I can't speak on all advanced auto parts as I've not visited them all, but, this one in the small town of Atmore Alabama is great!! They call me by name when I walk through the door and smile, and wave and offer assistance. What I love is of you say nah I'm good, THEY LEAVE YOU ALONE!! Then, when you need help, they're as knowledgeable as you can expect them to be for what they're paid, but, extremely helpful and willing to learn from you!! I buy all my parts there!!

Couldn't begin to describe how helpful these guys were, had to purchase a battery for our car, happened to not have one wrench socket we needed and they instantly without hesitation came out with it. Thanks for the help fellas, awesome place deffiently recommend.

Amazing and helpful! Worked to get us exactly what we needed for the best price. They showed us exactly what to do and how to use the equipment and even came and checked on our progress to be sure it was working. Love them!

I was broke down with my rv, Roger and a nice lady who worked there ( I don't remember her name ) were amazing. I got help diagnosing the problem and got me the correct part I needed, when no other parts store or repair shop was very helpful in the area. I would definitely recommend Advance Auto. Very knowledgeable and friendly people to work with.

Was sold discontinued keyless entry for vehicle was sold windshield wiper for $30 more than quoted. Sold a air filter without the box and when I tried to return the air filter I got called a liar when I tried to return the windshield wiper I was told a lot about the price myself even though the receipt reflected what I said and was told that they would not return the discontinued keyless entry because it was discontinued even though I bought it two days prior I asked how they sold it after being discontinued and the manager said because you were stupid enough to buy it.

I'm usually not much for chain parts stores but the personnel and customer service at this location are awesome. It's my one stop shop for any thing auto related. Roger, Jeremiah, and others will do anything to help you.
