Hello everyone I got my dream toro grandstand 48 yesterday and the experience I had was wonderful all thanks to Nathan. Best place in Athens to buy a lawnmower. I have bought 3 lawnmowers, 4 blowers, 3 weed eaters. Staff is knowledgeable and great to work with. In house repair shop is top notch.

I bought a tire for my zeroturn $211 with taxes(over priced) it lasted about an hour , went back to the store next day, they said tire was old and I was trying to scam them showed my receipt then they said I installed wrong side , I told them the other tire was lnstalled like that and still is in good shape , they didn't refund my money also they were really rude with the exception of another employee, be careful with them, try to go somewhereelse

Just a heads up for my local folks...I would avoid Dixie Auto Parts on 72 at all costs.I bought a brand new mower belt for $100 and it snapped within 10 minutes.They refused to exchange it, and said I either installed it incorrectly or something was wrong with the mower.I attempted to take the belt off the counter and walk out and told them I'll just file a complaint with the BBB. Well the employee grabs the other end of the belt and tells me to "Just wait a minute." Thinking maybe he came to his senses, I stayed. But instead he continued to tell me that I was the problem.Meanwhile, my father-in-law came over and inspected the pulleys and bearings and said the mower was fine. Reinstalled the old belt and mowed the yard with it. (I only bought a new one because the other one was so old and starting to wear and fray). So it's obvious the new belt was defective.Oh, and the return policy on the receipt only said no returns on electronics and special orders, and has to be within 30 days.. Which I was.If you're bored and just feel like being gas-lighted, this is your place. Otherwise, I would shop elsewhere.

Good service but a lawnmower spindle was 107 dollars I bought another one for 27 dollars online but I didn t know that when I bought the one at Dixie Auto Parts

This may be a long review so bear with me. I completed an online request for service for my Toro Timecutter mower. The response was almost immediate so I scheduled my service. Pickup went as smooth as it could be and my service was completed in a couple of days. The service included an extra request for a mulching kit. When I received my mower the delivery driver, Ricky, told me if I had any trouble to let him know. Well I started the mower and took a short ride before it cut off. I called Ricky and he said to try a few things that didn't work but were very good suggestions. When I told him I thought it was the battery he offered to go back by the store, get a new battery and deliver it to me. He was doing all this while making another delivery. From our previous conversation I knew he had some business to take care of but he dropped everything to deliver the battery. The mower runs great and I highly recommend Dixie Auto Parts for service and parts. I also want to thank Jake for taking care of my scheduling and requests. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

They are all about customer service. I've gotten used to employees in most stores avoiding their customers and never knowing where anything is, so I was taken by surprise when almost every employee in the store checked with me within the first 5 minutes of stepping inside.

I can always count on Dixie Auto to have what I need for my Toro mower. They're extremely helpful and are great at identifying the parts I'm needing. I will continue to support this small town gem as long as they're around! I would much rather go here than any other store or online.

Great place and great people. The employees were very willing to help out and if I had any questions they got me an answer. I will definitely be going back for more equipment. I am from Florence so there's no good Husqvarna dealers here and that's what I run for my blowers and weedeaters so I think I have found my new dealer for those items.

My experience at Dixie Auto Parts was great! I bought a new mower and everyone there was friendly and helpful and Nathan answered all my questions. When the mower was delivered Tommy was very nice and helpful also. Great customer service!!

Hometown store sums it up. Dixie Parts is the prime example of what true customer service should be and the example of southern hospitality! They are honest, fair and reasonable folks. Between buying a zero turn, having normal service performed and work done due to my running over a coil of bar wire, I have had nothing but exceptional customer service. I will never buy yard equipment or parts from anyone other than Dixie Parts!

Choosing Dixie Auto Parts for our new mower and weed-eater is the best decision we made. The salesman was nice and very helpful. We got a great deal on our purchase and Dixie Auto Parts even filed all the warranty paperwork and they will keep it on file for us. Thank you so much Dixie! :)

I have been shopping for a zero turn mower for a little while. Then I went to Dixie and walked out with a mower. Nathan is knowledgeable and amazingly helpful. He doesn t try to sell you, he tries to get you what you need. I went to every lawnmower sales location in North Alabama and I will not go to another.

I drove to Dixie auto parts expecting to have to leave my mower. Ryan came out and looked at the problem. He diagnosed it immediately and with the help of a young mechanic, took care of the problem and sent me on my way. Ryan has always been very professional and should be applauded by his peers at Dixie auto parts. Management is lucky to have him as an employee. The best to Ryan and the mechanic that helped me out. Great friendly attentive staff, I knew this place was good when I walked in and saw a line. I didn't stand in line long though. I will be doing business here for a long time to come. Plus they are cheaper than the other part stores in town. What more can you ask for?

I own Toro lawnmowers and Dixie is the best at having parts and helping a person own that mowerFor example one of my mowers is in OklahomaThey will teach me how to repair my mower. They will take time to show me pictures and guide with related issues.The mower is a solid machine. My only regret is that I wish I would have bought the full commercial grades but my Titans were affordable and easy to work on for a DIY.This is my favorite parts store lawnmower shop.Good job everyone who waits on me.I mean everyone.Bo also has been helpful over the years as wellRyan and all of the gang are great to work with when I need them

So far this year, I"ve purchased a Toro Super Recycler, an Echo chainsaw, and an Echo leaf blower from Dixie. I've been a John Deere guy for over 30 years, but because of my great experiences at Dixie Auto and especially with Nathan, I just took delivery of a 6000 Series Toro Z Master. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchasing experiences. I would highly recommend giving Nathan a call for all your lawn and garden equipment needs.
