 2 years). Hands down,best used car lot in this area!
