Last time I was there which was a few years ago, service wasn t the best from the way it seemed. Was just there getting an oil change and the technician Zach that worked on my car was great! Was his 4th day there and he went through everything thoroughly. Definitely going back!

Great experience today. The person who took care of me was Zach. He was very attentive and offered me a deal on windshield wipers since I needed new ones. Overall a great and fast experience.

I have always had a great experience here. I trust everyone I ve encountered. Super convenient on my off day to come in and get my vehicle serviced with little to no wait time. They gave me a good deal on my tires last year. Easy to schedule my tire rotations online with quick service. Daniel took care of my car today, and he was thorough and professional as everyone else here has been. Thanks!

The technician performing my service was very respectful and even though he was in training he did a great job. Technician s name is Zach. Highly recommend this location for service as I ve used them multiple times with no issues on various vehicles and services.

I bring every vehicle I've owned to Express in Athens for all oil changes. They always do an excellent job and I leave satisfied every time. Lucas handled my oil change this time around and I was very happy with the service I received. Highly recommend everyone I know bring their vehicle here for their next service.

I got a flat and had to pull over quick. Pulled into Prep Boys in Athens for help. They said it would be an hour before they could put my spare on. I walked over to Express Oil Change. My tire was so bad I couldn t move it. Daniel from Express Oil Change drove over and fixed my tire in Prep Boys parking lot. He was God sent! Everyone there was so nice and wanted to help. Daniel definitely went above and beyond! You do not see this kind of customer service hardly anymore. Please visit them for service! They are the absolute BEST!!! Thank you again Daniel!! You are very much appreciated!!!

I called Tim and he was very professional (he said ask for him upon arrival). When I got there Daniel promptly greeted me and asked if I was a new customer and he asked Tim to come out. Tim was very friendly and my entire experience was very professional and prompt (20 minutes or less)! Thanks for demonstrating that "customer service" IS NOT a thing of the past:)!

I always try to come to the Athens location to get my oil changed because the guys are always so nice and understanding. Today I had Daniel and he was awesome, understood how busy I was and recommended me something that I could complete on my own. Between him, Zach, and Lucas, I ll always come back.

Has oil change, tire check and wiper blades for my grandsons car. Service by Keith who was without a doubt the best employee I've ever encountered. Professional, polite, attentive and personable. He will be attending classes soon to become a mechanic. I hope I can find him when is finishes his training. Great guy and service!

I needed a battery for Honda Accord. It wasn't in stock, but quickly ordered from a place in Athens. Installation complete within 30 to 45 minutes. Awesome job, guys. Extremely professional and great work ethic. I plan to get tires rotated this week. I'm hoping they can change brake pads and I'm good to go! Thank you!!!
