Staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The tint was perfect and I even went back for them to look at it. They took the time to appease me.

Took my Tractor Truck to get tint on some windows and to get the headlights refurbished. Shane and the crew got me in within a couple days and got me done In a couple hours. Nothing but perfection was what I could find after I inspected the work. Phenomenal job and well worth every penny! It made the tractor truck look like new. Last year Shane drove out to me to install tint on my aircraft, was happy with the install then and still happy with it now. Going to take my other vehicles in to get work done too.

Great quality customer service and everyone takes pride in their work. The technicians are responsible, trusted, and try to get your work done in a precise and timely manner. I just stopped in with an issue that developed from a replacement several years ago on the materials and glass, not the workmanship. The owner was super helpful and ready to make it good again. They had ordered new glass and scheduled me within 30 minutes of me showing them the problem. Top notch customer service!

Absolutely professional RV glass replacement. Wesley and his team performed the efficient installation properly and quickly. Wesley explained everything he was doing so that, as a customer, I would be comfortable with the progress. I highly recommend Novus to accomplish windshield work to anyone. I drove from Pensacola to Atmore for this work and it was well worth the trip! Thank you Novus!

So here's my issue. I was happy to give this place at least one star because the work was actually done. My problem with this place is the lack of knowledge from the lady that scheduled my appointment. She forced me to call my insurance company even though I explained that Geico would email or call her. I had already spoken with Geico.. But my biggest issue is that even though I had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early, I was forced to wait 3 hours because Novus decided to fix another person's glass before mine (despite my appointment).. Also, somehow Novus messed up the button on my sliding door they repaired the glass on. I'm having to return again just to get that fixed.

Great service and the technicians came to my house in west pensacola to do the windshield replacement job on my classic car. It took them less than an hour to remove the cracked windshield and have the new one in as if nothing happened. Polite staff as well.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the company did not call me once the windshield arrived to schedule an appointment; I called them to find out that it arrived and to schedule an appointment so I wouldn't have to continue driving around with a cracked windshield. It took approximately 1 month from ordering the windshield to installing the windshield. Would use Novus over Safelite any day, hands down.

I ve used Novus glass before and was very satisfied. I got a new vehicle and decided to use them again. Mind you I live 45 mins away and using them cost way more than other ppl I know. However , I decided to let them do it again. Who ever the lady is that makes the appointments and takes payments is very unprofessional. I get ppl have good days and bad days but her customer service skills sucked. Bad thing about it is I have 3 other family members that would have used them. Tint job great, office ppl

Could not have asked for any kinder people than the ones with Novus Glass. They have tinted the windows in my car and now replaced the windshield. Very responsible and professional and arrived at the time they were supposed to. I recommend them to all of our customers here at Mcdonald Insurance Agency in Monroeville .

Great place, at least friendly people. Make sure they have the right glass ordered. The price for my window was 100 dollars less at Novus than anywhere else.
