This campground was fantastic. We didn't have a reservation and their was 1 spot left available. Prices are great for the amenities. They had laundry, bathrooms/showers, dish washing area, pool, and common area with a pool table and dart board.Also it has a crystal clear stream running around the propertyIt's a very quiet park. But definitely recommend staying if you're passing throughMy only complaint was if you have animals be prepared for them to be covered in cockleburs. Which obviously isn't the parks fault but was the only downfall.

This small park is a gem. The owners are great, helpful, and real down-to-earth folks. The park is clean and very well kept. It's quiet and everyone in the park are respectful and willing to help each other in times of need. Whether you reside here or you're just passing through, you have to come and see and experience this place for yourself.

We love this little community - campground and manufactured home community. The friendliness and helpfulness of the offsite office staff was outstanding. Other rental opportunities exist if relatives visit you. Highly recommended.

Nice, clean and quiet. The owners are very kind, they even helped me park my 5th wheeler in the rain. The campers I talked to were very friendly.I was in spot 54 and the WiFi didn t reach, so bring your own hotspot. There is also no propane at this location, but UHaul on Montgomery Hwy isn t too far.Ashford is a cute town with some local shops. The grocery closes at 8pm. The Dollar General also has a gas station.You can come here set up and never go into town, except for propane. It is great!!I really enjoyed this campground. If I m in the area again I will definitely return.

Quite and clean. Good restaurants on Broad street and not far from major shopping. Owner is hands on with keeping up with the park.

I stayed at this campground one time, it was a nice place, nice folks, clean bathrooms with showers but I couldnt get no decent tv reception and they didn't have cable. As close as they are to the local tv stations I don't understand why you couldn't get a signal. That's the only complaint I have about the place organ that it was ok

Stopped in for a quick overnight stay, self serve registration. Very clean and convenient. Beautiful property. Will definitely return.

The people who run it are rude mean inconsiderate they think they are GODS i wouldnt stay here only if i had no other option
