My mother s car sat at this dealership for 3 months waiting to be fixed after a wreck, and never was. Her insurance company had to tow it to another auto body shop. Absolutely terrible service.

About 3 months ago, I went in and ask if they could fix my tail light on my 2013 Ford Flex, I set up payment thru a company that had repaired my vehicle and caused the light to leak. Now, I am wondering if they got paid because they never called me to replace the light. When I called them. They agreed three months was a long time to wait. They said they would call me that same day. I never received the call.

I had the worst experience with this place. They was supposed to be fixing my front bumper and when I picked my car up my tail light wasn t working. Call the to let them know so they told me to bring it back and my car sit there for a whole week and when I call they lady told me they didn t know who I need talk to.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

We dropped our truck of there about two months ago. Was told an estimated time frame of about a couple weeks or little less. We would call and get updated and would hear weekly .different excuses. The parts aren t in, the parts are in, it s being painted, it still needs to be painted. It will be ready this week, no next week. No one knows what s going on there. Very slow service and unorganized. We got told we had to relocated back out of state 11 hours away they said it would be ready by this date at this time get there and we have been waiting now TWO HOURS PAST THE TIME THEY SAID. And are stilling sitting here waiting now. And now won t be getting back home till 2:00 am. Worst body shop we have ever used.After finally getting our truck after. 2.5 hour wait from the promised time, they didn t have all the parts ordered. The stickers put on the truck were terrible with bubbles in them and we will be taking them off. The tail gait was also not correct and the words on the black were no black like when we purchased the truck.Service: Body & Trim

No weekend service. Once my vehicle was at their shop i received multiple stories from different people as to what was going on with it. Didn't have it, didn't know anything about it, already ordered parts.

If they were any nicer or more helpful, I'm not sure what they could have done. My truck ended up totalled & they didn even get business out of it. IF I ever have anything to be repaired in any way within their specialty, I'll go back. Thanks Don!

Dropped my car off Sept. 15, it was estimated to be fixed in 4 days and over a month later my car still Isn t finished. I definitely won t be using this service anymore!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone. I made 5 trips to the shop to try and get my vehicle fixed before eventually going to another shop. The cut corners everywhere possible.

That body man can fix anything and they do everything right if your not happy they will make you happy before you leave office people are top notch 210% only place I would Recommend for your auto body repairs I would give'them 10 stars if I could bring your car in they will handle the rest

Recently showed up on Saturday for a quote. Nobody there eventhough sign showed they should have been. Clear coat is bubbling up from a previous repair and paint.
